New Delhi: H.E. Pham Sanh Chau Ambassador of Vietnam to
India congratulated the Chairperson of
Indo Vietnam Film And Cultural Forum Dr Sandeep Marwah on being nominated as the Chancellor of AAFT University by the
Government.
