New Delhi, March 17, 2025 — A special celebration of St. Patrick’s Day was hosted at the residence of H.E. Mr. Kevin Kelly, Ambassador of Ireland to India, marking a significant occasion for cultural exchange between India and Ireland. The event saw the presence of Mr. James Lawless T.D., Ireland’s Minister of State for Education, Research, Innovation and Science, and Mr. Jayant Chaudhary, India’s Minister of State for Education. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair of the Indo-Ireland Film and Cultural Forum emphasized the growing bond between the two countries through art, cinema, and education. “Culture builds bridges and connects hearts. The Indo-Ireland Film and Cultural Forum continues to work as a catalyst for strengthening ties through meaningful collaborations,” said Dr. Marwah.
