Noida: The Austrian film “Elfriede Jelinek”, directed by Claudia Müller, was honoured with the prestigious Award of Distinction during the 14th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2026. The film was screened to an appreciative audience as part of the international documentary segment of the festival.

The award was received by Michael Pal, Director of the Austrian Cultural Forum, on behalf of the filmmakers. The screening added significant value to the global representation at the festival and was widely appreciated for its cinematic depth and intellectual richness.
