New Delhi, 4th October 2025: A grand celebration to mark 100 years of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was held at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, in the presence of distinguished national leaders, dignitaries, and members of civil society.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, as the Chief Guest, who addressed the gathering and reflected on the journey of RSS over the last century. “The RSS has stood as one of the world’s largest social organizations, playing a vital role in nation-building, cultural values, and community development through its unwavering service and commitment,” said the Prime Minister. He also highlighted the challenges faced by the organization and the strength with which it overcame adversities to continue serving society.
Shri Dattatreya Hosabale, Sarkaryavah (Secretary) of RSS, delivered a comprehensive address, tracing the 100-year journey of RSS, its mission, and its contributions to India’s cultural, social, and national growth.
Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister for Culture, welcomed the guests and underlined the historic importance of celebrating the centenary year of an organization that has deeply impacted millions of lives.
The event was further graced by Smt. Rekha Gupta, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, who appreciated the values of service and discipline imparted by RSS to generations of Indians.
Speaking to the press on the sidelines of the program, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University, expressed his admiration: “The centenary of RSS is not only a celebration of an organization but a tribute to the values of unity, service, and dedication that have inspired the nation for decades.
