New Delhi: 6th June 2025 – “Life beats down and crushes the soul, and art reminds you that you have one,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University while inaugurating the solo painting exhibition of renowned artist Beenu Gupta at the prestigious Bikaner House Art Gallery in New Delhi.
The exhibition, showcasing the vibrant and thought-provoking works of senior artist Beenu Gupta, attracted art lovers, critics, and dignitaries from across the capital. Speaking on the occasion, Beenu Gupta expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support and shared the inspiration behind her collection, which reflects inner strength, emotion, and the resilience of the human spirit.
Dr. Marwah emphasized the significance of art in society, stating, “Art is the soul of civilization. It captures emotions, history, and culture in ways nothing else can.” He also proudly announced the successful establishment of the AAFT School of Fine Arts, which has been nurturing young talent and contributing to the contemporary art landscape.
With over 34 years of association with the art world, Dr. Marwah has curated and organized more than 200 art exhibitions, featuring both Indian and international artists in solo and group shows. His dedication to promoting fine arts continues to create meaningful platforms for artists to showcase their talent and for audiences to engage with the richness of artistic expression.
