| Dr. Sandeep Marwah Extends Congratulations to The Gambia on Independence Day |
New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and President of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), extends his heartiest congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Mustapha Jawara, High Commissioner of The Gambia to India, and to the people of The Gambia on the joyous occasion of Independence Day, celebrated on 18th February.
On behalf of the media and entertainment industry and the art and culture fraternity of India, Dr. Marwah conveyed his warm wishes for peace, prosperity, and continued progress to the friendly nation of The Gambia.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Marwah said, “The Indo Gambia Film and Cultural Forum has been playing its role perfectly in strengthening cultural relations between India and The Gambia. Through films, cultural exchanges, seminars, and artistic collaborations, we are building strong people-to-people connections.”
He further added that The Gambia has been a valued partner in almost every major international event conducted by ICMEI, including global film festivals, journalism conventions, and cultural celebrations. The consistent participation and cooperation of The Gambia have significantly contributed to the success of these initiatives.
Dr. Marwah wished His Excellency Mustapha Jawara continued success in his diplomatic mission and reaffirmed ICMEI’s commitment to further enhancing bilateral relations between India and The Gambia through art, media, and cultural diplomacy.
