ICMEI and Indian Art & Culture Fraternity Extend Heartiest Greetings to Angola on Its Independence Day

New Delhi, 11th November 2025: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), along with the Art and Culture Fraternity of India, proudly extended its warmest congratulations to the Republic of Angola on the occasion of its Independence Day.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo Angola Film and Cultural Forum, conveyed heartfelt wishes to His Excellency Clemente Pedro Francisco Camenha, Ambassador of Angola to India, and to the vibrant people of Angola as they celebrate this significant national milestone.

“India and Angola share a strong and ever-growing bilateral relationship shaped by mutual goodwill, cultural understanding, and dynamic cooperation across various sectors. Our countries stand united in their commitment to strengthen these historic ties,” stated Dr. Marwah.

He reaffirmed the dedication of ICMEI and the Indo Angola Film and Cultural Forum to enhancing cultural diplomacy through film collaborations, artistic exchanges, educational initiatives, and people-to-people engagement.

Dr. Marwah emphasized that Angola’s Independence Day is not only a celebration of national pride but also a reminder of the values of freedom and progress that inspire deeper collaboration between India and Angola.

ICMEI Congratulates Angola on Independence Day

New Delhi, India – 11th November: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), extended his warm wishes to H.E. Clemente Pedro Francisco Camenha, Ambassador of Angola to India, and the people of Angola on the joyous occasion of Angola’s Independence Day.

Dr. Marwah expressed ICMEI’s enthusiasm to strengthen cultural and artistic ties between India and Angola through the establishment of the Indo-Angola Film and Cultural Forum. “This initiative will aim to develop and promote relations between our two nations by harnessing the transformative power of art and culture,” said Dr. Marwah.

He highlighted the existing strong relations between India and Angola and expressed optimism about further enhancing the bond through mutual efforts in cultural collaboration. “Angola and India share wonderful relations that can be deepened through the vibrant promotion of art and culture from both nations,” he added.

The Indo-Angola Film and Cultural Forum will soon begin its journey to encourage exchange programs, joint ventures, and collaborative events that celebrate the rich heritage and creative talent of the two countries.
