Noida, 14th July 2025: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), extended warm greetings and heartiest congratulations to H.E. AAFT will Work with International Youth Fellowship Paris

Paris: “I am thankful to the organization for nominating me as International Advisor to International Youth Fellowship originally based in South Korea. My two visits to Seoul and Busan earlier added to the strength of our relations between India and South Korea. We have created together Indo South Korea Film and Cultural Forum also to develop and promote relation between the people of two countries,” informed Sandeep Marwah to the delegates from IYF in Paris during his visit to France at Hotel Intercontinental Le Grand, Rue de Scribe, Paris.

Together some youth activities can be planned with the students of AAFT whenever they are planning to come to Paris, suggested Yongha Hwang, Director International Youth Fellowship Paris.” We are busy here with different colleges and universities and promoting peace activities all-round the year,” he added. Indo France Film and Cultural Forum was created under International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry to develop and promote relation between the two countries     through art and culture. Large number of activities have been conducted under the forum including scholarship to the deserving student, film festival, film and TV awards, special slots of broadcasting French programs on Radio Noida and MSTV etc.

Sandeep Marwah invited French Film Makers to be part of Global Film Festival, Global Fashion Week, Global Festival of Journalism and Global Literary Festival. New Delhi: The Members and the Governing council of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry celebrated the National Day of France which falls on 14^th July in a meeting  set for celebration on web.

“I take this wonderful opportunity to congratulate H.E. Emmanuel Lenain Ambassador of France to India and the people of France on the auspicious ocassion of their National Day. I wish India and France should remain best of the friends for all time to come,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI and Chair for Indo French Film And Cultural Forum.

“I cannot forget my visit to France in last May where I was honored with Life Time Achievement Award during Cannes International Film Festival and I was also Co-President of jury for two of the festivals at Cannes,” added Dr. Marwah.

“This time also I was nominated as Co president of International Mobile Festival, which ultimately happened online due to Corona Virus. Soon we will plan some more events with cultural center of French Embassy in New Delhi,” expressed Sandeep Marwah.

AAFT Member Aruna Vasudev Honored by French Government

New Delhi: Film scholar, editor and painter, Ms Aruna Vasudev recipient of Life Time Achievement Award of Global Film Festival and also on the board of Asian Academy of Film And Television, received the prestigious French honour of ‘Officier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres’ (Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters) for her outstanding contribution to cinema and the arts.

The Ambassador of France to India, H.E. Mr Alexandre Ziegler, conferred the insignia of the distinction on Ms Aruna Vasudev in a special investiture ceremony on Tuesday, 13th August 2019, at the Residence of France.

We are proud of Aruna Vasudev for her huge contribution to Indo French relations and supporting   every cause of cinema,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios present on the occasion.

Lauding her numerous attainments, Ambassador Ziegler said: “Aruna Vasudev’s lifetime of achievements as film critic, scholar, jury, filmmaker, administrator and painter is near impossible to sum up. She is also the vice-president of the Alliance Française de Delhi. She has created so many events, forged so many partnerships, established so many platforms to promote Asian films across the world that she has carved a path that continues to guide the young generation today.” Varun Gandhi Member Parliament was the special invitee.

Noida: The Indo French Culture is revived with the visit of two important French national who have worked so much on the arts and crafts of India in France.

I met Dr. Raghunath Manet at Cannes International Film Festival in May 2019 and he promised me that he will visit Noida Film City whenever he is in India. I am impressed by his commitment,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor AAFT University welcoming the guest.

Raghunath Manet is an Indian classical musician/music composer and dancer/choreographer born in the Union Territory of Puducherry and now resident of France. He is trained in Bharathanatyam and plays the Veena, a Carnatic instrument. He has collaborated with American Jazz musician Archie Shepp, American dancer Carolyn Carlson, French performers such as Richard Galliano, Didier Lockwood and Michel Portal.

“I am amazed by the activities of Dr. Marwah; he is the real Ambassador of Indian Art and Culture. I have heard about him from different international sources. I am luck to be part of his team,” said Dr. Raghunath He was accompanied with Marie Helene Miermont From French Civil Aviation Industry.

A radio program on Radio Noida 107.4Fm and a television interview at MSTV was recorded at Marwah Studios can be heard in France. Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah honored and presented Dr. Raghunath with life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT University.
