ICMEI Extends Heartiest Congratulations to the State of Qatar on Its National Day

Noida, India: Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), on behalf of the media and entertainment industry and the art and culture fraternity, extended his heartiest congratulations to His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al Jabir, Ambassador of the State of Qatar, and to the people of Qatar on the auspicious National Day of Qatar, celebrated on 18th December.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the Government and citizens of Qatar on this significant occasion, recognizing the nation’s remarkable progress, stability, and global standing. He emphasized that Qatar has emerged as an important hub for culture, diplomacy, education, and international cooperation.

Highlighting the friendly and growing relations between India and Qatar, Dr. Marwah noted that both countries share strong bonds based on mutual respect, economic cooperation, and people-to-people connect. Cultural exchange and collaboration in media, art, and entertainment continue to play an important role in further strengthening these ties.

Dr. Marwah reaffirmed ICMEI’s commitment to promoting cultural diplomacy and enhancing cooperation between India and Qatar through joint initiatives, festivals, educational programs, and media platforms.

He concluded by wishing the leadership and people of Qatar continued peace, prosperity, and success, and expressed optimism for deeper collaboration between the two nations in the fields of media, entertainment, art, and culture in the years ahead.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah Extends Warm Greetings on Qatar’s Independence Day

Noida, 18th December: On the proud occasion of Qatar’s Independence Day, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), extended his heartiest congratulations to H.E. Mohammed Hassan Jabir, Ambassador of Qatar to India, and the people of Qatar. This significant day, celebrated on 18th December, commemorates the rich history and independence of Qatar.

Dr. Marwah emphasized the vital role of cultural diplomacy in strengthening bilateral ties and expressed his commitment to fostering relations between India and Qatar through artistic collaborations. Sandeep Marwah Visited Doha to Study Tourism in Qatar

Doha: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor AAFT University of Media and Arts recently visited Doha, Qatar to study the tourism of the country especially after the completion of grand show of FIFA.

With one of the world’s lowest crime rates, Qatar is a refreshingly safe corner of the Middle East to navigate as tourist, including solo female travellers. With security cameras covering just about every inch of the country, even petty theft is rare.

Diversified tourism offerings across 6 areas: coastal and desert tourism, cultural tourism, business events, sports tourism, urban and family entertainment, and cruise tourism.

The top places include Souq Waqif, National Museum of Qatar, Katara Cultural Village, Museum of Islamic Art, Qatar National Library, Doha Corniche, City Center Mall, Place Vendome Mall , Oxygen Park and hundreds of other venues.

“I am pleased and impressed by the hospitality by the people of Qatar during my visit to Doha. My five days trip has taught me a lot. The beautiful constructions of most of the magnificent buildings is also an attraction after FIFA.I will visit here again. A trip from AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism can also be planned in the coming days,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah addressing to press at Hotel Waldorf Astoria, Lusail at Doha.

Dr Sandeep Marwah also met Akbar Al Baker Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive and learned more about the rising tourism in Qatar. International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry will create Indo Qatar Film & Cultural Forum to develop and promote relations between the two countries soon, informed Marwah.
