Sandeep Marwah Inaugurates Annual Hindi Debates Organised by UK Samiti at Oxford

Oxford:  Dr. Sandeep Marwah, a prominent figure and Chief Guest at the grand event hosted by the UK Hindi Samiti, inaugurated the annual Hindi Debates organised for UK students at Oxford. The event marks an important platform for Hindi enthusiasts in the United Kingdom, providing a unique opportunity for them to express themselves in the Hindi language.

Expressing his pleasure and honor at inaugurating this year’s session of Hindi Debates, Dr. Sandeep Marwah highlighted the significance of promoting Hindi beyond the borders of India. He commended the commendable efforts of the UK Hindi Samiti in advancing the cause of Hindi language and culture on an international scale.

“It is my pleasure and honor to inaugurate this year’s new session of Hindi Debates organised by the UK Hindi Samiti. It has given me the opportunity to speak in Hindi here in the United Kingdom. I am amazed by the kind of work the Hindi Samiti is doing in promoting Hindi outside India,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah during his address at the prestigious event.

The gathering witnessed a large number of students from diverse streams of education who are learning Hindi in the United Kingdom, participating in the stimulating debates. Dr. Marwah engaged with the participants, encouraging them to embrace Hindi as the third most widely spoken language globally.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah has consistently supported and entertained British students sponsored by the UK Hindi Samiti at his renowned Marwah Studios Film City in Noida, India, over the years.

Established in 1990 by Dr. Padmesh Gupt, the UK Hindi Samiti has been dedicated to the promotion of Hindi language and literature in the UK. Over the past two decades, the organization has organized numerous International Hindi Seminars and conferences in the UK, including the prestigious 6th World Hindi Conference held in London.

In 2000, the UK Hindi Samiti expanded its mission to include the promotion of Hindi Education, initiating a written competition that later evolved into an annual Hindi exam, supported by the High Commission of India.

Indo UK Film and Cultural Forum Congratulated People of United Kingdom

New Delhi, India – Sandeep Marwah, the Chair for Indo UK Film and Cultural Forum, extends his warmest congratulations to Prince Charles and the people of the United Kingdom on the occasion of his coronation ceremony. The coronation of Charles III and his wife, Camilla, as king and queen of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms, was held on May 6, 2023, at Westminster Abbey. This historic event marks the first British monarch coronation in the 21st century and the 40th to be held at Westminster Abbey since William the Conqueror’s coronation in 1066.

Sandeep Marwah also highlighted the strong and enduring relationship between India and the United Kingdom. The two countries share deep cultural ties, and this momentous occasion provides an opportunity to strengthen and deepen those ties further. The Chair for Indo UK Film and Cultural Forum believes that the coronation of King Charles III marks a new era in the relationship between the two countries and is confident that it will lead to greater collaboration and cooperation in various fields.

Noida: Lord Remi Ranger has been honored with the Patronship of well-established Indo UK Film and Cultural Forum of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry on his visit to 11th Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2023 by the President Dr. Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City & Chancellor of AAFT University at Marwah Studios Film City Noida.

“Indo-UK relationship through art and culture has the potential to strengthen bilateral ties. Initiatives like cultural exchange programs, joint productions, and showcasing each other’s art can foster mutual understanding and appreciation. It is important to prioritize these initiatives and provide support to artists and cultural organizations to deepen the relationship between the two nations,” said Lord Remi Ranger addressing the conference at Marwah Studios.

India-UK relations have come a long way, and there is still a lot of potential to explore. Both countries can collaborate in areas like trade, education, and culture. Sandeep Marwah’s insights highlight the need for sustained efforts to further strengthen the ties and capitalize on the opportunities available.

Lord Rami Ranger is a founding member of the Hindu Forum of Britain, and Chairman of the Pakistan, India & UK Friendship Forum, and the British Sikh Association. His company, Sun Mark Ltd, is the only company in the UK to have awarded 5 consecutive Queens Awards for the enterprise.

He is also the Patron of the Punjabi Society of British Isles, Combat Stress and Fellow of the Prince’s Trust. As a key supporter of youth and skills development, Rami is a member of the government’s Apprenticeship Delivery Board and an Ambassador for the Food and Drinks Industry in the development of apprenticeships and job creation throughout the UK.

In 2005 he was made a Member of the British Empire and in 2016 the Commander of British Empire for his services to British Business and the Asian Community.

London: The long discussion with Sajjan Deswal Director at Kingsmead Business Solutions Ltd has motivated us to go for student exchange program with United Kingdom under GTEP. We will be more than happy to give exposure to our students who can afford to be in London. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more in shortest period of time,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Academy of Film and Television while explaining the project to his associates in London.

Global Training Education Program (GTEP) is an Education Institution Head Office based in London, United Kingdom, Operations in Ahmadabad, Gujarat, India. GTEP is dedicated in empowering the Youth, Faculties/Professors with the best global practices and methods by exploring new horizons through a rich and relevant curriculum which ensures education & skill enhancement in the world of work.

Sajjan Deswal will be submitting the details of the program in due course of time to finalize the trip of students from India to London. University of Cambridge and Coventry University have joined this program too. Indo UK Film and Cultural Forum will promote the joint venture.

London: “Who can be more closer than me to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, The Iron Man of India, I have grown up under the shadow of tall statue of  Sardar Patel for almost eleven years of my education at Sardar Patel Vidhyalay, New Delhi and learned and impressed by the ideology of the great leader of India,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios in a webinar to pay gratitude to the former Home Minister and the first Deputy Prime Minister of India on his 71st  Death Anniversary.

“We have a powerful forum under the name of Sardar Patel at Asian Academy of Film and Television. We believe that love, peace, and unity can be brought down to the World through art and culture. A film library, a books library, production of short films on Sardar Patel, celebration of 31st October his birth Anniversary, Radio Programs, Television Programs on Sardar Patel are some of the features we conduct round the year,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chair for Sardar Patel Forum while reciting the poem on the great soul.

Lord Rami Ranger of House of Lords & Chairman of Sardar Patel Memorial Society UK, Dr. Bhuvan Lal Author and Biographer of Sardar Patel, C.B.
