Mickey Mehta Talked About Health at New Session of AAFT

Noida: Health is Wealth. Take care of your body, it is the only home where you have to live throughout your life. You are what you eat and what you think. When wealth is lost nothing is lost, when health is lost something is lost, when character is lost all is lost,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios as the opening remarks while introducing renowned master of heath and wellness Dr. Mickey Mehta from Mumbai for a session at the new 113th batch of Asian Academy of Film and Television at Noida Film City.

A fit body, a calm mind, a house full of love.- These things cannot be bought – they must be earned. A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book. Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness. If you’re happy, if you’re feeling good, then nothing else matters. Use all those powers which God has given to you for all good purposes,” guided Dr. Mickey Mehta while addressing the new session of AAFT

Mickey Mehta is a well-known life coach and the brand ambassador for Fit India. He began his career as a black-belt martial arts instructor in 1983. He has been associated with large number of film, TV, glamour houses, instructor to top celebrities of India, author of Health and wellness books and recipient of many national and international awards. Later Dr. Marwah honoured Dr. Mickey Mehta with life membership of International Film and Television Club of AAFT. The session was supported by Prithvi Yoga Centre.

Noida: “Writing is the key part in films and television business. Be it a concept, one line, story, script or screenplay every part of the preproduction of film making is to be written and documented. It is essential to make such papers for the success of the film,” initiated Dr. Sandeep Marwah on the orientation day of 113th batch of Asian Academy of Film and Television while introducing renowned writer Dilip Shukla from Mumbai

“It is very important for the student of a film, television and media to read a lot. It is equally important to see some good and bad films to learn the real craft. Writing must be a habit for you. Note down different exceptional happenings with you in a note book. Work on your language and vocabulary. Try to have command on at least one language,” said Dili
p Shukla sharing his life time stories with the students of 113th batch of Trainees.

Dilip Shukla is an Indian film writer & Director, predominantly working in Hindi film industry. He is known for writing dialogues for cult films like Andaz Apna Apna  and blockbuster films like Ghayal, Damini, Mohra among others like Dabangg, Veerey Ki Shadhi, Dabangg 2, Jai Ho, Dabangg 3 etc.

Later Dr. Marwah honoured Dilip Shukla with the life Membership of International Film and Television Club of Asian Academy of Film and Television. He was also invited for the Global Literary Festival Noida 2022.

Noida: “We are breaking our own record Today. AAFT is the only creative institute which has touched 113th batch of training. I am sure this is going to be another lucky batch which will touch the heights of success. AAFT has become international brand and people of the creative industry do recognize education at AAFT,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Academy of Film and Television while lighting the ceremonial lamp at the inauguration of 113th batch.

The batch has been very well planned and you will get ample to learn and golden opportunity to do loads of practical in your respective disciplines. The students will also get involved with large number of workshops, interactions, seminars and forthcoming Documentary Film Festival, International Festival of Cellphone Cinema, and foreign films festival in the coming weeks informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

What we aspect from student to be punctual, regular, and sincere towards his or her own courses. There is lot to learn from AAFT. I extend my heartiest congratulations to every student for being part of AAFT. I wish you a very comfortable stay at AAFT expressed Dr. Marwah during his introductory speech.
