Noida, India – February 12, 2025: The 13th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2025 proudly celebrated the International Day of Journalism, marking its 13th anniversary since its inception in 2012.

The event was spearheaded by Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Festival President, who emphasized the significance of February 12 as a day dedicated to acknowledging the role of journalists worldwide. “It has been 13 years since we established International Day of Journalism, and it is heartening to see it gaining global recognition. The International Day of Journalism was originally conceived, designed, and announced by the International Journalism Centre (IJC), a global body representing 50,000 media professionals.
