New Delhi: “It is the time when we should pay tribute to 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans who lost their lives in the 2019 Pulwama attack. India will never forget the martyrdom of the security personnel killed in last year's Pulwama attack," said.Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India and executive member of GCTC in a high profiled meeting set by GCTC at Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi to observe first anniversary of  Balakot Stike.
 “The Pulwama martyrs were extra ordinary, who devoted their lives to serving and protecting the nation, said Aditya Tikoo Secretary of Global Counter Terrorism Council and initiated the talks.

Lt. Gen.Syed Ata Hasnain Chancellor Central University of Kashmir and Former Military Secretary and GOC XV & XXI Corps, Air Marshal Anil Chopra former Member Armed Force Tribunal & former AOC Personel Indian Air Force and Lt. Gen Satish Duaformer Chief Integrated Defence Staff Ministry of Defence talked in length about the whole affair of Balakot Stike.

Dr. T.C. A. Raghavan IFS (Retd.) Director General ICWA and former Ambassador of India to Pakistan, Prabha Rao IPS (Retd.) Chairman Encourage Foundation and Garib Dass IPS (Retd.) IG PHQ Jammu and Kashmir Police explained, expressed and narrated their experiences to the large audience from different strata of life.

India has consistently maintained that the Balakot strike was a successful operation where IAF jets hit most of the targets and Pakistan managed to keep these damages hidden by blocking access to this place for over six weeks.

GCTC Delegation Met Union Minister  of Jal Shakti


New Delhi:  A powerful delegation of GCTC- Global Counter Terrorism Council lead by Dr. Shekhar Dutt, Patron-GCTC & Former Governor & Former Defense Secretary called on the Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Cabinet Minister for Jal Shakti, Government of India at his office at Shram Shakti Bhawan.

The delegation congratulated the minister for being nominated as part of the  Union Government and invited him to be the Chief Guest for the coming Conference of MODI 2.0: Foreign Policy & Security Issues.

“I am pleased to meet the delegation of GCTC and happy to note that they are working on the national issues. We are open for new ideas and suggestions from different organizations,” said Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.

“We have lined up few important seminars which need Minister and his   participation from the ministry,” said Dr.Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts.

The Members part of delegation were Lt. Gen. Suresh Sharma, Advisor-GCTC & Former Engineer in Chief; University; Ashok Khurana, Advisor-GCTC & Former Director General-CPWD & Independent Director-NBCC; Prof. S.K. Adiya Tikoo Secretary General of GCTC thanked Minister for the precious time, and Ashwani JP Singh for arranging this meeting. The registration for the seminar has already started.
