Indo Uzbekistan Film and Cultural Forum created by ICMEI in association with Embassy of Uzbekistan has picked up very well up and is involved in many activities. The last visit of Sandeep Marwah to Tashkent had strengthen the relations between the two countries.

This time Indo Uzbekistan Film and Cultural Forum is also partners with 7^th Global Literary Festival Noida 2021 from 14^th to 16^th September,” added Sandeep Marwah also Chair for Indo Uzbekistan Film and Cultural Forum. He has also been invited by H.E. Dilshod Akhatov to the forth coming Tashkent International Film Festival in the month of September.

Dilshad Akhtov Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Government of Uzbekistan appreciated and honored Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry for his untiring contribution towards development and promotion of relations between India and Uzbekistan.

“I appreciate your efforts as Chair for Indo Uzbekistan Film And Cultural Forum and the large number of film, TV, media and cultural activities to promote relations between the two countries,” said H.E. Dilshad Akhtov Ambassador of Uzbekistan.

“I am much obliged to the Embassy of Uzbekistan for their sincere cooperation all the time and now for the honor on the completion of three years of my being chair for Indo Uzbekistan Film And Cultural Forum,” thanked Dr. Sandeep Marwah president of the forum.

“With great pleasure I accept to be the part of Indo Uzbekistan Film And Cultural Forum. Together we will be able to achieve better heights in developing and promoting relations between India and Uzbekistan through art and culture, “expressed Ambassador H.E. Dilshad Akhtov.

H.E. Dilshad finished his studies from The University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Tashkent/Uzbekistan) Moscow State Institute of International Relations. After providing his services to the nation for number of years he was nominated as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Germany (also responsible for Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sweden and Spain).

Later he was nominated as Head of the Department for UN and International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, followed by

Head of the Department for Europe and NATO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and then Director-General for bilateral cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Ambassador was earlier worked as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and now nominated as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of India.
