South African Music Group Invited to India Under Cultural Exchange Program

Bangkok: An evening filled with music, cultural bonding, and international friendship marked a special interaction between Sandeep Marwah and renowned South African music performers Milo, Renay, and Shelton at Conrad Bangkok.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry and Chair of the Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum, appreciated the outstanding musical performances by the talented artists from South Africa and extended a formal invitation to the group to visit India under the Cultural Exchange Program.

During the interaction, it was mutually agreed that the artists would be provided a platform to perform in New Delhi as part of efforts to strengthen cultural relations between India and South Africa through music and performing arts.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah said, “Music truly connects hearts beyond borders and strengthens cultural relations through creativity and harmony. Cultural exchange programs like these play an important role in bringing nations closer and promoting peace, friendship, and understanding among people.”

He further emphasized that ICMEI and the Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum have continuously been working towards enhancing artistic collaborations and creating opportunities for international performers, musicians, and cultural ambassadors.

The evening concluded on a high note with meaningful discussions on future collaborations, international performances, and stronger artistic ties between India and South Africa.

ICMEI Extends Congratulations to South Africa on Freedom Day

Noida, India – Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, on behalf of the Indian art and culture fraternity, extended his heartiest congratulations to Anil Sooklal, High Commissioner of South Africa, and to the people of South Africa on the occasion of Freedom Day, celebrated annually on 27th April.

Marking this important national day, Dr. Marwah highlighted the strong and friendly relations between India and South Africa. “India and South Africa share wonderful historical ties and a deep-rooted relationship based on mutual respect, cooperation, and cultural exchange. Asian Law College Students Honoured with Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum Membership and University of Cape Town Certification

Noida / New Delhi — November 2025: After the successful completion of three international academic tours to South Africa, the fourth group of 53 students from Asian Law College (ALC) returned to India following an enriching educational trip to Cape Town, where they participated in a Higher Orientation Program at the University of Cape Town under the academic MoU signed between the two institutions.

On their return, the students were felicitated and presented with the prestigious membership of the Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum (ISACFF) along with their certificates from the University of Cape Town, recognizing their successful participation and cross-cultural engagement.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Asian Education Group (AEG) and Chair for the Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum, expressed immense pride in the students’ achievements. “These educational visits strengthen our mission of global exposure and cultural understanding. The Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum has been instrumental in building creative and educational bridges between the two nations. I am delighted to see our law students not only gaining international academic insights but also becoming cultural ambassadors of India,” said Dr. Marwah.

The program at the University of Cape Town included interactive sessions with faculty, exposure to South Africa’s legal and judicial framework, cultural exchanges, and field visits to institutions of governance and heritage. The students gained valuable understanding of international law, comparative legal systems, and socio-economic development, which form a crucial part of ALC’s global learning initiative.

Through the Indo South Africa Film and Cultural Forum, established under the aegis of ICMEI – International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, AEG continues to promote bilateral relations through education, culture, and creative exchange programs.

The felicitation ceremony held at Asian Law College symbolized not only academic accomplishment but also a commitment to strengthening Indo-South African friendship through knowledge, collaboration, and cultural understanding.

World Peace Foundation Welcomes New Members from South Africa and Australia

Noida, January 8, 2025: The World Peace Development and Research Foundation (WPDRF) of Marwah Studios welcomed two distinguished educators as its newest members: Rakesh Gupta from Darwin, Australia, and Prof. Ravinder Raina from Durban, South Africa.

During the membership presentation ceremony, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President of WPDRF, expressed his joy in engaging with global education leaders. “Meeting people from the education industry always brings fresh energy and new ideas to further innovate in this field,” said Dr. Marwah.

The inductees toured the state-of-the-art AAFT University campus and were highly impressed by its well-structured academic environment and facilities. They also experienced the vibrant media platforms of MSTV and Radio Noida, where their interviews were covered for the channels.

Sandeep Marwah Invited for Celebration of Fifteen Years of BRICS

Celebration of Fifteen Years of BRICS Formation

Moscow: “I am so happy with the progress of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry as far as BRICS is concerned. We have been able to launch and highlight Indo- Brazil, Indo- Russia, Indo- China and Indo- South Africa Film and Cultural Forums to develop and promote the relation between the people of these countries,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and ICMEI in a webinar to celebrate the fifteenth year of BRICS formation.

“Powerful committees on Brazil Russia, China and South Africa have covered large number of events related to films, television, media, art, culture and education. Our visit to Russia, China, South Africa has further strengthened the relations. Visit of dignities from these countries to international headquarters of ICMEI in India has given new blood to the organizations,” added Marwah giving details of colorful events.

Celebration of 15 Years of BRICS was possible with support of a webinar  titled “Moments of Truth  for BRICS” which was also attended by Roman Babushkin, Andrey Chetokin, Paniyiota Zachariadou, Aline Tedeschi, , Ashok Sajjanhar, Alexey Malinin and  Dr Prasanjeet kumar. Purnima Anand President BRICS International Forum proposed vote of thanks.

ICMEI Congratulated South Africa on National Day

New Delhi: “I on behalf of ICMEI, Media & Entertainment Industry and complete art and culture fraternity of India extend my heartiest congratulations to H.E. Joel Sibusiso Ndebele the High Commissioner of South Africa to India and the people of South Africa on Freedom Day, falls on 27th April,” expressed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and ICMEI.

Indo South Africa Film And Cultural Association was formed by then the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry Elizabeth Thabethe Government of South Africa, and  appointed internationally known media person Sandeep Marwah as the Chairperson of  ISAFCA.  She was in India on the invitation of office of the President of India to inaugurate International Trade Fair of India on 14th November with Pranab Mukherjee Hon’ble President of India.

Since the formation of this international organization the members are all the time promoting and developing relation between two countries through art and culture.
