New Delhi — November 2025: In a landmark announcement, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts, Founder of Marwah Studios, and President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), has been nominated as the Brand Ambassador for the prestigious BRICS+ Fashion and Lifestyle Summit 2026, scheduled to be held in New Delhi, India.

The BRICS+ Fashion and Lifestyle Summit stands as one of the world’s most influential international platforms dedicated to promoting emerging fashion, lifestyle, and design markets. The 2026 edition will witness participation from over 20 emerging and established countries under the extended BRICS Alliance, bringing together more than 3,000 global delegates, industry leaders, designers, brand strategists, and innovators from across the world.

New Delhi: Sandeep Marwah, a renowned educationist, Chancellor of AAFT University, also advisor  and immediate Past President of CEGR recently spoke on the deep meaning of education at the 11th Foundation Day of CEGR (Centre for Education Growth and Research) and the 2nd Education Summit on Vision 2047 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.

In his address, Marwah emphasized the importance of education beyond just acquiring knowledge and skills. New Delhi: Renowned media personality and cultural icon, Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT School of Performing Arts, recently spoke on the topic of Indian classical music and the tabla, a traditional Indian percussion instrument. In his address, Marwah emphasized the significance of classical music in India’s cultural heritage and its role in fostering a sense of community and connection among its listeners at the Ninety Seventh Birth Anniversary Celebration of renowned tabla Player  Pandt Chatur Lal organised by the family at his museum.

Sandeep Marwah also spoke about the tabla, highlighting its unique rhythmic patterns and the intricate techniques required to master the instrument. He praised the contributions of renowned tabla player Pandit Chatur Lal  throughout history and stressed the importance of preserving and promoting this rich musical tradition for future generations.

Pranshu Chatur Lal, the grandson of Pandit Chatur Lal also presented marvellous musical pieces for the audience and impressed    by his charm of playing Tabla in different styles.

International Day of Sport for Development and Peace Celebrated at AEG

New Delhi: On 6th April, the International Day of Sports and Development and Peace was celebrated by the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) at Athleema an annual sports event of Asian Education Group at Neta Subhash Chandra Bose Sports Ground Jasola, New Delhi. The event featured a keynote address by Sandeep Marwah, a renowned sports enthusiast and international world record holder in sports.

In his address, Marwah emphasized the importance of sports as a powerful tool for promoting peace, development, and social change. He highlighted the positive impact of sports on physical and mental health, social integration, and community building. Marwah also stressed the need to harness the power of sports for sustainable development and peacebuilding efforts worldwide.

The event was attended by a diverse group of sports enthusiasts, media professionals, and community leaders, who shared their experiences and insights on the role of sports in promoting peace and development. The event  featured a showcase of 15 sports competition by 1850 Athletes from  67 Colleges with almost 5000 audience.

The fact is that we learn from failures and not from success.,” initiated Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts while inaugurating Global Summit on Prison Reforms organised by Dr. Raju Anthony of All India Council of Human Rights Liberties and Social Justice online.

“It all started with The Prison Act 1894 followed by The Transfer of Prison Act 1950 and The Repatriation of Prison Act 2003. There are rules, Model Prison Manuals, Advisories, Guidelines, Reports and Actions but all of them need revision once again,” added Dr. Marwah

A long list of corrections, amendments, changes, additions, subtraction in the system came forward during the Global Summit on Prison Reforms.
