 A coffee Table book designed by Mansi Jain was launched by the dignities after lighting the ceremonial lamp of   the second day of 6^th Global Fashion and Design Week 2022 at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.

Anand Sahu BJP Leader,  Dr. Nancy Juneja Founder MentorX,  Jagruti Mehta Sanghvi Fashion Exporter, Gaurav Gupta, Founder Global Trade & Technology Council of India, Dr. Sangeeta Founder, Urban Interiors also spoke on the occasion and were honoured for their  contribution to  the society. Sanjay Mittal, Ambassador K V Rajan, Anoop Bose, Harpreet Kaur, Kapil Khandelwai, Rekha Nagpal also attended the show.

The excellent display of    garments involved young and talented designers like Kamya who showcased her range influenced by the culture of Azerbaijan. Shweta Ranjan also touched this beautiful country of Azerbaijan, Ayushman Chauhan was the third designer who opted  Azerbaijan. Anjali Singh & Anshu expressed by joining the country of  Bahamas, Anjali Kumari & Nirmala showcased their   range touching the culture of  Bosnia and Herzegovina, Deepa Pal & Prachi Dubey projected their work of art where garments were influenced by the culture of Czech Republic. Sanskriti Shrivastava moved with Iceland and MD Shanu & Saumya Mishra so well prepared the show  taking Egypt as their inspiration country. Prof. Ritu Lal, Director, AAFT School of Fashion & Design paid vote of thanks.

The event was supported by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, Asian Unity Alliance, International Public Broadcasting Forum and World Peace Development and Research Foundation.

Noida: After the grand opening in the Morning 6^th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2022 continued with projection of fashion garments influenced by the culture of different countries on the prestigious ramp of the festival in the presence of who's who of Delhi and National Capital Region.

“Fashion is the part of the daily air and it changes all the time, with all events. You can even see the approaching of a revolution in clothes. You can see and feel everything in clothes. Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street. Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening,” said Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI & AAFT School of Fashion And Design.

:What a pleasure to see the fashion garments influenced by the culture of my country Sudan. I will definitely talk about this show to many,” said Obay Kunna, Culture Secretary, Embassy of Sudan. “I am amazed by the preparation done for this fashion show and the fashion week, which is no less than the international show anywhere in the World,” said Prasoon Dewan CEO, Divish Aurum Private Limited.

“Over the years I have learned that what is important in a dress is the woman who is wearing it, how you carry garments does Matter,” said Anoop Bose Supreme Court lawyer and a film maker. “Fashion is not necessarily about labels. It’s not about brands. It’s about something else that comes from within you,” added Sumita Das, Founder President, Life of Vision Foundation.

“Style is something each of us already has, all we need is to find it,” expressed Means Malhotra Managing Director Grand Affairs Hospitality Pvt Ltd. “Elegance is not standing out, but being remembered,” added Ankit Nagpal, Director -Bang on Target PR & Media Solutions.

Simran Kamboj exhibits the garments influenced by the culture of  Panama, Yashaswani Mal  from Slovenia, Priya & Renu opted Chile, Priyanka Saini expressed her art for Sudan, Isha covered Brazil, Parikriti Dhilaniya preferred Georgia, Mridula designed for Bahamas, Anjali displayed garments from Slovak and  Neha Singh covered for Lebanon during the second major show.

A Newsletter was launched by the dignities during the show. Vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Ritu Lal, Director, AAFT School of Fashion & Design. The event was supported by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry World Peace Development and Research Foundation, Prithvi Yoga Centre & Koshish-Sahyog Social organization.

Noida: The whole film city was full of excitement, the parking lots were full, the decoration could be seen from far off, people were moving in colourful and designer’s clothes to showoff and to gain attention: yes we are here at the inauguration of 6^th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2022 at Marwah Studios, the most popular place of Noida Film City.

We are back again. Fashion never dies. Now you are associated with one of the most glamorous event of this part of the country, full of creativity, colours, excitement, knowledge and activities. 700 garments, 200 designers, 90 rounds, 60 countries, 9 major shows, 5 exhibitions in 3 days full of entertainment. You all are most welcome to the greatest extravaganza of AAFT School of Fashion and design,” said Sandeep Marwah President of 6^th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2022.

“The biggest achievement of the fashion and design week is that it is different from rest of the World. Never seen so much of presentation by the young dynamic designers educated and trained by one single organisation in a single event. I extend my heartiest congratulations to one and all. I am also waiting for the show influenced by the Malaysian culture,” expressed H.E. Dato Hidayat Abdul Hamid High Commissioner of Malaysia to India.

“It can be difficult to articulate the power of style and fashion through words, that is the reason we have these fashion weeks. I am amazed to see the massive response to the fashion week, which is attracting people from all over India and abroad even at the time of pandemic. I am eager to see the show. Thank you for projecting dresses from Peru,” said    Monica Cecilia Campos Fernandez Deputy Head of the Mission Peru.

Iran has been the regular participants in all the events designed by Marwah Studios. I am happy we are here in this fashion week too. Fashion is the part of culture of anu country,” added Shukrullahi, Director, Iran Culture Centre, Embassy of Iran in India.

Fashion is like eating, you shouldn’t stick to the same menu. I am sure this time fashion and design week is going to be very different after pandemic. The eagerness is there  and we are happy to be here. What you wear is how you present yourself to the world, especially today, when human contacts are so quick. Table Book Launch by the dignities prepared by  Vaibhi Dhawan student of Fashion Communication of AAFT. Chirag Nagpal projected the garments influenced by the  culture of  Papua New Guinea, Shivangi Raghav & Ravi from Malaysia, Sambhavi Jha  displayed the garments from Peru, Anshika Jindal & Manav covered Iran, Md. Saif touched  Germany, Arushika Shah, Nabiya Sameer & Tanvi showed up with country of Comoros during the first session.
