Noida, India: The AAFT School of Interior Design proudly inaugurated a spectacular 3-day International Exhibition on Furniture & Interior Design at Marwah Studios, showcasing innovation, creativity, and global excellence in design as a part of 10th Global Fashion and Design Week on Asian Unity Day.

The exhibition brought together an impressive display of contemporary furniture and interior concepts, reflecting cutting-edge trends, functionality, and artistic brilliance. Designed and curated by students and professionals, the exhibition highlighted a fusion of global aesthetics with practical design solutions, reaffirming AAFT’s commitment to creative education and industry-oriented training.

The grand inauguration was graced by an eminent gathering of international dignitaries including H.E. Javier Manuel Paulinich Velarde, Ambassador of Peru; H.E. Robert Maxian, Ambassador of the Slovak Republic; H.E. Alonso Correa Miguel, Ambassador of Panama; H.E. Abdullah M.A. Abushawesh, Ambassador of Palestine; Cdr. K.L. Ganju, Hon. Noida: A significant meeting of the Executive Council of Association of Asian Pacific Union (AAPU) was held at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, bringing together all board members for an important review and strategic discussion.

The meeting was chaired by Sandeep Marwah, Patron of the organization, who led the proceedings with a comprehensive overview of the association’s growth and achievements over the past few years.

During the session, Dr. Marwah spoke in detail about the impactful four-year tenure of J S Saluja, appreciating his dynamic leadership and dedication. He highlighted that under his presidency, the Executive Body has elevated the association to new heights, enhancing its stature and bringing greater value and recognition to its members.

Dr. Marwah also commended the successful functions of the recent International Summit held at India International Centre, which received widespread appreciation from participants and stakeholders alike. Asia to Celebrate 2nd April as Asian Unity Day

Noida, India: The spirit of regional harmony and cultural collaboration will once again be celebrated across the continent as 2nd April is observed as Asian Unity Day, an initiative promoted for decades by renowned cultural diplomat Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

Dr. Marwah has been advocating the concept of Asian unity since 1993, when he began incorporating the word “Asian” in the names of many of his institutions to reflect a larger vision of continental cooperation. Since then, he has continuously worked to bring the countries of Asia closer through art, culture, media, and creative exchange.

Promoting the philosophy “Love, Peace and Unity through Art and Culture,” Dr. Marwah has consistently encouraged dialogue, cultural interaction, and artistic collaboration among Asian nations. His vision led to the formation of the Asian Unity Alliance, a platform dedicated to strengthening cultural ties and fostering goodwill across the region.

Over the years, many Asian countries and cultural bodies have extended their support to the movement. Through seminars, festivals, cultural programs, and international collaborations, the Asian Unity Alliance has been actively promoting the celebration of Asian Unity Day on 2nd April.

Today, more than one hundred national and international organizations have come forward to support the initiative and the idea proposed by Dr. Marwah, recognizing the importance of unity, mutual respect, and cultural exchange among Asian nations.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Marwah emphasized that Asia, with its rich diversity of cultures, traditions, and histories, has enormous potential to strengthen global harmony through cultural cooperation. New Delhi: “Dear leaders and dignitaries from across Asia, I am honored to address you on this special day of Asian Unity Day which falls on 2nd April every year, which marks the 32nd anniversary of the historic meeting between leaders of Asian countries. This meeting laid the foundation for a united Asia, and today we celebrate  the progress we have made towards this goal,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah of Republic of India, nine times World Record Holder in education & media and Entertainment Industry.

As the President of the Asian Unity Alliance, I am proud to say that we have brought together 48 countries of the continent of Asia to commemorate this occasion. Our celebrations today reflect the diversity of Asian culture and traditions, which are a source of strength for us.

The theme for this year’s celebration is “Stronger Together,” which emphasizes the importance of unity and cooperation among Asian nations. We live in a world that is increasingly interconnected, and we face many common challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and regional conflicts. These challenges cannot be overcome by any one country alone, and we must work together to find solutions.

Noida: The Asian Unity Alliance (AUA) celebrated Asian Unity Day on 2nd April, under the dynamic leadership of Sandeep Marwah, the founder of Noida Film City, India. The AUA, a non-profit organization that promotes unity and cooperation among Asian nations, brought together 48 countries from the continent to commemorate the occasion.

The celebrations were marked by a series of events and activities, The highlight of the day was the poster launching by the different institutions under the title of Asian, including AAFT University, Asian Academy of Film and Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian Academy of Arts, Asian News Agency, Asian Event Management etc.

In his keynote address, Sandeep Marwah emphasized the importance of Asian unity in achieving peace and prosperity in the region. He stressed the need for closer economic and cultural ties among Asian countries to promote growth and development.

The Asian Unity Day celebrations were a huge success, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds and cultures to celebrate the shared values and aspirations of the Asian community. The event was supported by WPDRF-World Peace Development and Research Foundation.

Asian Unity Day Celebrated on 2nd April by Asian Unity Alliance

New Delhi: “The love for Asia has induced us to name our all organizations after the word Asian. Few years back we also proposed that there must be a day marked for the unity of Asian Countries and an Alliance was created to high light the relations between these 48 countries of the continent. And we have been celebrating 2nd April as Asian Unity Day under the leadership of Asian Unity Alliance,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Unity Alliance and Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts.

A powerful program represented by the different organizations including International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, Marwah Studios, Asian Business School, Asian Law College, Asian School of Business, Asian Academy of Film and Television, Asian School of Media Studies.  Asian News Agency, Asian Event Management and AAFT University were also the participants.

Asia is home to the world’s earliest civilizations. Its indigenous cultures pioneered many practices that have been integral to societies for centuries, such as agriculture, city planning, and religion. The social and political geography of the continent continues to inform and influence the rest of the world.

“We are trying our best to bring people of Asia close to each other through art and culture. Our statement that love, Peace and Unity can be brought to the World through Art and Culture is now getting popular day by day,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

Asian Unity Alliance Will Celebrate 2nd April as Asian Unity Day

The Board of Asian Unity Day Meets to Plan for 2nd April

New Delhi: A board meeting of members of Asian Unity Alliance was conducted under the President ship of Dr. Sandeep Marwah to design and frame the celebration of 2nd April 2022 once again as   ‘The Asian Unity Day’ at   International Head Quarters in Noida Film City.

The representatives of different organizations like Asian Academy of Film and Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian Academy of Arts, Asian Law College, Asian Business School, Asian News Agency, Asian Institute of Hospitality and Tourism, Asian School of Business contributed their ideas of propagating the day and high lighting the purpose of the same.

“We are very proud of our organisation, it has done a commendable job and given untiring services to large number of countries which are part of Asian continent since its inception in 1993. The government of many countries have nominated us as their brand ambassador or cultural representative here in India,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah addressing the core committee of Asian Unity Alliance.

A poster covering all the flags of Asian country was released by Dr. Marwah to mark the respect to every country of Asia. The preparations are on for 2nd April as Asian Unity Day.
