Neta Subhash Chandra Bose Remembered at AAFT


Birth Anniversary of Neta Subhash Chandra Bose   Celebrated


Noida: A poster was launched on the Birth Anniversary of Neta Subhash Chandra Bose to mark respect to the great leader of India at AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television at Marwah Studios Noida Film City.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was born on January 23, 1897, in Orissa, Bengal division. He is considered as one of the most esteemed freedom fighters of India who was the mastermind behind raising the Azad Hind Fauj. This force was created to fight the British people and was the first Indian armed force. Subhash Chandra Bose was a true legend in every essence and one of the most decorated freedom fighters who ever fought for incredible India.

Rajiv Gandhi Remembered At AAFT on His 67th Birth Anniversary




“We all are indebted to the late former Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi for his extra ordinary contribution to the progress of this country especially in the field of communication and information technology” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and founder of Noida Film City to the film, television and media persons on the 67th birth anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi at Marwah Studios.

“The facilities and development available in these two industries have not only highlighted but uplifted the growth of our entertainment industry many folds” added Marwah remembering the time spent with late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi during eighties.

The day is also observed as "Sadbhavana Diwas" and Akshay Urja Diwas. Several functions across the nation are being held to pay tributes to the departed leader.

President Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Vice President Moahammed Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, and several other leaders paid tributes to Rajiv Gandhi at his Samadhi, Veer Bhumi, in the national capital.
