New Delhi, 15th August 2025: In a landmark collaboration, the International Public Broadcasting Forum (IPBF) and the AAFT International Skill Development Council (AISDC) have come together with a shared vision to promote, protect, and enhance the role of public broadcasting as a vital pillar of democratic societies.

Through partnerships, joint productions, and knowledge exchange, the collaboration will work to enhance the quality and reach of public media.

Empowering Communities Through Media Literacy: The initiative will develop resources, programs, and campaigns to advance media literacy, empowering individuals to critically engage with media content and participate actively in democratic discourse.

Supporting Diverse and Inclusive Content: The collaboration will encourage the production and distribution of content that reflects a wide spectrum of cultures, voices, and perspectives, fostering tolerance, social cohesion, and mutual understanding.

Enhancing Media Ethics and Professional Standards: By providing training, guidelines, and dialogue platforms, the partnership will reinforce ethical journalism and professional standards, ensuring credibility and trust in public broadcasting.

Advocating for Funding and Policy Support: Recognizing the challenges faced by public broadcasting, the organizations will work with policymakers and stakeholders to secure sustainable funding models and regulatory frameworks that protect the independence and accessibility of public media.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chairperson of AISDC, emphasized, “This collaboration will not only strengthen the role of public broadcasting worldwide but also empower communities through skill development, ethical media practices, and cross-cultural exchange.”

The event is being conducted in association with the International Film and Television Club, International Film and Television Research Centre, International Public Broadcasting Forum, International Women’s Film Forum, International Children’s Film Forum, and the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry.

New Delhi:  Today, on the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar Jyanti, also known as Equality Day, Sandeep Marwah, the President of Marwah Studios and International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry, spoke to members of International Public Broadcasting Forum (IPBF) about the significance of Dr. Ambedkar’s legacy and his contributions to the Indian society.

Noida: International Public Broadcasting Forum was designed by Marwah Studios to provide facilities to educated film aspirants looking to start film and television production and broadcasting of their ready film productions.

With time Radio Noida 107.4 has been established as a very popular medium to propagate and broadcast the achievements of film and television persons. MSTV was added to the row to broadcast all those films which are still looking to be on the screen. Today both the mediums are doing fantastic and popular with media and entertainment industry.

Recently IPBF has started Radio Raipur, an online radios station, in association with AAFT University of Media and Arts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Probably the next station will be Radio Mumbai.

Public service broadcasting refers to the production and transmission of socially beneficial radio and television programs which otherwise would not be broadcast due to the commercialization of the media,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

 Public service broadcasting makes presentation of issues that affect the everyday life or the people in a complex society and attempts a deeper level of reflection and analysis.

International Public Broadcasting Forum lends all possible support to the producers of radio and television programs for public service broadcasting;

It facilitates exchange of non-commercial radio and television programs and their makers across the world; it conducts audience research for ascertaining the taste and need of the people for non-commercial programs; and it organizes debates, seminars, symposia and workshops on issues relating to public service broadcasting.

Documentary Released By Marwah On Charlie Chaplin Birthday

“There can be no day more auspicious than the 122nd birthday of Charlie Chaplin to release the new documentary film” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios to large gathering at the glittering function at Noida Film City.

International Public Broadcasting Forum (IPBF) of Marwah Studios had commissioned another documentary film to the Alumni of AAFT Sudeesh Kumar to direct this film on the subject of Cellphone Cinema. “I was totally impressed by the idea and took the challenge to make this documentary” said Sudeesh.

“We recognize Raj Kapoor as the symbol of Indian Cinema in Russia and he had been very close to Chalrie Chaplin in his acting and I find same zest and enthusiasm in Sandeep Marwah today, I wish every one a very big success” said Dr. Oleg Vasilevich Medical Director, The Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in India in the capacity of Chief guest
