ICMEI Presented Atmnirbhar Awards to Educationists at Marwah Studios


ICMEI Presented Seminar at Marwah Studios

Noida: The education Committee of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry in association with Delhi Todays Group organized a seminar on the topic “Time Has Come to Emphasize on Atmnirbhar,” followed by awards for the educationist who all have contributed well to the education industry at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City.

“Atmnirbhar is self-reliant and self-sufficient. We all have to be ambitious with better attitude, become tough and techno savvy to cope up with the situations, self-motivation and enthusiasm is key to success, be Nationalist, well informed and act intelligently to create innovative ideas to do better things,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios expressing the meaning of Atmnirbhar- a word provided by the Prime Minister of India to the Nation.

Former Member Parliament Dr Udit Raj, Deputy Commissioner of Police Noida IPS Ganesh Prasad Saha, Supreme Court Lawyer Naveen. Kumar, National President Private Schools and Children Welfare Association Syed Shamael Ahmad and President Delhi Today Group Rajat Srivastava also spoke on the occasion. Later Sandeep Marwah presented awards to the educationists from Higher Secondary and higher education.  Also presented life membership of WPDRF to the dignities present on the stage. The event was supported by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry and World Peace Development and Research Foundation. Sushil Bharti Director Radio Noida 107.4Fm proposed vote of thanks.

ICMEI Presented Seminar on Mental Health for AAFTIans

Seminar on Mental Health at AAFT by ICMEI

Noida: “When you think more and get agitated, angry, worried, depressed, dishearten, let down, lost, irritated, superstitious beyond the limit of inbuilt capacity of heart and mind, remember it starts hurting your physical and mental health. That is the time when you need to show to your doctor and might need medical check-up,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts in a webinar organised to make students alert of their habits of controlling their emotions especially for the students of AAFT by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

“I have gone through this problem few years back when I realised it at an earlier stage that I am sick, and I need medical care for my being disturbed all the time. The medical reports revealed the imbalance of chemicals in my body which leads to abnormal conditions to an individual,” said Shivani Thapiyal Mental Health Coach who expressed and narrated her own case study and talked about the subject in detail.

Ashok Tyagi emphasised on spirituality, Albeena Abbas talked about routine matters, K.L.Malhotra explained the need of meditation, Yogesh Bhatt talked about realisation and Jasleen Kapany explained the need of medical checkup.

Seminar on Potential And Challenges In Cinema Industry During 13th GFFN

Noida: “Cinema has itself faced many challenges like popularity of television programs, discovery of new formats from video to DVDs, Piracy of films, closure of theatres, strikes and difference of opinions, Internet and easy availability of foreign films but still it has emerged out of all hinderances and blocks and even today is the most popular and reasonable source of entertainment for the masses. Pandemic has almost broken the leg, it is the passion of film makers which has served enough blood to the industry to survive in every odd condition,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of 13th Global Film Festival Noida 2020 initiating in the seminar -Potential and Challenges of Cinema industry.

“Nobody should enter in the industry without the proper education and training of cinema. The aspirant will be wasting his as well the precious time of production organizations. Even a small course can take you to better position,” said Faraz Akhtar AAFT Alumnus and film director known for his films War Chhord Na Zaar, Ticket to Bollywood, Nannu Ki Janu and now Mere Desh Ki Dharti.

AAFT Alumnus Satyen Bhruth film director from Mauritius emphasized more on the Small budget films and independent producer’s finance problems. “we have subjects but making cinema is now beyond control. We need some agencies where we can ask for finance,” he said.

“Ample films have been produced here but I think the biggest challenge is the marketing and sale of cinema. India is only 4 percent of World cinema market. 96 percent is not yet utilized. You have to tap now international market for the sale and exhibition of your films. The potential is unbelievable right now,” said Ramesh Meer Chief Creative Director & CEO of The FX Factory.

Ashok Tyagi Secretary General ICMEI, Albeena Abbas Diector AAFT, Sushil Bharti Director Radio Noida 107.4Fm, Manish Sharma AAFT Alumnus and Director, Zahir Naqvi AAFT Alumnus and cinematographer also extended their views on the demand and need of talented people in the industry.

The event was supported by International Film And Television Research Centre, International Public Broadcasting Forum, International Children’s Film Forum and International Women’s Film Forum along with AAFT University of Media And Arts.

No Society Can Grow If No Respect For Women- Sandeep Marwah

“Don’t forget that half of the World’s Population is women. At any stage and at any corner you just cant ignore Women. She has already proved to the World that she can be a good doctor, perfect administrator, a powerful politician, a great scientist, a attractive performer, a super artist and a most flawless house maker,” added Dr. Marwah addressing an elite crowd of the society.
