Session on UP USA Relations at IACC

New Delhi: “Noida Film City today is the fastest growing film city in this part of the World. Hundred Acres -75 Outdoors, 25 acres indoors, 16 studios, 350 Channels are being broadcast to 162 countries 24×7, 17000 media professionals are Working in 3 shifts of 8 hours each and cascading effect is that approx. Hundred thousand people are earning their bread because of film city,” said Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City and President of Marwah Studios in a webinar on Uttar Pradesh USA relations organized by Indo American Chamber of Commerce.

“More than two million people have already visited Noida Film City from all over India and 145 countries of the World under Film Tourism. I am happy that UP Government is now coming with the bigger and better film city project in Noida. There is a huge American participation so far which can be raised to next level.  Time to come UP will be a next hub of Cinema and tourism,” added Sandeep Marwah moderating the program who is also Chair for Media And Entertainment Committee of IACC.

The purpose of the session was to bring down similarities in our thinking and feeling so that we can create more associations, affiliations, joint ventures and develop and promote business in media & entertainment and tourism industry between Uttar Pradesh and United States of America.

New Delhi: A grand party was organized by Indo American Chamber of Commerce     at Hotel Hyatt to celebrate the Independence Day of United States of America, which falls on 4^th July.

“To serve the business needs of our members, to act as a catalyst in promoting economic growth between the two countries, to protect and promote the collective bilateral need and interests of the Indo-US business community, to effectively lobby with two governments on significant bilateral issues affecting Indo-US commerce,” reminded S.K.Sarkar National President of IACC in the opening of the session.

“Indo American Chamber of Commerce is honored to welcome the most distinguished and popular person in town H.E. Kenneth I Juster Ambassador of United States of America to India. We are working together to develop and promote many disciplines of business and to promote relations between the people of two countries,” said Naveen Chawala President of North Council of IACC.

“I am touched by the celebrations of Independence day of USA today, though it is bit early but this has given me opportunity to meet people of like minded who have something or other to do with America,” said H.E. Kenneth I Juster Ambassador of USA to India.

“We have done enough and still we are working on education and art & culture affiliations, associations, interactions with US and its different organizations. Now I can publish a book on Indo American relations,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University and Chairperson for Media & Entertainment Committee and Education Committee of IACC.

Miami: The known international art and cultural promoter Sandeep Marwah visited Lik Art Gallery at Miami during his visit to the state of Florida, USA.

“Every artist dips his brush into his soul and paints his own nature into the picture. When it comes to Photography it is well said that a picture is worth a thousand words, but photography is the story which you fail to put in words,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

“In this photography there is a reality so subtle that it becomes more real than reality. Taking an image, freezing a moment, reveals how rich reality truly is,” added Marwah while appreciating the photography of world renowned photographer Peter Lik

 Peter Lik has spent over 35 years pushing the boundaries of fine art. A self-taught pioneer in the field of landscape photography, he has become synonymous with pristine images of cascading waterfalls, ethereal mountain peaks and peaceful desert canyons.

Strategic engagement cannot proceed without a strong commercial underpinning, An enhanced economic relationship will provide a solid foundation for everything else that we wish to do together,” said H.E. Kenneth I Juster Ambassador of the United States of America to India addressing the heads of the different organizations.

“We have very strong ties with USA. We look upon only USA as far as cinema is concerned. More than 30 events have been conducted by Marwah Studios with Americans for the development and promotion of our relationship with US through art and culture. I am sure we both can enhanced our relationship through Media and Entertainment Industry,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
