Noida: ICMEI – International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry warmly welcomed eminent international fashion leaders and creative professionals participating in the GLOBAL VOICES – Fashion as a Force: Fashion Beyond Borders summit at Marwah Studios.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI, stated that with the presence of delegates from multiple countries, the ICMEI forums representing these nations have become more active and effective. Noida: An inspiring Exhibition of Paintings by students of AAFT School of Fine Arts was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at Marwah Studios, planned specially to mark the opening of the 127th batch of AAFT. The exhibition showcased exceptional creativity and artistic expression by young artists, reflecting contemporary themes, cultural diversity, and innovative techniques.

The exhibition was inaugurated by an eminent group of international dignitaries including Mike Berry from Universal Studios, USA; Dr. Raj Radanks, Senior Lawyer from London, UK; John Francis, Chairman, Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Jayanthi Raja Ratenan, Founder & President, Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce; Orisha Gracia Mbela, Ambassador of Humanity from Equatorial Guinea; and Pushp Abbi, senior architect from Nigeria.

Speaking on the occasion, Mike Berry appreciated the originality and confidence reflected in the artworks and praised AAFT for nurturing artistic freedom at an international level. Dr. Raj Radanks highlighted the power of visual arts as a universal language that connects cultures beyond borders. Noida, India – May 2025: The third showcase of the 9th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2025 held at Marwah Studios turned out to be the most captivating and immersive presentation yet, reaffirming the global relevance and artistic depth of this unique fashion and design celebration.

Festival President Dr. Sandeep Marwah, also the Founder of Noida Film City, proudly stated, “We believe in nurturing creativity and giving complete freedom to our artists. This event is not merely about fashion; it’s a tribute to global heritage and individual expression through the medium of art and design.” He added that this year, over 80 countries are represented, showcasing 550 unique garments, 125 pieces of designer furniture, 6 art and fashion exhibitions, 250 designers, and numerous cultural activities. The scale of preparation was extraordinary, with over 500 professionals and students working diligently for more than 60 days to bring the spectacle to life.

The third session featured distinguished Guests of Honour who added immense value to the celebration: Ankit Jain, Business Leader and Innovator, Anuj Chabhra, Design Consultant, Supriya Munshi, Style Analyst and Brand Strategist, Kaushik Ghosh, Fashion Personality, Kirti Mishra Naran, Creative Director and Cultural Curator.

One of the highlights of the evening was the official launch of the coffee table book titled “Fashion as an Art” authored by Ms. Ishaani Duggal, which eloquently documented fashion’s evolution as a cultural force and visual language.

The runway sparkled with breathtaking country-themed collections crafted by AAFT School of Fashion and Design students: Hansika presented an elegant High Fashion line for Slovakia, Mehak represented Lesotho with stylish Smart Casuals, Varsha amazed with Haute Couture inspired by Morocco, Meenakshi evoked the flair of Lebanon through Cocktail Wear, Jtoyi embraced Malaysia with a sophisticated Smart Casual collection, Anjali Bohra brought Serbia to life through Traditional Wear, Deepali beautifully showcased Turkey’s heritage attire, Rashid Dev and Manshi collaborated to display Street Wear from the USA, Tamanna rounded off the show with a rich array of Indian Traditional Wear.

Each presentation was not just a display of fashion but an act of storytelling—fusing fabric, design, and emotion into a powerful narrative. The creative synergy between global culture and local craftsmanship was on full display, turning the runway into a bridge of unity and diversity.

The day marked yet another triumph for AAFT’s Global Fashion and Design Week, placing it firmly among the most vibrant educational fashion forums in the world.

13th Global Film Festival Noida Brought Relief in Pandemic

Noida: 13^th Global Film Festival Noida 2020 has brought not only an excitement for the film enthusiasts, but it is a relief and medicine to mind in this corona virus period. Once gain the team of Marwah Studios and ICMEI along with AAFT University created a through entertainment for the global cinema devotees for three days from 26^th to 28^th November online.

I welcome each and every one, who like & love cinema, to this festival. This is the first time GFFN is online,” initiated Sandeep Marwah President of the Festival

Chief guest of the day H.E. Asein Isaev Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan congratulated the whole team for taking efforts in pandemic to entertain the masses already suffered all over the World. He mentioned the relation between India and Kyrgyzstan and the especially the sincere roleplayed by Indo Kyrgyzstan film And Cultural Forum. He invited filmmakers to shoot in Kyrgyzstan. “The World is changed by your action and not by opinion, and film makers are the ones who believe in the same theory,” said H.E. Asein Isaev.

Session on UP USA Relations at IACC

New Delhi: “Noida Film City today is the fastest growing film city in this part of the World. Hundred Acres -75 Outdoors, 25 acres indoors, 16 studios, 350 Channels are being broadcast to 162 countries 24×7, 17000 media professionals are Working in 3 shifts of 8 hours each and cascading effect is that approx. Hundred thousand people are earning their bread because of film city,” said Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City and President of Marwah Studios in a webinar on Uttar Pradesh USA relations organized by Indo American Chamber of Commerce.

“More than two million people have already visited Noida Film City from all over India and 145 countries of the World under Film Tourism. I am happy that UP Government is now coming with the bigger and better film city project in Noida. There is a huge American participation so far which can be raised to next level.  Time to come UP will be a next hub of Cinema and tourism,” added Sandeep Marwah moderating the program who is also Chair for Media And Entertainment Committee of IACC.

Busan: “It is a wonderful opportunity to expand the activities of World Peace Development And Research Foundation of AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television through a prestigious Epic Bible College and Graduate School, California USA said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT while joining hands with American institution.

 

A MOU was signed between Dr. Sandeep Marwah of AAFT and Ronald EW. Harden of Epic Bible College And Graduate School, USA at the World Education Leaders Forum during World Cultural Camp at Busan South Korea in a grand function.

 

“EPIC Bible College and Graduate School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. New Delhi: The Indo American Film And Cultural Forum of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry welcomed the maiden visit of  US President Donald Trump and the first lady Melania Trump.

“ICMEI has a lot to offer when it comes to art and culture. The relation between the two most powerful film producing countries India and United States can do wonders in this industry. USA is the only country where we look upon as far as cinema is concerned,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

“We have left no stone unturned in joining bigger hands with USA. Ample has been done and it is a continuous process to promote art and culture of both the countries. Our latest association with University of South California has brought us a fantastic appreciation. Soon we will be able to tie up with UCLA-University of California Los Angles,” added Dr. Marwah also Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts.

Needless to say recently Prof. Dr.Nigel Anthony Browne, The Chancellor of The George Washington University of Peace USA honored Dr. Sandeep Marwah with honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) in a grand function at Hotel Novatel in Kolkata for his deep involvement with USA.
