Noida: An inspiring Exhibition of Paintings by students of AAFT School of Fine Arts was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at Marwah Studios, planned specially to mark the opening of the 127th batch of AAFT. The exhibition showcased exceptional creativity and artistic expression by young artists, reflecting contemporary themes, cultural diversity, and innovative techniques.

The exhibition was inaugurated by an eminent group of international dignitaries including Mike Berry from Universal Studios, USA; Dr. Raj Radanks, Senior Lawyer from London, UK; John Francis, Chairman, Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Jayanthi Raja Ratenan, Founder & President, Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce; Orisha Gracia Mbela, Ambassador of Humanity from Equatorial Guinea; and Pushp Abbi, senior architect from Nigeria.

Speaking on the occasion, Mike Berry appreciated the originality and confidence reflected in the artworks and praised AAFT for nurturing artistic freedom at an international level. Dr. Raj Radanks highlighted the power of visual arts as a universal language that connects cultures beyond borders. John Francis described the exhibition as a fine example of how creative education contributes to cultural understanding and global engagement. Dr. Jayanthi Raja Ratenan expressed her admiration for the depth and maturity of the student artworks, emphasizing the importance of art in shaping sensitive and socially aware individuals.

Orisha Gracia Mbela spoke about the role of art in strengthening international cultural relations and applauded AAFT’s contribution to promoting cross-cultural dialogue through creative platforms. Pushp Abbi appreciated the structural balance, imagination, and conceptual strength visible in the paintings, encouraging students to continue exploring new dimensions of visual storytelling.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of AAFT, while narrating the vision of the Department of Fine Arts, said, “We strongly believe in presenting an art exhibition at every major event. Noida: AAFT – Asian Academy of Film & Television marked another historic milestone with the grand inauguration of its 127th batch, reinforcing its status as the world’s most dynamic creative institution. The inaugural ceremony was graced by an illustrious international panel including Mike Berry from Universal Studios, USA; Dr. Raj Radanks, Senior Lawyer from London, UK; John Francis, Chairman, Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Jayanthi Raja Ratenan, Founder & President, Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce; Orisha Gracia Mbela, Ambassador of Humanity from Equatorial Guinea; and Pushpa Abbi, senior architect from Nigeria.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of AAFT, proudly announced that AAFT has broken its own world record by becoming the only creative institution in the world to commence its 127th batch of professional training. He spoke passionately about the formation of AAFT, its remarkable 32-year journey, and the eleven world records created on the same campus, calling it a symbol of consistency, excellence, and global trust in creative education.

Mike Berry applauded AAFT’s vision and global standards, highlighting its ability to produce industry-ready professionals year after year. Dr. Raj Radanks emphasized the importance of discipline, ethics, and international exposure in creative careers. John Francis described AAFT as a powerful bridge between education and global commerce, while Dr. Jayanthi Raja Ratenan praised the institution for its leadership role in nurturing international collaboration through education.

Orisha Gracia Mbela spoke about the growing strength of the Indo–Equatorial Guinea Film and Cultural Forum, acknowledging AAFT’s contribution to cultural diplomacy and people-to-people connect. Pushp Abbi inspired the new students by describing the moment as “New Batch, New Excitement, New Enthusiasm,” encouraging them to innovate fearlessly and think globally.

The inauguration of the 127th batch once again reaffirmed AAFT’s position as a global hub of creative excellence, innovation, and international cooperation, setting new benchmarks in media and arts education.

Dubai: International media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University has been nominated as the special Advisor to an organisation-I Am Africa promoted by H.E. Laila Rahhal of Business Gate Dubai UAE.

“I Am Africa is a new organisation to promote and develop relations between UAE and fifty of the African Countries. Africa is fast emerging as one of the most important markets for the United Arab Emirates. As the world moves closer to achieving a global economy, Africa’s status as the most promising market of the new millennium can never be underestimated. The United Arab Emirates has been quick to recognise the immense potential in the emerging markets of Africa and is working diligently to penetrate newer markets within the African continent,” said H.E. Laila Rahhal President of the organisation.

“We need people like Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the Global Cultural Minister, who has wide 360 degree experience in the promotion of International business and culture. His presence has added a lot to the status of the organisation,” she added.

“It is matter of great pride to be part of the advisory board of voluntary organisation like I Am Africa based in Dubai UAE. If my experience of being Chair of few African associations in India can help in promoting art and culture between the countries of the World, I will feel lucky to do so. I am right now connected to Indo Egypt Cultural Forum, Morocco, Tunisia, Nigeria, Senegal, Ethiopia, Ghana, Sudan, Lesotho, South Africa, Gambia, Gabon, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda and Indo Burkina Faso Film And Cultural Forum.

Later Abdulaziz Ahmad Founder and CEO of Safeer Corporate Service Provider presented an award to Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Dr. Jitendra Matlani and Rohit Mehra for their humanitarian work and support to African organizations in a low profiled event at Hotel Oberoi, Business Bay, Dubai.

Indo Nigerian Cultural Association Celebrated National Day of Nigeria

New Delhi: “I on behalf of the complete media and entertainment industry of India extend my heartiest congratulations to H.E. Maj. Gen. Chris Sunday Eze High Commissioner of Nigeria to India and the people of Nigeria on the auspicious occasion of National Day of Nigeria which falls on 1st October,” messaged Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And entertainment Industry.

“Indo Nigerian Film Association was the first committee which we inaugurated in Marwah Studios jointly with High Commission of Nigeria in 2002. It has been eighteen years we are serving the cause of Indo Nigerian relations through this organisation,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chair for Indo Nigerian Film And Cultural Association Now.

Visit of Ministers and Governors of Nigeria to Marwah Studios and my two visits to Nigeria has added a lot to the promotion of relations of two countries. I am thankful to Association of Nigerian Students in India for nominating me as patron. I also appreciate Association of African Students in India for giving me the Chair of Chief Advisor. We are working with enthusiasm to bring this organization to the world map said Marwah.
