Noida: ICMEI – International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry warmly welcomed eminent international fashion leaders and creative professionals participating in the GLOBAL VOICES – Fashion as a Force: Fashion Beyond Borders summit at Marwah Studios.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI, stated that with the presence of delegates from multiple countries, the ICMEI forums representing these nations have become more active and effective. He emphasized that fashion and design, being integral components of art and culture, play a significant role in strengthening international relations and people-to-people connections.

Dr. Marwah further informed that High Commissioners and Ambassadors of the participating countries have conveyed their best wishes, expressing strong support for the growth of bilateral and multilateral relations through fashion, design, art, and culture.

Noida: A vibrant and visually stunning exhibition of designer garments created by the students of AAFT School of Fashion & Design became a major highlight of the International Fashion Summit “GLOBAL VOICES – Fashion as a Force: Fashion Beyond Borders”, held at Marwah Studios. The exhibition reflected innovation, cultural diversity, craftsmanship, and a strong global perspective, earning wide appreciation from national and international delegates.

The summit witnessed enthusiastic participation from fashion professionals and cultural representatives from USA , Ukraine , Mauritius , Bulgaria , UAE , Kenya , and India , reaffirming the truly international character of the event.

8th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2024: A Spectacular Showcase of International Talent

Noida, India – The 8th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2024, under the visionary leadership of Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, has been hailed as one of the most impressive fashion events in India and the largest ever conducted at any fashion institution worldwide. The event was a grand celebration of creativity, culture, and couture, bringing together talent from across the globe in an unparalleled display of fashion and design excellence.

Over the course of three days, the event featured: 600 Dresses, 100 Designers, 72 Countries Participations, 90 Rounds, 9 Major Shows, 4 Exhibitions, 700 Participants including models, makeup artists, and backstage crews, 7 Coffee Table Books launched

Sandeep Marwah expressed his pride and excitement to a full house of attendees eagerly awaiting the commencement of the 7th show on the third day, stating, “Achieving such a monumental event with three months of preparation is no small feat, but the creativity and dedication displayed here make it all worthwhile.”

The inauguration ceremony was graced by prominent personalities including filmmaker and broadcaster Anoop Bose, Col. J.S Bindra, Hema Paul (Founder of Ehmiyat Foundation), Gaurav Arora (Co-Founder & Director of Market Craft), and Rekha Jha (Social Worker and Poet), who collectively lighted the ceremonial lamp, marking the official start of the event.

In addition to the stunning fashion displays, the event also saw the launch of two significant coffee table books designed by students of fashion communication at AAFT: “Jatin Malik Couture” by Muskan Jain, “Workers Fashion” by Neha Singh These books capture the essence of contemporary fashion and the dynamic creativity of young designers.

The 8th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2024 was indeed an international show, setting new benchmarks in the world of fashion and design education. The event not only highlighted the rich tapestry of global cultures but also demonstrated the immense potential and innovation of budding designers from AAFT. This spectacular convergence of art, culture, and fashion will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on the fashion industry. Indo Ukraine Art And Culture Forum Congratulated

 

 

 

 New Delhi: “I on behalf of ICMEI and complete Media And Entertainment Industry of India extend my heartiest congratulation to H.E. Dr. Igor Polikha Ambassador of Ukraine to India and the People of Ukraine on the  occasion of celebration of National Day which falls on 24^th August,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry. 

 

More than 17 bilateral agreements have been signed between India and Ukraine, including agreements on Co-operation in Science and Technology, Foreign Office Consultation, Co-operation in Space Research, Avoidance of Double Taxation and Promotion and Protection of Investments. 

 

The India Ukraine trade relation and economic co-operation has developed on the basis the long-standing friendship between the two countries. In March, 1992 the Treaty on Friendship and Co-operation was signed between India and Ukraine, providing a major boost to India-Ukraine trade relations.  

 

ICMEI has been promoting relation between two countries through Indo Ukraine Art And Cultural Forum when a colorful poster was launched by Mr. Andrii Muliarchuk the Deputy Head of the Mission of Ukraine in India on the third day of 1^st Global Fashion Week 2017

AAFT Join Hands with University in Ukraine

Busan: “What a pleasure to meet an international person Dr. Sandeep Marwah from India with six World Records to his credit. I have only read about him, now met him in person. He has already impressed the educational leaders present for International Education Meet during World Cultural Festival here at Busan,” said Dr. Zvieriakov Mykhailo Rector Odessa National Economic University from Ukraine at the event organized by International Youth Fellowship. 

 

A MOU was signed by AAFT (India) and Odessa National Economic University (Ukraine) to work together in the field of education. Both educational institutions will look for better opportunities in time to come to support each other and will create an opportunity to work together in aligned subjects. 

 

“We are proud to announce our association with University of Ukraine. Not long ago we created Indo Ukraine Film And Cultural Forum back in New Delhi India in association with Embassy of Ukraine to develop and promote business and culture between two countries,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President AAFT present on the occasion of MOU ceremony.

Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios presented and honored Oksana Torbych of Ukraine with life membership of International Women’s Film Forum on her visit to AAFT during her tour to India.

“We are proud to present this membership to Oksana and ask her to support us in the development and promotion of Indo Ukraine relations. With her coming on the board Indo Ukraine Film And Cultural Forum will see the new light,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chair for Indo Ukraine Film And Cultural Forum.

Oksana Torbych is an International Private Banker experienced in the HNW/UHNW Wealth Management and Private Banking. She has Specialized in Private Investment Banking for HNW, Family Offices, Emerging Markets, Expertise in UK Resident Non-Domiciled clients.

Oksana Torbych has worked with Barclays over a decade and then with Swiss private bank, Julius Baer in London. She has recently decided to work independently in the interests of her ultra high net worth clients globally and is the Founder and Managing Director of Priory Capital Partners Limited based in London.

She is a global ambassador for women empowerment and works closely with several not for profit organizations. She is also Ambassador for Peace of Universal Peace Federation.
