Webinar on Coping with Stress During Corona Virus Outbreak

ICMEI and Lion Club Delhi Veg Organised Webinar

New Delhi: Lions Club of   Delhi Veg in association with International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry organised a webinar titled Coping up With Stress during Corona Virus Outbreak to bring in relief to the   members of both the organizations.

“Corona Virus has disturbed each and every one on this earth. Some have been affected badly and some may be little. These days are probably the hardest ever been seen by humans of this century. We are here to bring some colors to life,” said Gaurav Gupta President Lions Club of Delhi Veg.

“The exceeds of information from all the sources has not only depressed but making us sick in  one or other way. Let us try to rise above the situation by dividing and diverting out attention to other things which can make you happy,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI and Patron to Lions Club of Delhi Veg.

“It is the time when you can involve yourself into your hobbies, your interests like reading, dancing, music, cooking, writing, movie making, surfing net for art gallery, exhibitions, nice tourism places, You can also get involved with yoga, walking, spiritual discourses, learning languages, cleaning home, and try to be in touch with near and dear ones to whom you have been ignoring for years,” added Marwah.

Large number of speakers were asked to speak on their specialization including yoga, Ayurveda, spirituality, Music, poetry, motivational lectures and prominent people like Shankar Goenka, Dr. Reena Arora, Dr. Shasta Khan, Navratan Aggarwal, Shikha Sharma, Shilpa Gupta, Rashmi Ahuja, Veena Gupta, Ravi Saini, K.L. Malhotra, Ekta Sibal, Nawal Kishore, Neetika Sablok spoke on the occasion. Suman Maheshwari Secretary Rajasthan Academy conducted the program very gracefully.

New Delhi: A get together recently was organized by Rotary Club at the residence of  Dr. Udit Raj member Parliament to greet and honor few important dignities who all have done well in their respective fields.

We are proud of media personality Sandeep Marwah, the six times World Record Holder now four times Doctor and only Indian to bring 110 international awards from more than 70 countries of the World. Rotary Club honors him to bring the name of country to new level in the World,” said Gaurav Gupta of Rotary Club inviting Marwah to receive his award.

Dr. Udit Raj and H.E. Sidharto Reza Suryodipuro Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to India presented the award in the presence of august audience. Social worker Parul Mahajan , H.E. Augusto Montiel Ambassador of Venezuela to India and other dignities congratulated Sandeep Marwah.

“I am thankful to each and every one present here for your best wishes and  blessings. I believe you can do what you can think, so better you think big,” said Marwah in a very emotional tone.

New Delhi: Some of the prominent speakers were invited to speak on Health And Happiness for the members of 28 year old club popularly known as  Investors Club at their monthly meeting at  ISKON Auditorium.

“There are two things which are much more beautiful than what you can see with your eyes that is your thinking and your feelings, lets pray to have better feelings and thinking so that we can do better works and convert the earth into heaven,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios in a jam packed auditorium.

Sandeep Marwah congratulated every one on Mahatma Gandhi’s and Lal Bahadur Shashtri’s Birth Anniversary and related Health and Happiness with Gandhis ideology of Love, Peace And Unity. He also linked happiness with Jai Jawan and Jai Kissan.

Marwah was highly appreciated for his speech by the members. Earlier he was introduced by the Chair of the program Gaurav Gupta. The other speakers were Padamshri Dr. K.K.Agarwal, Dr. Jai Madan, Dr. Pankaj Bharti and Dr. Shanker Goenka.
