Renowned Polish Film Star, UN Representative from Poland, and German Business Leader Visited Marwah Studios

Noida, India: Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, once again became a vibrant hub of international cultural diplomacy with the visit of renowned Polish film star Natasza, United Nations Representative from Poland Mr. Krzysztof Szczesny, and German businessman Mr. Markoo. The high-profile visit focused on developing and promoting stronger relations between India and Poland and India and Germany through art, cinema, culture, and business collaboration.

The delegation interacted with senior members of Marwah Studios and discussed future avenues of cooperation under the banners of the Indo-Poland Film and Cultural Forum and the Indo-German Film and Cultural Forum. Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair for the Indo German Film and Cultural Forum, extended his heartiest congratulations to H.E. On the invitation of Dr. Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City, Younes Quaqasse from Germany recently visited Marwah Studios, located in Noida Film City, and expressed his interest in working together.

During the visit, the German delegate Younes Quaqasse was impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities and services offered by Marwah Studios, which has become a leading media hub in India. The German delegate expressed his admiration for the Indian film industry and highlighted the potential for collaboration between the two countries in various aspects of the entertainment industry.

Dr. Marwah honoured Younes Ouaqasse with the life membership of International Film and Television club of Asian Academy of Film and Television and spoke about Indo German Film and Cultural Forum.

 Younes Ouaqasse  has been active in the EPP Since 2014 and was Chairman of the International Commission of the Young Union of Germany  for Foreign, European and Security Policy from 2014 to 2017.  From 2012 to 2015 he was state chairman of the RCDS  Thuringia. From December 2012 to December 2014 he was a member of the federal executive board of the CDU.  Before that he was from 2008 to 2010 federal chairman of the student Union  and in 2011 editor in Chief of the Young Union magazine

Indo German Cultural Forum Celebrated Unity Day

“My trips to Germany have been very successful. I had the pleasure and honor to meet the some of the most important and influential people from Munich. I was also honored in Munich Parliament, that was the time when we launched Indo German Film And Cultural Forum to develop and promote relation between two countries through art and culture,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah also Chair of Indo German Film And Cultural Forum.

Visit of German business Delegation and performance by German Artists at Marwah Studios were few of the events added to our relations. There is a chapter on Germany which has been recently created by AAFT University of Media And Arts in India. Our motto of ICMEI is to spread love, peace and unity through art and culture.

German Students Showed Interest In AAFT Activities

Noida: Indo Germany Film And Cultural Forum invited 19 students to visit Noida Film City to see for them as how Indian film and television industry is organized.

“This is for the first time we have come to India, but we are lucky to be part of Bollywood without much efforts. We want to thank lotus valley school where we are stationed under students exchange program,” said one of the students while talking to Radio Noida 107.4 FM.

Another 19 Indian students accompanied the German students from High Secondary School and all were given workshop at Radio Noida. They were also part of MSTV program.

Talking to the students President Sandeep Marwah briefed the students   the history of Noida Film City and achievements of Marwah Studios. He also informed them about the different courses running under AAFT University.

Later Sandeep Marwah presented certificate of participation to every student after the visit to the studios and workshop at Radio Station.

Noida: International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry join hands with Alugha A German company to promote short films world wide in different languages.

A meeting took place at the Chamber headquarters and a session was organized for the young enthusiastic filmmakers & cinema students who are looking for more exposure for their short films.

 Making a video multilingual can be complicated, expensive and might cause quite a bit of headache. If many contributors are involved it can quickly get confusing. Alugha has come with new technics its all time worth it,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of the Chamber.

“The dubbr is providing a consistent workspace with all the tools to keep transcribing, translating and dubbing as simple as possible. Everything in one single tool, based in the cloud, available world-wide. And the best thing: The dubbr is accesable through all alugha-accounts,” said Bernd T. Korz CEO of Alugha.

Alugha specializes in easily transforming any online video to multilingual. They host thousands of videos from educational to entertainment. After 2 years of developing, the Alugha GmbH has been founded in April 2014 in Mannheim / Germany. The Co-Founder, Bernd Korz, had the initial idea of alugha and improved it consequently.

Young Niklas Korz has done the technical development of the prototype. Currently there is a team of 30 people working on the technical development of the software, as well as the design, sales and services. Ashok Tyagi Secretary General ICMEI, Ratan Kapoor & Vinod Kumar Singh Directors of Alugha also spoke during the workshop.

Performance by German Artist at AAFT University


Pento Mime Performance by Nemo German Artist at AAFT


Noida: A memorable mime performance by renowned German artist Nemo was organized by Dr Arshiya Sethi of Kri Foundation a well-known art promoter for the students of AAFT School of Performing Arts here at Noida Film City.

“Mime is one of the technics of acting and is a performing art- mime is a non verbal performance telling story without words with deep expressions and gestures,” explained Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT welcoming all the artists.

The chapter started with Irshad and Isha Indian mime and theater artists who inact the habits of Indians in the most simple way. It was followed by Nemo who has already Published books include: NEMO, “Fun with Pantomime” (in German), published by Verlag Meyer & Meyer, Aachen.

Nemo has performed in more than 38 countries, attended all the festivals related to pantomime, conducted more than 100 TV performances and large numbers of seminars and workshops.

 ''Mime Art is the only Language which is understood all over the World, by all the people of all the ages, culture and nations,” said Nemo.

The students were amazed to see the performance and were induced to ask questions. Late all the dignities were honored with the life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT.

Sandeep Marwah Visited Research Institute of Bavaria

Munich: The visit of Sandeep Marwah to the State of Bavaria in Germany also included meeting with the officers of Fortiss Research Institute of the Free State of Bavaria in Munich.

“We are working on many aspects including economies of electrical and electronics, Education, Media and so on. The institute has employed Indian students from German Universities also to promote Indo German Relations,” said Codrina Lauth of the research institute.

Dr. Markus Duchon Head of Software Architectures and Services for Critical infrastructures explained the complete working of the institute and expressed his desire to work with Indian Research Centre.

Sandeep Marwah extended the services of International Film And Television Research Centre of India and has long conversation with Venkatesh Pampana and Arpit students from India employed as Scientist in Software Architectures and Services for Critical Infrastructure department.

Sandeep Marwah also invited Wiebke Dorfler Managing Director of Bavarian Indian Centre for Business and University Cooperation to India to further enhance relations between two countries.

Munich: Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Institute of Hospitality and Tourism also the Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited reach Munich to study Tourism.

Munich is the capital and the most populated city in the German state of Bavaria, on the banks of the River Isar north of the Bavarian Alps. Munich is also the third largest city in Germany, after Berlin and Hamburg, and the 12th largest city in the European Union, with a population of around 1.5 million. The Munich Metropolitan Region is home to 6 million people

The Bavarian capital remains the German city, which receives the highest proportion of foreign tourists. A total of 3.5 million guests travelled to Munich from abroad, generating 7.7 million overnight stays.

“Munich's attractiveness is rooted in its easy accessibility, enviable public safety, excellent shopping facilities and a broad spectrum of sights to see, things to do and nearby venues for excursions,” informed Sandeep Marwah who was there for an official trip to receive his International award at Bavarian Parliament.

In 2017 several new hotel projects in Munich were completed. Capacities rose from 69,000 beds in 409 commercial hotels to 75,000 beds in 430 hotels by the end of the year. At the same time, hotel occupancy rates rose by 1.8 percentage points. Willingness to invest in Munich's hotel industry remains very high.

“We have framed Indo German Film And Cultural Forum here at Munich under International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry to develop and promote relation between two countries and have been blessed by the Minister President to whom we have also briefed about our activities,” said Sandeep Marwah to H.E. Sughand Rajaram Consul General of India at Consul General during his visit to Germany.

“The office of Consul General will support you in fulfilling the purpose of the forum and will also guide you as how to proceed further. We congratulate you for the award received in Bavarian Parliament Munich and for the efforts in building better relations,” said H.E. Sughand Rajaram Consul General welcoming Marwah at office.

IGFCF has announced the scholarship for the deserving student to study cinema in India, a joint venture of short film, a film festival of German films in India and Festival of Indian Films in Germany, proposal to shoot Indian films in Germany and vice versa, promotion of tourism activities including visit of Indian delegation to Munich are some of the initial activities planned in forum informed Sandeep Marwah.

A well-known businessman and social worker Hannes Schurger has been nominated as Chair for Germany and Dr. Deepak Narwal from UK is supporting the cause. Later Consul Sanjay Kumar Mehta presented a book on women empowerment to all the members of the delegation.

Munich: The visit of Sandeep Marwah to Bavaria has brought lots of hope to Munich. His achievements were already highlighted with the members of parliament and other senior Government officials.

Sandeep Marwah Five times World Record Holder in Media is the founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios a renowned brand in media and Asian Academy of Film And Television one of the ten best film schools of the World. His association with 145 countries and formation of 100 social and cultural organizations has already brought him the title Global Cultural Minister during large number of international summits and conventions.       

Member of the parliament Dünkel, Norbert honored Sandeep Marwah with historically designed Memento Achievers Mug a souvenir from the parliament itself at the Bavarian Parliament.

“ Marwah deserves the highest awards for his contribution to international diplomacy. He works like global minister. We are today feeling honored to honor him,” said Hannes Schurger a renowned social worker.

The event was well attended by Ms Reseri Sem member Parliament, Albert Furacker Minister, Patrick Faustin Minister, Hannes Schurger renowned businessman and social worker, Dr Depak Narwal , Economic Senator of European Economic Senate, Members of the Planning Commission, parliamentarians, and people from different government positions.

Munich: The Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited, one of the most important 17 federations of  India under National Cooperative Movement visited Munich, the state of Bavaria in Germany to look into the new technology.

Sandeep Marwah visited the two technical institutions attached with the research works namely TUM Tech Gmbh and Deggendorf Institute of Technology along with the counter partners Hannes Shrughar and Dr, Deepak Narwal to work on the easy way to save the Indian cities from Pollution.

Several meetings were taken place to discuss how to save the water pollution and air pollution in India. Ample suggestions were made and new technologies are also discussed with the researchers and manufacturers.

Sandeep Marwah has invited Hannes Schurger and Dr. Deepak Narwal to India to coordinate with the Government of India to suggest and proposed new technology for saving the mother earth.

Deggendorf: The University at the suburbs of Munich invited Sandeep Marwah of Republic of India along with Hannes Schurger a well known business executive & designer by profession and Dr. Deepak Narwal Senate to European Union from UK to its campus at Deggendorf Institute of Technology to show their deep involvement with India.


Prof. Wolfgang Stern Director Institute for Quality and Advanced Studies & Dr. Elise Von Randow Director Institute for International & Academic Affairs received the Indian Delegation and briefed the delegation with the activities and courses about the university. The university has specialized in all technical courses. They do have courses in films and television too.

“We are pleased to note that more than 150 students from India are learning their different undergraduate and post graduate technical courses in this university, this shows that the University has deep foot in Indian Market. We want university to be part of our mission under Indo German Film And Cultural Forum,” said Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT.

Deepak Narwal proposed to have a Bollywood Night and screening of Indian Films at the University campus as the first step towards promotion of art and culture in Bavaria, Germany.

The officers proposed to work with India in a much larger and broader way. The two institutions will look into the strategy of joining hand together soon.

Munich:  The Government of Bavaria in Germany has a special relation with the Republic of India. Both the countries are already working together on different projects especially transfer of technology informed Ulrich Konstantin Rieger Leitender Ministerialrat Internationalization Department for Asia, Africa Cooperation with Developing Countries, Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy and Technology

“We are more than happy to receive Sandeep Marwah from Republic of India from the department of Art and Culture including films. We are keen in working together and Government of Bavaria will be ready to work on your project, We have special place in our heart for the films from India,” said Ulrich K Rieger appreciating the level of work Marwah has done so far.

“We need some special attractions by Bavaria to bring Indian film makers to shoot films here. We would like to present one scholarship for the deserving student to learn film in India followed by festival of Indian films in Munich and festival of German Films in India. The Indo German Film And Cultural Forum will undertake the responsibility of all the activities,” said Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

“On the other hand ICMEI will facilitate Germans to project themselves in India,” added Hannes Schurger Chair IGFCF Germany. ”We will support the organization from both the ends,” added Dr. Deepak Narwal   Economic Senator of European Economic Senate, who has interest in India and Germany too. Munich: One of the most popular and renowned University TUM Tech Gmbh has shown interest in joining hands with AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television to work together in the common subjects like films, media, management and other technical courses.

Sandeep Marwah met Dr. Christian Hackl the Managing Director of University in a joint meeting with Hannes Schurger and Dr. Deepak Narwal to discuss and plan as to how two educational institutions can work together.

“We are keen in hosting a delegation in the first face for the media professionals to come to Bavaria and see for themselves how we are technologically advance and where India and Germany- Bavaria can work together,” said Dr. Christian Hackl Managing Director of University.

IGFCF- Indo German Film And Cultural Forum of ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry will take this responsibility to plan the trip to Bavaria Germany for the ten important people from India in the nearest future to take care of the interest of Bavaria Germany,” said Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI.

Indo German Film And Cultural Forum Announced by ICMEI

Munich: There was another feather in the cap of Sandeep Marwah when Indo German Film And Cultural Forum was announced under the banner of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment industry at Munich during his official visit to Bavaria-Germany.

The IGFCF- Indo German Film And Cultural Forum will work on the subjects like Films, television, Media, Education, Fashion, Environment, Skill Development, Tourism and other business prospects in related industries.

“It is a great day for all of us, we have been able to start this association to build strong ties with Germany through art and culture. We have many new ideas, which will be executed, under this forum. We have received the blessings from both the Governments,” said Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of the IGFCF and President of ICMEI.

The initiation came from Hannes Schurger a renowned businessman and a social worker from Germany. “We will bring top business executives and Government machinery to support us in our vision of developing and promoting   relations between two countries,” said Hannes while announcing Sandeep Marwah as Chairperson and handing over a memento.

The formal inauguration will take place in short period of time in Delhi at the international headquarters of ICMEI.
