Udaipur, Rajasthan: Esteemed filmmaker and media personality, Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, visited the picturesque city of Udaipur, sharing his admiration for its unmatched beauty and potential as a filming destination. Sandeep Marwah Represented Media In Queen’s Baton Relay At Jaipur




Jaipur.22nd September “It is my proud privileged to be part of the relay team and to run with the Queen’s Baton in the historical city of Jaipur. I am feeling so patriotic and wish that everything should go well at Commonwealth Games as per plans” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of Asian Academy Of Film And Television to the National Press at Jaipur where earlier Baton was received by Rajasthan Olympic Association Chief Janardhan Gehlot from Agra.

Sandeep Marwah, the renowned media personality and an International record holder of producing largest number of shorts films in the World, was representing films, Television and media Industry in Queen’s Baton Relay. He has been a media Guru and has trained more than 8000 persons from 75 countries.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. in a ceremonial gesture along with state tourism minister Bina Kak handed over the Baton to Olympic silver medalist Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore at Amar Jawan Jyoti. A light drizzle and overcast conditions could not dampen the mood of thousands of people including students lined up both sides of the path holding national flags and showering floral tributes.

The convoy was accompanied by CWG mascot Shera, chief secretary Salauddin Ahmed, Jaipur MP Mahesh Joshi, secretary of sports and youth affairs, Rohit Kumar Arjun Award winners like Gopal Saini, Kuldeep Singh Garcha, Shriram Singh, Rajkumar, Surendra Kataria, Hanuman Singh, Dyanchand, Salim Durani were prominent among the sportspersons who joined the rally. The six-km course was dotted with hoardings and banners on the Games.

QBR culminated at Hawa Mahal after passing through MI Road, Sanganeri Gate and Chotte Chaupad. A cultural program at Jawahar Kala Kendra marked the event.

The Baton will proceed to Jodhpur on Thursday and after passing through Jaisalmer and Bikaner, it will move into Haryana on 26th September. The Baton will complete its 20,000 km journey before reaching New Delhi on September 30.
