104th AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films Honored Directors


104th AAFT Festival of Short Films Honored Young Directors


Noida: We have created a World Record of not only producing   short films but also of show casing through AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films. I extend my heartiest congratulations to every one connected to Marwah Films And Video Productions & International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios at the inauguration of 104th AAFT Festival at Noida Film City.

Eleven films were awarded as different, experimental, innovative, touching, Social message, documentary etc. Sudhir Tondon former Director Doordarshan and founder Lok Sabha Television honored the directors of the films for their hard work.

Vaishali Valecha was honored for her short film DUAL DOMINATION, Pawan Kumar for DARD, Kushagra Nagpal for ILLEGAL, Harendra Pratap for EHSAAS, Anshuman Mishra for BLACK MAIL, Kushgara Nagpal again for APKA BETA SAQIB, Himanshu Kohli for IK MULAQAAT, Aman Kumar for JAIDAAT, Sanchit Tiwari for EK ADHURI MULAQAAT, Prabhat Kumar for SHIKSHA and Marina Zaffari honored for her documentary SALAAM NAMASTE- KABUL JAAN. All the films were screened during festival and appreciated by the audience.

Sudhir Tondon congratulated the institution in taking so much of pain in educating, training, filmmaking and screening of these students’ films in the festival. Aamir Abdullah Director School of Cinema conducted the program and Yogesh Mishra Dean paid vote of thanks.

Sumita Das educationist and social worker, Charu Das of CD Foundation, B.K.Sushant National Public Relation Officer of Brahma Kumari, Dr. Poonam Arora Film Educationist from USA, Sanjana Jon fashion Designer, Dr. G.L.Agarwal Finance Consultant, Anu Sinha renowned Classical Dancer and Raju Anthony of Human Rights Council were present on the occasion.

Noida: Renowned cinema artist and great speaker Ashish Vidyarthi at Marwah Studios recently inaugurated the new session of 2019-20 of AAFT School of Cinema.
“We are lucky to have with us a well known Film Maker National award-winning actor and motivational speaker, Ashish Vidyarthi, creates learning environments for the life skill development and workplace wellbeing of corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals,” introduced Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group.
“He is an Indian Film Actor & Television Actor who is known for his work in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Bengali, Marathi and English movies,” added Dr.Marwah.

“We know every thing but still we need someone to remind us  and explain us the same thing in our manner and style. I am here to see that students of Cinema at AAFT should do well in life and should create a wonderful name for themselves, their family and the institution,” said Ashish Vidyarthi before talking to students at length.

Ashish Vidyarthi bagged Best Supporting Actor for the film “Drohkkal” from National Film Awards in 1995, Best Actor Award in Hindi for the film “Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin” from Bengal Film Journalists' Association in 1996, Best Villain Award for “Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin” from Star Screen Award in 1997, and again Best villain award for the film “Athanokkade”, Telugu, from Film Fare Award. He is listed as a No.1 Villain in South India.

Sandeep Marwah Honored With Cinema Fankar Award




New Delhi: Sandeep Marwah needs no introduction today. He is one of the most popular Indian names abroad. His interaction with 164 countries of the World has brought him a title of Global Cultural Minister.

Founder of Noida Film City, Asian Academy of Film And Television, Marwah Studios and 100 more film, television and media organizations he has been chairing to develop and promote Indian cinema, art and culture.

The organization is feeling proud to present Cinema Award to this great international personality. His acceptance has raised the level of our awards said Lokesh Verma.

A Centre of Mass Communication-Asian School Of Media Studies
