Budapest: Renowned film and media personality of India Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts was interviewed and covered by the most popular TV channel of Hungary during his visit to Budapest.

“I am impressed by the coverage which takes European countries also into account. I am thankful to the team of RTL KLUB Television who were so well prepared at the time of interview,” said Sandeep Marwah.

RTL KLUB is a television station (M-RTL Zrt.) owned by RTL Group and broadcast in Hungary. It was one of Hungary's first commercial TV channels. Since its start, RTL Klub has focused to gain viewers from the urban population. The channel airs programs mostly for a younger (18–49) audience.

Sandeep Marwah Nominated Vice President of Hungarian Festival

Budapest: Renowned international media personality of India Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been nominated as the Vice President of First Mobile Film Festival of Hungary to be held at Budapest from 18^th to 20^th March,2019.

“We are privileged to have Dr. Sandeep Marwah as our jury member and we leave it to him to decide and finalize the best films of the country to be awarded under mobile cinema festival,” said Dr. Kiss Robert Richard President of the festival.

"I am feeling honored to be part of first mobile cinema festival of country of Hungary. I am thankful for this opportunity to be the Vice President of the jury along with Prof. Karl Bardosh of New York University and Yuanyuan Che from Chinese Film Finance company,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah is the first one in India to shoot films on mobile  around 13 years back and he is the first one in the World to start International Festival of Cellphone Cinema from Marwah Studios. He has already been titled as Father of Cellphone Cinema. He has recently launched his 12^th edition of the festival.

ICMEI Presented AAFT Scholarship to Ambassador of Hungary

New Delhi: An AAFT scholarship for a short-term course in media was presented to H.E. Gyula Pethő Ambassador of Hungary to India under Indo Hungarian Film Association of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

“We are pleased to handover a scholarship for the deserving student from Hungary to be nominated by the Embassy of Hungary to study cinema in India. AAFT has already attracted students from many countries abroad,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group.

“I on behalf of Embassy of Hungary extend my heartiest thanks for the lovely gesture extended by ICMEI and Dr. Marwah. We know that you are friends of Hungary and ample has been done together to promote art and culture. We expect that this friendship will grow to new level,” said H.E. Gyula Pethő Ambassador of Hungary to India.
