Organized in association with the AAFT School of Fashion and Design and the AAFT School of Interior Design, the event continues to celebrate global fashion as a language of unity and expression.

Inspired by Nigeria—where fashion stands as a bold symbol of identity and cultural storytelling—the collection brought together traditional textile heritage and cutting-edge contemporary silhouettes. The designs reflected a modern renaissance in Nigerian fashion, where heritage meets innovation in a seamless, confident dialogue.

Rich craftsmanship, striking detailing, and thoughtfully structured forms defined the collection, while global styling elements added a fresh, forward-looking perspective. Each ensemble embodied strength, individuality, and evolving creativity—capturing the vibrant pulse of Nigeria’s fashion landscape.

Addressing the audience, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President, AAFT, highlighted the significance of such international platforms in fostering cultural exchange and creative collaboration, reinforcing the idea that fashion is a powerful tool for global connection.

The showcase was also part of the grand celebration of Asian Unity Day on 2nd April, organized by the Asian Unity Alliance. The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) welcomed a distinguished audience of ambassadors, high commissioners, diplomats, and international guests, adding immense global prestige to the occasion.

Noida, India: Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), on behalf of the media and entertainment industry and the art and culture fraternity, extended his heartiest congratulations to His Excellency Zada Seidou, Ambassador of the Republic of Niger, and to the people of Niger on the auspicious Republic Day of Niger, celebrated on 18th December.

Noida, India: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), under the leadership of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, extends heartfelt congratulations to Eucharia Ngozi Eze, ChargĂ© d’Affaires of Nigeria, and to the people of Nigeria on the occasion of their Independence Day, celebrated on October 1st.

The Indo-Nigerian Film and Cultural Forum, established in New Delhi, has been a dedicated platform for fostering cultural relations between India and Nigeria. New Delhi: In a poignant farewell ceremony held at High Commission of Nigeria, the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) expressed its gratitude and appreciation for the exemplary service and collaboration of His Excellency Ahmed Sule, the outgoing High Commissioner of Nigeria to India.

Reflecting on the remarkable nineteen-year partnership, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the Chair for Indo Nigeria Film and Cultural Forum, remarked, “We have been working together for now nineteen years, and the Indo Nigeria Film Association stands as a testament to our enduring collaboration. My heartiest congratulations to Dr. Sandeep Marwah for his untiring contribution to the development and promotion of relations between India and Nigeria. This selfless service deserves an appreciation,” said Ahmed Sule High Commissioner of Federal republic of Nigeria in a small ceremony at High Commission of Nigeria while handing over memento to Marwah.

“I still remember it was in October 2002 when Indo Nigerian Film Association was formed at Marwah Studios by the Government officials from Nigeria during their visit to India. There is no looking back, and we have been continuous putting our efforts to build a strong relation with the country through different genres of arts and culture,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chair for Indo Nigerian Film and Cultural Forum.

The Federal Republic of Nigeria has been partners in every event designed by ICMEI- International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry including Global Film Festival, Global Fashion Week, Global Festival of Journalism, Global Literary Festival and all the International Summits on different subjects.

New Delhi: Since the proclamation of African World Heritage Day in 2015 by the 38th session of the General Conference of UNESCO, every 5 May, African cultural and natural, tangible and intangible heritage is celebrated across the globe, raising awareness of the benefits of its promotion and preservation, as well as the related challenges the continent faces,” informed Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Patron to many African Organizations.

UNESCO is committed to spearhead international efforts to draw on the vast potential of Africa’s cultural and natural heritage as a force for poverty reduction and social cohesion as well as a driver of sustainable development and innovation.

“As the world enters a second year of this devastating pandemic, engaging with our cultural and natural heritage remains crucial for humanity. This engagement helps us to be more connected, more resilient, more able to protect the legacy of the past and hand it down to future generations. African World Heritage, which we celebrate every year on this day, is essential in this respect – not only for the people of Africa, but for all of humankind. ” Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry read the message of Audrey Azoulay, Director-General, on the occasion of African World Heritage Day during the event designed at Noida Film City.
