International Students Day Celebrated at AAFT University

Noida: “Successful and unsuccessful people do not vary greatly in their abilities. They vary in their desires to reach their potential. Knowing and believing in Your own potential can be part of your journey to being successful. If you start to believe in yourself and your potential more, you can become more motivated to prove yourself. When you think you can’t reach your potential, you may not even try,” suggested Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts at a web event to celebrate the International Student’s Day.

International Students Day is an annual celebration observed on November 17th of each year. Students are the building blocks of any nation. They are the future generations whose knowledge marks the nation’s development. It is a global celebration Day for the student’s community that celebrates the multiculturalism, mutual assistance, and diversity among the students globally. 

International Students Day originally commemorates the attack of Nazi German in Czech Universities in which the more than 1,200 students were sent to the concentration camps, and many others were killed. The Day is a symbol of the struggle of the students globally.

The event was supported by ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry, Scouts Guides Organisation and International Film And Television Research Centre of Marwah Studios.

Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated Rootskills Cultural Festival


Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated National Art And Cultural Program

New Delhi: “If food is essential to live then art and culture is necessary for us to learn humanity. Art and culture bring colors to the life and break the monotonous of routine. It is important for young students to get involved with different arts, as it develops the overall personality of the child,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University in a webinar to inaugurate 15 days long art and culture festival designed by RootSkills by Bhavisha Budhadeo.

“Every student should be part of Scout & Guide Program at School. The Mission of Scouting and Guiding is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

The Scouting program has three specific objectives, commonly referred to as the “Aims of Scouting.” They are character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. The methods by which the aims are achieved are listed below in random order to emphasize the equal importance of each.

Later Dr. Marwah saw the variety program performed by the young students of different schools from all over India.

New Delhi: The Scouts Guides Organization under the leadership of Chief Scout For India Dr. Sandeep Marwah organized a powerful National conclave to boost the activities of the organization.

“The goal of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India while addressing the conference.

“The Scouts /Guides Organization  (SGO) is a non political, non sectarian and secular organization. The purpose of this organization is to devote its volunteers to character building of Youth in India and abroad and promoting in them the feeling of selfless service to their country and humanity,” added Dr. Raj K.P. Sinha National Commissioner of Scouts Guide Organization.

“It is the high time we should revive the whole setup of Scouts and Guides under the advisor ship of Dr. Sandeep Marwah. We must motivate fifty lakh students to support in every Governmental issue. The active participation can mold many more students to join this oldest voluntary body,” expressed Dr. Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra Chancellor of Shobit University as a special guest.

Dr. Vipin Gaur Commissioner for North India coordinated the program. Vikas Sharma All India Advisor and large number of scouts and guides from all over India participated in the webinar.

Chief Scout For India Sandeep Marwah At Kolkata


Kolkata: The Chief Scout For India Dr. Sandeep Marwah recently visited Kolkata to see for himself as how the scout and Guide Organization is working at the eastern part of India.

“It is nice to know that schools here in Kolkata do have scouts and Guides program but still we need to uplift the whole organization. I would like that every school in India be a private or government funded must have a setup of Scouts and Guides,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah while talking to the press at Hotel Novatel in Kolkata attending function of The George Washington University of Peace.

“It is necessary to built a sense of patriotism in the hearts and minds of young generation. It is essential that people should respect armed forces. The uniform reminds them all the time.  Our armed forces deserves to be honored and appreciated. The freedom and liberty we enjoy is much because of the brave men and women of the military who dedicate their lives to protecting the nation.,” added Dr. Marwah Chief Scout For India.

World Scouts Day Celebrations Started at New Delhi


Sandeep Marwah CFI Inaugurated Scouts Week In Delhi


New Delhi: The Scout/Guide Organization invited hundreds of Scouts and guides from all over India to be the part of celebration of World Scout Day inaugurated by Chief Scout of India Dr. Sandeep Marwah at Constitutional Club at New Delhi.

“22 February has always been a time to remember and celebrate the birthday of Baden-Powell, our Founder, the force behind Scouting and all that it stands for today. His vision has influenced countless generations of young people globally, providing opportunities for them to experience self-discovery through an array of activities and impact-driven initiatives,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India addressing young Scouts and guides from different states of India.

“This day is also deeply personal to each of us, as we fondly recollect Scouting’s heritage, and memories of special moments in Scouting,” added Dr. Raj K.P. Sinha National Commissioner of Scouts/Guides Organization. 

“Our first Promise, new friendships, and many activities filled with adventure and fun! As we kick off 2020, there is much to celebrate and look forward to,” expressed Dr. Vipin Gaur Commissioner North India.

“We want all our students of schools and colleges to be the part of scouts and guides movement all over India and take part wholeheartedly,” said Rezu Shah Commissioner Jammu and Kashmir. The powerful talks were followed by session of question answer and presentation of memento to deserving officers.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah wants that every student of AAFT University must be as good as scout even though he may or may not join the organization because of any strain.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India said that we need to change our thinking towards our Nation and feeling towards our countrymen. There is nothing above love. Youth of India should always be ready to help for any social and national cause. We are one nation where 65 percentage of population is youth; we are bound to be successful.

Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios honored and presented NCC cadets with Veerta Puraskar 2019 for their achievement in different fields coming from all over India. Aditya Tikoo and many other members of GCTC attended the meeting. Dr. Sandeep Marwah was decorated with Veerta Puraskar too for his contribution to society through art and culture.

Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India Will Lead The Organization


New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been nominated as the Chief Scout For India by the department of Scouts and Guides. Now he will lead the organization in India and will be considered second in command after the Chief Patron Hon’ble Shri Ram Nath Kovind President of India.

 The Scouts /Guides Organisation  (SGO) is a non political, non sectarian and secular organization. The purpose of this organization is to devote its volunteers to character building of Youth in India and abroad and promoting in them the feeling of selfless service to their country and humanity,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

“ The SGO has a hierarchy starting from the patrols, troops/companies, groups forming into Local, District, State Associations and goes up to the Nationwide Organization.  This is open to all Scouting & Guiding Groups, persons as well as associations that is not affiliated with another national organization,” added Raj K.P.Sinha National Commissioner for India of The Scouts/Guides Organisation.
