Association of Private Universities Chhattisgarh Meet

Raipur:  Chancellors and Vice Chancellors meet was organized by the Association of Private Universities Chhattisgarh online to discuss and plan the special activities to be designed further keeping in mind the extended lockdown during Covid 19 Pandemic.

Everyone expressed their concern on the health of the students, teachers and management of the Universities and different ways to keep the staff and students busy in these tough times. Large number of suggestions were on the table as to give best of the education possible to the students at these universities.

“Even during this pandemic, let me inform to the association that AAFT University of Media and Arts has recently launched a new Radio Station- Radio Raipur to inform, educate and entertain to the people of state of Chhattisgarh. It can be heard from any part of the country at radioraipur.fm,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor AAFT University of Media And Arts.

1 November of every year is celebrated as Chhattisgarh Rajyotsava (Chhattisgarh Foundation Day) as on this date in the year 2000 Government of India officially declared it to be an independent state. The President of India gave his consent to Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2000 on 25 August and then Government of India set 1 November 2000 as the day Madhya Pradesh would be divided into Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

“We all are proud of our state. Chhattisgarh had been the center of progress and development of several culture since the Vedic and Mythological times. Chhattisgarh is one of the fastest-developing states in India. This state is a source of electricity and steel for the country, accounting for 15% of the total steel produced as well as a large contributor of coal. Chhattisgarh in the cleanest state in the category of states with more than 100 urban local bodies.

Busan: AAFT University of Media And Arts  (Raipur-Noida) signed a Memorandum of Association with Bolivian Education Company Escuela Militar De Ingenieria to promote art culture and especially education. The MOU was signed at World Education Leaders Forum during World Cultural Camp Busan, South Korea.

 

“Escuela Militar De Ingenieria is located in La Paz, Bolivia and is part of the Colleges & Universities Industry. The setup has 100 employees across all of its locations. There are companies in the EMDI corporate family. Dun & Bradstreet provides data on over 120 million companies like EMDI around the world, including contacts, financials, and competitor information,” informed Rommel Moron Romero Rector Escuela Militar De Ingenieria Bolivia.

 

“We are happy to join hands with Bolivian Education Company widely spread in Bolivia where we can start with promoting art and culture between the two countries. Addition of any new country gives us a new energy to work hard and differently,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University while signing the MOU. It was beginning of the first academic session of AAFT University in Raipur and students were anxiously waiting for the grand opening of the session by the renowned International media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of the University along with popular cine star Soha Ali’s presence.

“The long wait is over, after all the governmental formalities AAFT University is in existence and all the more that our first session is being inaugurated by   the great cine star Soha Ali Khan,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah talking to the young aspirants of different discipline.

“Lets start a new beginning of an international level of education in creative arts in Raipur. It is our religion to give you best of the education and training to make you the experts of your disciplines. There is no alternative to hard work,” added Dr. Marwah.

“I am pleased to be here for such a grand and auspicious event. My association with young crowd is fantastic and I understand them pretty well. Lets all work hard and prove to the whole state that good education does matter. I am proud to be associated with AAFT University,” said Soha Ali Khan popular for her films like Dil Mange More, Rang De Basanti, Shadi No 1, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster and many.
