Noida: Thirty years back I gave a term to English Dictionary-Film Tourism and nobody could place it that time, but today I am happy that the whole World is talking about Film Tourism. Under film tourism we have been able to attract more than 2 million people to Noida Film City and to support the generation of business to billions of rupees. That is where the beginning of Asian Institute of Hospitality and Tourism came into existence,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City and Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts at the convocation of Asian Institute of Hospitality and Tourism.

No doubt Covid 19 has disturbed this industry to the worst during all these 18 months of Pandemic, but time has come when this industry is going to boom beyond our own expectations. Dr. Marwah motivated the students by telling some interesting stories from his own experiences and presented awards and diplomas to the outgoing students of the institute. Yash Saini Bachelor of Hotel Management, Sidhant Bhatia Bachelor of Tourism & Travel Management, and Mohit Diwakar Diploma in Hotel Management were adjudged as overall toppers in the school.

Shubhanshu Tyagi Bachelor of Hotel Management, Samarika Issar  & Naveen Kumar Varshney Bachelor of Tourism & Travel Management, Suraj Pandey & Namrta Gupta Diploma in Hotel Management, Pankaj Verma &  Komal Singh Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management,  Siddhant Chandna and Genevieve One Year Diploma in Culinary Arts were presented with Suraj Parkash Marwah Memorial Award and Sheela Marwah Memorial Awards respectively.

Sandeep Marwah Motivated Members of WASME on International MSME Day

International MSME Day Celebrated at WASME

New Delhi: “We are happy that our honourable Prime Minister has given a very strong and powerful word to all of us- ATMANIRBHAR- on the face of it means self-reliant and self-sufficient but the real meaning is hidden between the letters-Ambitious for new business, Tough to face all unforeseen circumstances, now you need to be Techno- Savvy too, develop self-Motivation , change your Attitude, be Nationalist, gather Information related to your business, Research before you jump for investment, Believe in yourself and be confident, be Human , polite and compassionate, be Aggressive and do not leave any opportunity and be Result oriented,” explained Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios  while talking on MSME in India on International MSME Day in a program organised by WASME online.

Dr. Sanjeev Layek of World Association of Small Medium Enterprises invited large number of experts to speak on the current situation of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in different parts of the World.

“Large part of Indian Economy and 30 percent of total overall employment comes from MSME. India is home to 63 million MSME contributing to great part of GDP. Pandemic has disturbed badly the current position of these entrepreneurs and very slowly the situation is coming back to normal. There are ample road locks and challenges when it comes to                credit accessibility of these business houses,” added Dr. Marwah recently nominated Global Ambassador of NITI Aayog SDG Choupal while talking to the large international audience.

Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated Seminar on International MSME Day

International MSME Day Inaugurated by Sandeep Marwah 

New Delhi: “India is a home to 6.3 crores MSME contributing a lot to the GDP of India. Large part of Indian economy and 30 percent of total overall employment comes from MSME Sector. The ease of doing business remains a bottleneck. There is a lack of financial expertise and lack of access to financing solution when it comes to MSME,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while inaugurating the session on the International MSME Day organized by Bhavisha Buddhadeo of Rootskills in association with International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah explained in length the kind of problems MSME are facing on day to day basis right at the grass root level. He explained how technology remains a major deterrent and how labor issues are handicap in the progress of business in India. MSME also need huge time to built-up their trust into the market in both while buying as well as while selling the products and services.

Dr. Marwah also mentioned the reliefs and benefits which Government of India has passed on to the registered MSME in last few months. “The best part is that now we have a Ministry of MSME to look after the largest part of business associates in the country,” condensed Marwah by giving a new definition of ATMANIRBHAR.

New Delhi: International MSME Day is celebrated to recognise the significance of Micro Small and Medium sized enterprises in reaching improvement objectives, getting innovation and creativity, and producing jobs globally. In India we are 6.3 Crores enterprises in this category, still there are road blocks and challenges  when it comes to credit accessibility,” initiated Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios in a  powerful National event organised by MSME Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India in association with ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry online.

Asian Unity Alliance Join Hands With AAFT for Scholarships

New Delhi: “So powerful is the light of unity that it can illuminate the whole earth. Unity is strength, division is weakness. Unity and victory are synonymous. Unity is strength…when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved. That is the reason Asian Unity Alliance was created to bring in love, Peace and Unity through art and culture,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Unity Alliance.

“We are one of the first organizations in the World to announce fifty scholarships for the deserving students from all the fifty countries of Asia to study films, television and media at Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City. Our idea is to bring in unity among the people of Asian countries through education,” added Dr. Marwah also founder of Noida Film City.

Asian Unity Alliance in association with Asian Academy of Film And Television, the premier film TV and Media School of India, not only declared but already handed over large number of Scholarships out of the 50 countries of Asia. These scholarships have been presented to the High Commissioners and Ambassadors of the respective countries based in New Delhi.

Students from many countries have already been to AAFT for the short-term courses of three months, where scholarship also includes the boarding and lodging of the student. Sheela Marwah Memorial Award on this auspicious day.
