Asian Academy of Arts Completes Ten Years


Asian Academy of Arts Celebrates Ten Years at Marwah Studios


New Delhi: The most active cultural promotional organizations like Asian Academy of Arts have come down to halt. No events, no interactions, no shows, no dramas, music and dance recitals. Covid 19 the Corona virus has changed the whole scene. National Lockout will not permit anyone to move to any entertainment centre neither it is safe to be there. Social distancing is the key word today and what will happen after lockout is another question in the mind.

Asian Academy of Arts has completed ten years from the date of its inception way back in 2010 when Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete from Mexico at Marwah Studios, inaugurated this Art promotion organization in a grand function.

“The purpose of the body is to develop and promote all sort of fine arts and performing arts including Writing & Literature, Music & Singing, Dance & Choreography, Painting and Sculpture and Drama. We are lucky that in all these ten years we have not only touched but excel in all these arts,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Academy of Arts.

Promotion of arts is a rule at Marwah Studios. Every major event must have a special space for these art forms be it a Global Festival of Journalism, Global Fashion Week, Global Film Festival, International Festival of Cellphone Cinema, AAFT Festival of Short Films or any other.

Two major festivals Global Literary Festival and International Sufi Festival are directly under Asian Academy of Arts. Delhi Art Festival, Jashan E Hind are two more high profiled festivals where Asian Academy of Arts is partners with.

Asian Academy of Arts has created 196 international and 37 National committees and developed a wonderful relations with more than 50 countries of the World and keep on inviting people from these countries to have dance recitals, music recitals, dramas, painting and sculpture exhibitions, talks and workshops at the campus of Marwah Studios and around Delhi.

“We are associated with more than 5000 events, 600 different art and culture organizations and supporting them in fulfilling their and our dreams including All India Fine And Crafts Society, Indira Gandhi National Centre For Arts, National School of Drama, Hindi Sahitya Academy, Rabindra Bhawan, Spicmacay and Modern Art Gallery. We make 120 events round the year to promote art and culture from India and abroad,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been honored many times on National and International platforms for being one of the prominent art promoters from India. He has been titled as Global Cultural Minister many times. Now he is also the President of AAFT School of Performing Arts a degree college of higher education in art Forms.

New and innovative ways have to be devised soon to reach to the people with Indian and foreign art and culture. We are on the job, team is working and soon we will be back with big drums Marwah condensed with new enthusiasm.

Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated Dance Recital of Anoushka


Noida: “Dance is the hidden language of the soul of the body. When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way. If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor AAFT University at the inauguration of dance recital of Anushka Agarwal at PHD Auditorium.

Anoushka has been learning Bharatanatyam from last seventeen years from her Guru Rashmi Raut Jaiswal and completed her Visharad in Bharatanatyam. She has performed internationally in various shows and recipient of many awards.

The recital was divided into eight segments under the title Arangetram It was well attended by who’s who of family and friends. Well-known poet Ashok Chakardhar and social worker Dr Mridula Tandon also spoke on the occasion.

The mesmerizing performance was designed by Guru Rashmi Raout Jaiswal, Vocal by Sudha Raghuram, Mridangam by Prajesh Chand Nair, Flute by Rajat Prassana, Violin by Chembai R Srinivasan, Morsing by Ravi Kiran, Anchor by Divya Mehta, Costumes by Kishan Lal and Makeup by Brij Mohan.

2nd Day of Delhi International Arts Festival Celebrated at Noida




Noida: The second day of Delhi International Arts Festival attracted many people from Noida and adjoining areas as the Word of mouth spread in the whole town. The large arrangements catered to hundreds of art lovers.

Dr. R.P. Agarwal Advisor Shobhit University, Dr. Nabhit Kapoor President Peaceful Foundation, Dr. K.D. Gupta Chairman Environment Committee of ICMEI, Kaveri Mehta Dance Exponent and Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios inaugurated the event.

“Art and culture is the only way we can unite the people of different countries of the World. This is what we have been doing, trying to bring love, peace and unity through art and culture,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

The Program started with dance recital Bharatanatyam ARANGETRAM Performance of Kaveri Mehta who learned under Guru Geeta Chandran Founder-President of NATYA VRIKSHA followed by Third Eye Band created by Ankit Kumar, Rishabh Dhawan, Abhishek Negi, Ajay Saxena and Anurag Verma.


An electrifying performance by Nigerian singer popularly known as Chapter 7 enjoyed every one. Thousand and One Nights-A fantasy Dance and Comedy was presented by a Romanian Group with Ruxandra Balasu and Ovidiu Usvat as actors directed by Ingrid Bonta.

Prasiddha Foundation and Forum for Arts Beyond Borders design the event. International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry, Asian Academy of Film And Television, Radio Noida and MSTV supported it. Ministry of Culture, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Tourism Government of India and Government of Delhi blessed the festival.

Noida: The preparations for 26th September, the D- day for Sangam Kala Group where annual program is organized at Srifort Auditorium, is on and curtain raiser was organized at Marwah Studios.

Seventy Seven stations in 29 states and 7 Union Territories of India will choose 800 finalists for central program at Delhi where 40 top singers will get an opportunity to sing at finals at SriFort Auditorium,” said V.S.K. Sood National President of The organization.

“Marwah Studios is been partner in progress and is associated with the setup now for a long time. The auditions for the state of UP have taken place today and I wish all the singers a very best for all time to come,” said Sandeep Marwah Patron of the organization.

Radio Noida, MSTV and AAFT School of Performing Arts are directly connected to this mega event. Sandeep Marwah motivated the singers and later honored by V.S.K. Sood for his sincere contribution to music.

Austria: The President of World Peace Development And Research Foundation with its international head quarters in Noida India, Sandeep Marwah visited one of the oldest monasteries in Austria during his visit to Austria.

“I have been visiting Temples, Mosques, Churches and places of various religions to deliver the message of love, peace and unity. This visit is in relation to the same cause,” said Sandeep Marwah at Melk Abbey.

Melk Abbey is a Benedictine abbey above the town of Melk, Lower Austria, on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Danube river, adjoining the Wachau valley. The abbey contains the tomb of Saint Coloman of Stockerau and the remains of several members of the House of Babenberg, Austria's first ruling dynasty. The place is visited by large number of tourists every year.
