Solemn Prayer Meeting Held at Marwah Studios in Memory of AI 171 Victims

Marwah Studios organized a solemn and heartfelt prayer meeting to pay tribute to the innocent lives lost in the tragic Ahmedabad–London Flight AI 171 incident. The gathering brought together members of the media fraternity, students, faculty, and well-wishers to honor the memories of the departed souls and stand in solidarity with their grieving families.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and founder of Noida Film City, led the prayer ceremony and addressed the gathering with deep emotion. “In this moment of collective grief, we come together to offer our prayers and express our deepest condolences. May the departed rest in eternal peace, and may their families find the strength and courage to bear this immense loss,” he said.

Candles were lit, silent prayers observed, and floral tributes offered as a gesture of remembrance. The atmosphere was filled with reverence and compassion, reflecting the spirit of unity and humanity in the face of tragedy.

Noida: A workshop to create a feeling of compassion was organized by Asian Academy of Film And Television for the media students conducted by Amitabh Shah who came all the way from Ahmedabad to take the class.

“There is need for youngsters to understand the meaning of humanity, social work and compassion to have meaningful life on this planet. No success can be achieved unless you have sense of sacrifice,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

Austria: The President of World Peace Development And Research Foundation with its international head quarters in Noida India, Sandeep Marwah visited one of the oldest monasteries in Austria during his visit to Austria.

“I have been visiting Temples, Mosques, Churches and places of various religions to deliver the message of love, peace and unity. This visit is in relation to the same cause,” said Sandeep Marwah at Melk Abbey.

Melk Abbey is a Benedictine abbey above the town of Melk, Lower Austria, on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Danube river, adjoining the Wachau valley. The abbey contains the tomb of Saint Coloman of Stockerau and the remains of several members of the House of Babenberg, Austria's first ruling dynasty. The place is visited by large number of tourists every year.

The National level award constituted by the society presents this award to those who have done extra ordinary work in their field for the human upliftment, self motivators and brought country to world fame with the help of spirituality and honesty.

An award was presented to Sandeep Marwah in a grand function organized during the Global Film Festival Noida 2010 by Acharya Prabhakar Mishra President of World Religious Parliament.
