ICMEI Congratulates Ashok Tyagi on Launching of New Film RED

Ashok Tyagi's New Film RED Launched at Mumbai

Noida: “I on behalf of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry take this opportunity to extend my heartiest congratulations to Ashok Tyagi and his complete team of feature film RED on its launching on pre Deepawali Day. I am sure the film which is the first formal Mahurat  after lockdown will bring some wonderful colours to the industry,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and ICMEI while talking to the press.

RED – a film by ASHOK TYAGI was launched in Mumbai on Dhateras (13 th November) at “Heaven on Earth” in Mumbai,  with the unveiling of the logo of RED. The event cum celebration was attended by a large gathering of the media and entertainment industry.

Avanti Arts P Ltd and Prajakta Films ‘ RED starring KRUSHNA ABHISHEK, PAYAL GHOSH, ABHIJIT SHWETCHANDRA, KANCHAN BHOR and above all SHAKTI KAPOOR is produced by RAJEEV CHAUDHARI and REKHA SURENDRA JAGTAP and is co – produced by JAGANNATH WAGHMARE and CHANDRAKANT PAWAR.

RED is a very sensational and emotional thriller which will enthral the multiplex audience in the first quarter of 2021. The film with music by HRIJU ROY, thrills by PAPPU VERMA and cinematography by AKRAM KHAN is scheduled for shooting from 27th November 2020 onwards

12th GFFN Will Support 3rd Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh


12th Global Film Festival Noida 2019


New Delhi: Global Film Festival Noida is now the most successful film event of the nation. In a span of 12 years 54 countries has participated and  GFFN has covered delegates from 145 nations of the World.

“The festival has been screening different kind of films including segments like retrospective of directors, Indian film section, foreign films section, films on disability, children’s film, AAFT short films, ASMS short films, competitive section and films from focus country,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of GFFN 2019.

Global Film Festival Noida 2019 also going to have workshops, seminars, interaction programs, entertainment, poster releases, book releases, awards and film launching and new film releases.

“We are trying our best to have a wholesome entertainment in these three days from 13th to 15th November,” added Ashok Tyagi Festival Director.

The 12th Global Film Festival Noida 2019 will also going to present 3 rd edition Hindi Cinema Samman where 30 prestigious awards will be handed over to prominent people who have contributed to the growth of Hindi Cinema.

11th Global Film Festival Noida 2018 Inaugurated


Noida: Great Grand opening of 11th Global Film Festival Noida 2018 was witnessed by    hundreds of filmmakers, film lovers and film students from all over India and abroad at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City.

“We have grown immensely and it is evident  that Global Film Festival Noida is one of the most vibrant and interesting festivals of the World. The presence of thousands of people from all over the globe is an indication of its popularity,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of GFFN in the opening remarks.

“We would like to be part of every event by Marwah Studios and ICMEI. Indo Ghana relations will touch new heights with our presence through ICMEI to promote art and culture. It is always a learning experience once you are in these kinds of International festivals,” said H.E. Michael Oquaye High Commissioner of Ghana to India.

“Indo Nigerian Relations   have a lot to do with Indian Cinema and especially the role of Marwah. It is a proud moment for us to be part of this prestigious international event,” said H.E Maj. Gen. Chris Sunday Eze High Commissioner of Nigeria to India.

“Indo Brazil Film And Cultural Forum, which was launched recently, has given a new energy to our relationship. We have started considering promotion of our activities through films, art  and culture in association with ICMEI. Global Film Festival is a grand show,” added Roberta Lima Cultural Attaché of Embassy of Brazil in India.

“I would have never come to know the magnitude of festival if I would have not been here. The perfect international arrangements and full of youth and energy has made this festival a very exclusive one in the World. I would love to be part of this every time,” said Mehul Kumar writer producer director and Senior Vice President of IMPPA- Indian Motion Picture Producers Association.

Renowned    actor of more than 15 films  Pritam Kangane said,”what a lovely environment , every corner is decorated , every hall is full and so much to do in three days-that’s the real festival I am attending,”

“ I don’t miss the chance to be here at Global Film Festival. GFFN can be compared to any international film festival be the films, and other allied activities,” said Popular film director Pankaj Parashar who has visited the festival maximum times.

“It is a honor to be part of this festival and especially when your new film is being released; the importance is converted into prestige. I considered especially this festival to showcase my new film,” said Jyant Gilator well known film director.

The dignitaries released a book written by Ashok Tyagi “ABC of Film Making” followed by an exhibition by Suddha Rani Sama. A poster release function of Mahatma Gandhi Forum and release of News bulletin at the lawns added ample glamour to the show.

Global Film Festival Noida is one of the most famous and vibrant film festivals of India, which has already touched more than 140 countries participation in last ten years.

The festival covers workshops, seminars, talks, discussions, symposiums, exhibitions, film launchings, film releases, entertainment programs, fashion show, film awards, a grand inauguration and screening of films.

Great Grand Opening of 10th Global Film Festival Noida 2017


10th Global Film Festival Inaugurated at Noida


Noida: The 10th Edition of the biggest film festival of North India –Global Film Festival Noida was inaugurated at Noida Film City. Large number of delegates from India and abroad were the participants.

“We have grown in last ten years, the reach of Global Film Festival Noida has gone to 145 countries of the World. A large cinema library has already been established. We are now part of many countries as far as cinema relations and development is concerned,” introduced Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and GFFN.

“India and Romania are good friends, through cinema and arts we bring our friend ship to new level. Romania has been a part of Indian films already many times we hope these festivals will bring more awareness of each others facilities,” said H.E. Radu Octavian Dobre Ambassador of Romania to India while inaugurating the festivals.

“The excitement and the positive vibrations of the festival are serving the purpose of the event that is love peace and unity through art and culture,” said Donald H Green renowned artist from Australia.

“Film festivals are the best way for a filmmaker to express himself and built up solid contacts.  Youth must be given a right guidance to move further in visual media,” added Gauri Munjal renowned actress from South.

Film Maker Shefali Bhushan Film Maker from Israel Henna Anzi, Filmmaker and Lawyer Anoop Bose, filmmaker and festival Director of GFFN Ashok Tyagi also spoke on the occasion. The festival has 50 events including workshops, seminars, exhibitions, talks, interactions, screenings and entertainment evenings.

 Festival remained in the campus of Marwah Studios at Noida Film City for two days and the third day of the festival saw the Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh at Vigyan Bhawan. This is the new national award constituted for Hindi Cinema.

Hindi Cinema Samman Extention of 10th Global Film Festival




New Delhi: Global Film Festival Noida, which was launched, as a replacement of IFFI is ready with its 10th edition with almost 52 events in three days. The third day has been announced as Hindi Cinema Samman  Samaroh at Vigyan Bhawan.

Large number of personalities including Shatrugan Sinha, Jackie Shroff, Mohit Marwah Annu Malik, Darmesh Darshan, Pakaj Parashar, Amit Sadh, Kunal Kapoor, Gauri Munjal, Hena Anzi are going to be the part of festival from 10th to 12th November.

All the association related to Hindi Cinema and their heads are going to be visible for the first time in one single platform on the launching of these national awards. T.P.Agarwal of IMPA, B.N. Tewari of FWICE, , Sushant Singh of CINTA, Thakur Tapasvi of IFTDA, Dilip Pithva of ADCDA, Adit Tondon ICS, Trade Pandits Bhavna Somaya, Komal Nahata and Bharti Pradhan have also given their consent.

Workshops, seminars, interactions, screening of films, awards, entertainment, exhibitions have been planned during these three days.” We have grown big in ten years. IFTC Will Present 10th Global Film Festival Noida




New Delhi: IFTC has announced and will present the tenth edition of Global Film Festival Noida 2017 from 1oth to 12th November at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City and Vigyan Bhawan at New Delhi.

International Film And Television Club is one of the biggest bodies consisting of people from films, television, media, art, culture, fashion, music, tourism, political fraternity and many NGO, social workers and educationists are also part of the same.

IFTC was launched way back in 1993 to give value addition to the students of Asian Academy of Film And Television. Many important festivals now come under the banner of IFTC.

Global Festival of Journalism, Global Literary Festival, Global Fashion Week, International Festival of Cellphone Cinema, International Sufi Festival, AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films, Festival of Films on Disability and Children’s Film Festival are the important events of this part of the World.

Sandeep Marwah Honored With ‘Bharat Gaurav Award’




Sandeep Marwah an international media personality, promoter of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios with World Records to his credit of producing largest number of short films and recently created another record with QBR Commonwealth Games Delhi, is the teacher and trainer to more than 9000 media persons from 80 countries of the World is honored with ‘Bharat Gaurav Award’.

The National level award constituted by the society presents this award to those who have done extra ordinary work in their field for the human upliftment, self motivators and brought country to world fame with the help of spirituality and honesty.

An award was presented to Sandeep Marwah in a grand function organized during the Global Film Festival Noida 2010 by Acharya Prabhakar Mishra President of World Religious Parliament.

‘Baru - The Wonder Kid’ to premiere at 3rd Global Film Festival Noida



Animation film ‘Baru-The Wonder Kid’ is all set to Premiere on 13th November at the ‘3rd Global Film Festival’ at Noida. Instead of the theatrical release, producers Vishnu Manohar and Prabhakar Shukla have decided to hold the first screening at this festival which is dedicated to good children’s films from across the world. Later the film will be brought to theatres.

Comments one of the producers Prabhakar Shukla,“We have decided to push the theatrical release further after seeing the market reaction for recently released animation film Ramayan. Now we will be bringing the film through a different route. 3rd Global Film Festival at Noida’s focus is children’s films.

“We have many children’s film by international directors getting exposure through this festival. Amongst the Indian films, 'Baru-The Wonder Kid' is Premiering while other three Indian entries are Mr India, Aasmaan Se Gira and Blue Umbrella. It’s definitely a very good and appropriate platform for us” Informed Sandeep Marwah, the festival President.

'Baru-The Wonder Kid' is one of the few animation film that is getting a very positive response from various festivals across the world. After the premiere at the 3rd Global Film Festival, which is showcasing many films from Japan, Russia, Iran, France, Italy, Spain etc, the film will move onto other International films festivals before its theatrical release.

Presented by Shri Vishnu Entertainment & Lemon N Yellow Productions and produced by Vishnu Manohar and Prabhakar Shukla (of Kahani Ek Gudiya Ki fame), ‘Baru-The Wonder Kid’ is directed by Sachin Gote. The story revolves around a twelve year old orphan boy Baru and his courageous journey to free his sister, Anannya (fondly called as Ani), from the clutches of the Devil Prince-Zukayu.

The film’s music is by Vivek Prakash while lyrics is done by Madan Pal. Dubbing for various animated characters is done by Jagjit Singh, Avika Gor, Bhagyashree, Sharad Kelkar, Vrajesh Hirjee, Nandu Madhav (of Harish Chandrachi Factory fame), baby Anushka Shukla, Aditi Mandiwikar, Somesh Agarwal, Chinmay, Nilesh Harsora, Shalin Goyal and Princy Goyal.

Mr India Will Be Shown During 3rd Global Film Festival




The film which is directly related to Children Mr India is the entry for screening at 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 from 12th to 14th November at festival venue at Noida Film City.

“Even though the film Mr India has been screened so many times in different channels, the children still have great craze for this film” said Sandeep Marwah President of the festival.” This film has been all time hit of Director Shekhar Kapoor and Producer Boney Kapoor” Marwah added.

I wanted to be at the festival for all three days but I have to be out of India for official work” said Boney Kapoor. “I have realized that the reaction of the Children is same after seeing the movie all these years” said Sridevi who is also out of India at the time of Festival.

Other films which are going to be screened in the festival are Nitobeh (Japan), Blue Umbrella (India), 400 Blows (France), Ivan’s Childhood (Russia), The Bicycle Thief (Italy), Baduk (Iran), Mouchette (France), Kirikou Et La Sorciere (France), Bellisemia (Italy), The Spirit of The Beehive (Spain) and many more.

Feature Film Coffee House Gets Space In 3rd Global Film Festival Noida




Critically acclaimed feature film with social theme and entry to 62nd Cannes Film Festival India Pavilion Coffee House found house in 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 from 12th to 14th November at Noida Film City.

“I am pleased and excited that my film has been now the part of prestigious 3rd Global Film Festival focus on Children Films. The reality is that film is moving towards better society and gradually teaches you good culture discarding the bad ones” said Gurbir Grewal the director of the film

“The extraordinary performance of Ashutosh Rana and Sakhshi Tanwar teaches you the real Indian traditions. The subjects covered by Coffee House are now international” said Sandeep Marwah president of the festival.

Shivkala Motion Picture’s presentation Coffee House had bagged two awards during International Women Film Festival of India last year.

Oscar Entry Guru Will Participate In 3rd Global Film Festival Noida




“The full length feature film GURU directed by Rajeev Anchal in Malayalam and produced by Harbbei Sidhu supported by Shantigiri Ashram on the theme of Guru inspired by the Karunakar Guru is the part of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010” informed Festival President Sandeep Marwah to the international press.

The film Guru was the OSCAR entry of India selected by the Apex film body of the country Film Federation of India in the year 1997.The film was appreciated by the Oscar Committee but could not be taken into the competition list. The film has bagged many awards in India and abroad

“The performance of super star of South India Mohanlal brought the level of film to par excellence. Director Rajeev Anchal was given an international status with this film” said Sidhu.

3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 With Focus On Children’s Film




The International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios has planned its third edition of Global Film Festival Noida 2010 from 12th to 14th November at its campus in Noida Film City with focus on Children’s Film.

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India is supporting the festival through its Directorate of Film Festival (DFF), Children’s Film Society India (CFSI) and Film Division who all are participating through their films.

International Children’s Film Forum(ICFF), International Film And Television Research Centre (IFTRC), Indo Wales Creative Forum (IWCF), Indo Nigerian Film Association (INFA), Indo Sudan Cultural Forum ISCF), Indo Peru Cultural And Film Forum (IPCFF), World Religious Parliament (WRP), Global Yog Alliance (GYA), PHD Chamber of Commerce, Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Film and Television Producers Guild (FTPGI), Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA), Film Federation Of India (FFI) are part of the film festival this time.

Festival has seven segments including International Cinema, Films from Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Films on the issue of Disability, Films on Children by professional film makers, Films made by Children and Competitive Section numbering to more than 150 films this time with 12 presentations.

Children’s Film Society India Will Participate in 3rd Global Film Festival.

The 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 promoted by International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios has welcomed the participation of Children’s Film Society of India, a body of Information and Broadcasting Ministry, Government of India from 12th to 14th November at Noida Film City.

“It is a proud moment for me that my film Aasmaan, produced by Children Film Society, India has been selected for the screening for the main Cinema at 3rd GFF” said renowned film director Pankaj Parashar who promised to be present at the festival for three days.

“I am thankful to Children Film Society, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India for encouraging us for the film festival on the issues of Children” said Sandeep Marwah the festival President and also Chairperson of International Children’s Film Forum formed and framed exactly last year during the 2nd Global Film festival in 2009.

Savitri Vikas Samiti Supports 3rd Global Film festival Noida 2010

A well known ten years old NGO Savitri Vikas Samiti a forum for Universal Love and Peace through Music of Delhi working for the promotion of Arts and Culture in India joined the team of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 promoted by International Film And television Club of Marwah Studios-A Creative Enterprises.

Section For Disability Films At 3rd Global Film Festival Noida




A special section for the films covering the issues of disability has been created by the management of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 starting from 12th November at Marwah Studios Complex, Noida Film City

“We cannot ignore the issue of disability which exists in our society and has been ignored for many times, especially when the focus of the festival is children” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and the festival.

“All preparations have been done to highlight disability issues in 3rd global Film Festival” said R.K.Singh Festival Director. “We have received large number of films from many countries and different parts of India.” said Satish Kapoor President Brotherhood who is looking after this section of 3rd GFF Noida 2010.

The film festival has other sections for International Films, AAFT films, ASMS films, Professional films, competition films along with seminars, workshops, exhibitions, market section, book releases, launching of organizations, networking lunches, gala dinners etc.

68th Festival of Short Digital Films will be part of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida

The management and board of Asian Academy of Film And Television has decided to merge its 68th festival of short digital films with the Global Film Festival which has been placed in the evening of first day of this mega international event in Noida to be held from 12th to 14th November at Marwah Studios Complex.

A set of selected films from the 68th batch are going to be the part of this mini festival which will participate in the competition to be judged by the jury comprising of important film makers from the film and television industry.

“The platform has been provided to the young film makers to showcase their works of art in the 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 a mega international event, which is a rare opportunity for any new comer” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios, and the festival.

The Global Film Festival is the biggest film event of the city Noida and one of the most important festival of North India.
