AAFT Will Provide British Degree to Media Students




Asian School of Communication of AAFT has tied up with University of Central Lancashire, Preston UK for British Media Degree., UCLAN is the fifth biggest University of UK and has been rated as one of the best in media education specially in Journalism .

AAFT is indeed an International seat of learning attracting students from 81 countries of the World, The only of its kind in whole of India. AAFT has been bestowed upon more than 150 International, National, State level awards including appreciations from social, cultural, media, film, television, journalists associations & societies.

“AAFT is a complete Media Universe” said Anil Kapoor a renowned International Film Star. “I am associated with AAFT now for a long time” said Satish Kaushik.” Sandeep Marwah has done a commendable job in Noida Film City” said Yash Chopra. “AAFT has fantastic arrangements for film and television training” said David Dhawan.

Asian School of Communication- UCLAN Promoted By Marwah Studios




The 20 years old education group ‘Asian Education Group’ who all are the promoters of Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies and Asian Business School some of the finest institutions of the country now bringing Asian School of Communication through this education society.

Asian School of Communication has brought the Degree courses of University of Central Lancashire, Preston, United Kingdom to India. “Now the students do not have to go to UK for all these media courses, they can have World class education in a new World class infrastructure at UCLAN Media India, Noida itself” said Sandeep Marwah an International Media Personality and President of Marwah Studios.

Asian School of Communication will be conducting full time and part time courses in Masters and Undergraduate courses in Film Production, International Journalism and Script Writing from this academic year 2011 from their new campus.

3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 With Focus On Children’s Film




The International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios has planned its third edition of Global Film Festival Noida 2010 from 12th to 14th November at its campus in Noida Film City with focus on Children’s Film.

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India is supporting the festival through its Directorate of Film Festival (DFF), Children’s Film Society India (CFSI) and Film Division who all are participating through their films.

International Children’s Film Forum(ICFF), International Film And Television Research Centre (IFTRC), Indo Wales Creative Forum (IWCF), Indo Nigerian Film Association (INFA), Indo Sudan Cultural Forum ISCF), Indo Peru Cultural And Film Forum (IPCFF), World Religious Parliament (WRP), Global Yog Alliance (GYA), PHD Chamber of Commerce, Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Film and Television Producers Guild (FTPGI), Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA), Film Federation Of India (FFI) are part of the film festival this time.

Festival has seven segments including International Cinema, Films from Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Films on the issue of Disability, Films on Children by professional film makers, Films made by Children and Competitive Section numbering to more than 150 films this time with 12 presentations.

39 events have been designed during three days including 3 seminars, 3 workshops, 3 book releases,2 new film releases, 3 exhibitions, daily bulletin,3 networking lunches, 3 gala dinners, 3 launching of forums, 3 inauguration of films, Market section, formal inauguration and closing function, 3 stage programs, 3 mini festivals of AAFT, ASMS and Documentary Film makers etc.

AAFT Is The Part Of Gandhi My Father

Director of feature film Gandhi My Father Feroz Abbas Khan was at AAFT Asian Academy Of Film And Television to pay his gratitude to the institution for the untiring help extended by the students of the institution during the making of the film which has bagged 3 National Awards in recent announcement by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. “I am so thankful to Sandeep Marwah, the director of the institution for referring me the students of AAFT for my film when I was at Marwah Studios at the time of making of my first film venture” said Feroz Abbas Khan.

Feroz Abbas Khan was talking to the students of 64th batch at Noida Film City. referred the name of many students specially Gurmeet Singh who has been with him as First AD, Ridhima Pandey as Costume in charge and Pratikh Sapra as AD in feature film Gandhi My Father. “ I am impressed by the quality of education, the institute is imparting at AAFT as I need no more proof than the honest, hardworking and intelligent students who have worked with me.” added Feroz.

“I am so thankful to Anil Kapoor the producer of the film Ganhi My Father and the Director Feroz Abbas Khan for showing so much of confidence in the institution and I assure that this confidence will remain the same for ever ”said Sandeep Marwah, the president of AAFT .Later Marwah presented life membership of International Film and Television Club to Feroz Abbas Khan.
