IFTC is the Most Exclusive Art Promotion Organization



 
International Film And Television Club Scores High Reputation

New Delhi: IFTC- International Film and Television Club was established by Sandeep Marwah a well know international media person way back in 1993 to promote film and television education at Asian Academy of Film & Television and films, art and culture on a global level.

Powerful interactions with national and international film, TV, media, art and cultural celebrities & Luminaries were coordinated to plan, execute and popularize festivals & carnivals at the world stage.

IFTC is the only organization in the World, which has established eleven most exclusive grand cultural celebrations from Noida Film City, the platform of Marwah Studios and AAFT.
Global Film Festival (to promote good cinema) is the biggest festival of North India, Global Festival of Journalism (to promote positive and constructive journalism) is the only of its kind in the World, Global Literary Festival (to endorse powerful literature) is now second most popular festival of the nation and Global Fashion Week (to showcase and promote young fashion designers of our country) is the only festival showcasing designs and garments from more than 50 countries. All these four major festivals have so far attracted two million delegates from 145 countries of the World. 

International Festival of Cellphone Cinema (to promote the idea of mobile cinema) the first ever mobile festival in the World, International Sufi Festival (to promote spirituality) is a music with spirituality, AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films (to give prominence to short films) with World Record to its credit of being 105th edition and only festival to give opportunity to more than 2000 new directors to showcase their debut film, ASMS Festival of Short Films (to bring social message to the universal floor) are now so well accepted by the world audience.

We Feel Festival of Films on Disability (to sensitize people on the disability subject, Children’s Film Festival (to support Children’s Film Society of India and to encourage good cinema for children) and Country Wise Film Festival (to develop and promote relations with different countries) are the packages designed by the organization.

 “All these festivals have fortunately been very successful in their respective objectives and have given a tremendous kick start to the aspiring as well as the eminent filmmakers by screening their work and giving them a beautiful platform to stage their creativity,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of IFTC.

The Film Club is also actively involved in organizing film shows of many prominent, classic and awarded films throughout the year and supports many other organizations to fulfill their objectives through films.

95th AAFT Festival of Short Films Inaugurated


Noida: The prominent people from the field of education inaugurated the AAFT festival of short films one of its kind in the World at Noida Film City.

“95th AAFT Festival of Short Films has attracted more than 100 countries of the World. More than 2000 film directors have shown their debut films in this festival. It is indeed one of the most exclusive film festivals of the World,” said Sandeep Marwah

Films are the best way to create national and international integration. It is a teamwork. Every one is required and plays a very important in filmmaking. It teaches you the importance of others in our own life,” said Roderick Harding a
professor from United States of America and ha has been in higher education for 20 years.

“Sports and film making both induce and motivate you to work jointly. It educates you to realize that team work is so important,” added Amjad Khan a National Boxing Champion from India and President of Amjad Khan Boxing Foundation.

Prof. Kalyan Sarkar paid vote of thanks and also read out the list of films shown in the festival. The house full of young audience could not wait to see theme oriented short films.

69th Festival of Short Digital Films At AAFT




“Festival Of Short Digital Films at Asian Academy of Film and Television has emerged now the oldest film festival of short films in India” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and Chairperson of International Film And Television Club. ”Its been 18 years we have been conducting this festival, this is probably the only film event in the World which happens every three months” Marwah added while introducing the formation of IFTC 18 years back to support film, TV and Media education.

The films made during the 69th batch of AAFT have been showcased in this festival. The most prominent films were MR.IRRESISTABLE directed by Frode Schlichting, FREEDOM directed by Ugo Ben, BORN TO DIE by Roshini Basu, PLAYGROUND by Mariam Abdalla, THE WAY IT WAS SEEN by Robin Chackho and MIND SET by Moti P Sutar

“It reminds me of my days at FTII, but the kind of facilities AAFT is proving you, the students can grow to any heights” said Sanjeev Sood renowned cinematographer and Director. “I am impressed by the functioning of this institution which no less than any best film schools of the World” said Vivek Mittal an educationist, Chairperson of a Foundation.“I am ready to contribute to my best to Radio Noida 107.4FM, a full fledged station in this campus” expressed Poonam Surin a senior Radio Producer Director from AIR.

“You are lucky that everything has been planned on platter, take best use of this time” motivated Amit Jani a youth leader. “Film making to film festivals don’t happen in any film school, I miss this school, I want to support every activity of this institute which is like a University in its self” emotionally explained Rohit Sardana of Zee News.

The show was supported by International Film And Television Research Centre, International Public Broadcasting Forum, International Children’s Film Forum and Pt.Jawaharlal Nehru Forum. The show attended by huge gathering of film, TV and media professionals and students. Prof Kalyan Sarkar and Prof R.K. Singh also spoke on the occasion.
