AAFT Achieves 10th World Record: Honoured by World Book of Talent Records for Completing 125 Academic Batches in 32 Years

Noida: The Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT) has once again created history by securing its 10th World Record, this time recognized by the World Book of Talent Records. The institution has been honoured for becoming the first creative institution in the world to successfully complete 125 academic batches in just 32 years of excellence in education.

At a special ceremony held at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, all students of the 125th batch of AAFT were felicitated for being part of this historic achievement. Each student received a certificate of World Record recognition, marking their place in the institution’s legacy.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT, expressed his pride and gratitude:
“This 10th World Record is not just an honour for AAFT, but a celebration of our 32-year journey dedicated to creativity, innovation, and education. Each batch has contributed to our growth, and this recognition is a testament to the trust and hard work of our students, faculty, and the entire AAFT family.”

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University   while speaking on the convocation of 108th Batch of AAFT at Noida Film City.

Asian Academy has been rated as the first ten best film schools of the World with seven World records to its credit. Twenty seven years in films, television and media education has given AAFT a wonderful status in media and entertainment industry all over the Globe.

 Students passing out in short term and one year courses were thrilled to receive their certificates under the guidance of school directors and faculty.

Marwah Films And Video Production Announces Web Series



Web Series Launched at Marwah Films And Video Productions


Noida: Marwah Films And Video Production announced a web series to be launched at the beginning of May this year where the alumni of AAFT will participate in both on screen and in production too.

“We have designed a web series keeping in mind the in house talent of AAFT and ASMS on screen and for the production team too. The details are being worked out and all these productions will be made in Noida,” informed Sandeep Marwah President of the Asian Education Group.

Speaking on the occasion alumnus Amit Agarwal offered opportunity to the current students to join him after the course for his web series, which he has started, and projecting the same in Cannes International Film Festival. He was accompanied with his cast Aarti Rawat, Shipra Kasana and another alumnus of ASMS Harshvardhan Saran.

“We have already prepared the first show, and I shall be taking care of the project which will start its audition from April end,” added Ashok Tyagi director of the series.

I am thrilled to be here, it is one of the most interesting day for me to hand over prestigious diplomas of AAFT to the deserving students. I have gained a new energy,” said Srishti Kaur Miss Universe Teen appreciating the facilities at AAFT.

The Dean of AAFT Prof. V.S.Kanan,  Director ASMS Col. Pradeep Gupta, Dean Acting Satish Anand and Director Radio Noida Sushil Bharti spoke on the occasion. Students from the stream of Production Direction, TV Journalism, Editing, Sound Recording, Camera, Lighting Techniques, Radio Production, Still Photography, Script Writing, Graphics and Animation were given the diplomas.

AAFT Scholarship For Bulgaria


Noida: Indo Bulgarian Film And Cultural Forum created jointly by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Embassy of Bulgaria in India last year presented a scholarship to H.E. Petko Doykov the Ambassador of Bulgaria to India.

Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI presented the scholarship in a grand function at Marwah Studios. ”We will be more than happy to receive a deserving student from Bulgaria to learn the art of film, television and media in India,” said Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of the forum.

A scholarship of AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television consists of  3 months education and training on any of the streams of Production Direction & TV Journalism, Editing and Sound Recording, Acting & Presentation, Camera & Lighting Technics, Sound and Radio Productions, Graphics and Animation, Still Photography. It includes boarding and lodging of the student also.

I am happy that IBFCF is promoting the relation between two countries under the leadership of Sandeep Marwah. We will work on many subjects in time to come,” said H.E. Petko Doykov Ambassador of Bulgaria to India.

Noida: Asian School of Media Studies celebrated its convocation of 2014-2017 batches of undergraduates and 2015-2017 Batches of Masters of Mass Communication and Journalism at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.

“ Students look for this colorful day in their life when they are awarded degrees for their sincere contribution and learning in education centre in chosen subjects. My heartiest congratulations to each and every one,” expressed Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group

“We are friends for hundreds of years, the journalism students must make some powerful documentaries on our India Mongolia friendship. Let the World know our strong relations. The Mongolian Government will be more than happy to welcome you all,” said H.E. Gonchig Ganbold Ambassador of Mongolia to India while inaugurating the session.

“I have not seen better school of journalism than ASMS, so well equipped with facilities and a perfect syllabus for a student to be a complete journalists,” said H.E. Vinod Kumar IFS Indian Ambassador to Uzbekistan.

“When ever I come here I learn a lot. The environment at ASMS is so potent and effective that you feel like learning here. I admire the activities here which take the whole curriculum to new heights,” said Sumit Awasthi Deputy Managing Editor News 18.

“My experience of teaching at ASMS is fabulous. ASMS can compete with any journalism school of the World. I wish students a very bright future,” added Hanna Anzi Filmmaker from Israel.

The former student of AAFT Alankrita Dhaiya had lots of praise for the institution. “Whatever I am today the credit goes to my institution for educating me, training me and grooming me in media. I am so thankful to AAFT for everything that even my better half is also from the same institution,”

Noida: A powerful workshop by the renowned Italian designer Angela Garini was held at ASMS School of Fashion And Design at Noida.

“We are lucky to have with us a well known architect, dress designer, film maker and Wedding consultant Angelo Garini from Milan, Italy to talk to the students of design and sharing his vast experience of the industry,” introduced Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group.

“Design is now a parallel line in our day to day business. Be it is a room interior or dresses, a house design or a new car, your greeting cards or a marriage function everything needs designing, added Marwah initiating the subject of
work shop by Italian Designer Angelo Garini at ASMS.

“We are working on the scope of designing in all sort of events in India and might need Angelo Garini soon in Delhi, Noida and Gurugoan for different kind of involvements,” said Madhavi Advani a social worker and consultant to Taj Vivanta.

Angelo Garini is an Architect, wedding, event and interior designer, publisher, consultant and has mastered on Italian kind of projects for all over the World.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored Angelo with life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT and Life Membership of International Women Film Forum to Madhavi Advani.

Ritulal Director School of Fashion and Design paid vote of thanks. The event was supported by Indo Italian Film And Cultural Forum of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

95th AAFT Festival of Short Films Inaugurated


Noida: The prominent people from the field of education inaugurated the AAFT festival of short films one of its kind in the World at Noida Film City.

“95th AAFT Festival of Short Films has attracted more than 100 countries of the World. More than 2000 film directors have shown their debut films in this festival. It is indeed one of the most exclusive film festivals of the World,” said Sandeep Marwah

Films are the best way to create national and international integration. It is a teamwork. Every one is required and plays a very important in filmmaking. It teaches you the importance of others in our own life,” said Roderick Harding a
professor from United States of America and ha has been in higher education for 20 years.

“Sports and film making both induce and motivate you to work jointly. It educates you to realize that team work is so important,” added Amjad Khan a National Boxing Champion from India and President of Amjad Khan Boxing Foundation.

Prof. Kalyan Sarkar paid vote of thanks and also read out the list of films shown in the festival. The house full of young audience could not wait to see theme oriented short films.

New Delhi; A grand show was organized by ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with Sangam Kala Group and AAFT School of Performing Arts to honor some of the most important people associated with music industry at Srifort Auditorium at New Delhi followed by musical evening with Sonu Nigam.

“We are proud to be associated with this powerful music evening which has created a huge buzz in the city. The students of AAFT School of Performing Arts are lucky to be part of this great extravaganza,” said Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry & Marwah Studios.

Sonu Nigam often called as the Lord of Chords and The Elvis Presley of India, is an Indian musician, singer, composer, music producer, recordist, music programmer, live performer and actor. He prominently sings in Hindi and Kannada language films.

“He has also sung in Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Tulu, Assamese, Odia, Nepali, Maithili and various Indian languages. He has also released Indian pop albums and acted in a number of films,” informed VSK Sood National President of Sangam Kala Group.

 “Sonu Nigam has been one of the highest paid Indian singers. He is one of the most versatile singers of bollywood industry. The support of Marwah Studios, ICMEI and AAFT brought the show to Delhi,” added Sood from the stage of Srifort.

Noida: The delegates from the countries of Cuba, Indonesia, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Sudan, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Congo, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Kenya, Bhutan and South Sudan participated in the International Peace Conference organized by World Peace Development And Research Foundation at Noida Film City.

A case study of Sandeep Marwah was also the part of the agenda. His vision of establishing a film city in North India, his film and TV studios and the most famous film school of the World were part of the discussion.

Sandeep Marwah is six time World Record Holder, and the only Indian to be honored more than 500 times from more than 70 countries of the World.
His 100 organizations and untiring efforts towards building a peaceful World is worth mentioning at every platform. He can be the next candidate for Noble Prize.

Kellyhroy Gatobu of Keyna said I am honored to be with Marwah. His motivational words have taught me a lot. Leila Salimi of Tunisia said we have gained new energy after meeting Sandeep Marwah. Powerful Dance Workshop by Sanjay Yadav at AAFT




Noida: Renowned dance maestro Sanjay Yadav conducted a powerful dance workshop depicting bollywood style of dancing at Asian Academy of Film And Television for the students of Acting and Presentation.

“No business is better than show business, and dancing is the best part of it. Sanjay has added a lot to the acting course and pep to the whole semester. His unique way of teaching and creative style is exclusive in the industry,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios appreciating Sanjay Yadav for his sincere and effortless dancing. Style.

“Asian Academy of Film And Television is my second home. I love this place because of the energy and excitement in the campus,” said Sanjay Yadav thanking students for cooperating him in learning well.

Sanjay Yadav is a dance teacher to Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranvir Singh, Mohit Marwah, Arjun Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Shraadha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Sonam Kapoor.  He has recently directed dances and Choreographed movements in two full length feature films- Kutumb Directed by Amit Shree and Kanpur Villa Directed by Saket Behal.

AAFT Partners in Asian Film Festival at Leicester

London: The premier film school of India AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television has joined hands with Pukar a renowned magazine from the city of Leicester to plan and showcase Asian Films in the city.

The festival has been named as Asian Film Festival and shall screen films from different Asian countries. The city has more than 60 percent Asian population.

“We are happy to join hands with Pukar for another film festival. AAFT has already created international properties like Global Film Festival Noida, International Festival of Cellphone Cinema, AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films etc.,” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios at London office.
