99th Batch of AAFT Inaugurated at Marwah Studios


Noida: The most popular film and Television training centre of the country of India – Asian Academy of Film And Television inaugurated its 99th Batch at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.

“We are one batch away from the Century, the excitement level has gone much higher. Many new ideas are prevailing in mind and heart. We have proved to the World that we are the best. Running 99 batches have given us a research content for 99 times. We have learned what is good what is not required. The success of our students is the clear proof,” said Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT as a opening statement of inaugural program.

“AAFT has brought the name of India to the highest level in film and television training. We are proud of Sandeep Marwah.  Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award to Sandeep Marwah is the indication of quality in education,” said Dr. Yogendra Narain former Secretary Rajya Sabha, Government of India while lighting the ceremonial lamp.

“The growth of AAFT from single college to University is the measurement stick for the opinion makers to assess the quantity and quality of the success,” added Syed Shahid Mehdi the former Vice President of ICCR, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

More than 500 awards, chairing 100 organizations, 33 years in media, 25 years in training, It is hard to get a mentor like Marwah in film and television training. Students cannot imagine how expensive education is being delivered at no price. Indeed AAFT is the best and number one film school in the World,” said J.P. Singh Director India Skills Development Council.

Rajesh Bajaj Alumnus and writer director of feature film Hari Puttar, Seerat Raj Narindra renowned designer and Lotty Alaric presenter and actor Lok Sabha TV also spoke to the young students. The guests were amazed to see the facilities available at the campus. The 99th batch of short term courses has also added some new courses.

Powerful Dance Workshop by Sanjay Yadav at AAFT




Noida: Renowned dance maestro Sanjay Yadav conducted a powerful dance workshop depicting bollywood style of dancing at Asian Academy of Film And Television for the students of Acting and Presentation.

“No business is better than show business, and dancing is the best part of it. Sanjay has added a lot to the acting course and pep to the whole semester. His unique way of teaching and creative style is exclusive in the industry,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios appreciating Sanjay Yadav for his sincere and effortless dancing. Style.

“Asian Academy of Film And Television is my second home. I love this place because of the energy and excitement in the campus,” said Sanjay Yadav thanking students for cooperating him in learning well.

Sanjay Yadav is a dance teacher to Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranvir Singh, Mohit Marwah, Arjun Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Shraadha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Sonam Kapoor.  He has recently directed dances and Choreographed movements in two full length feature films- Kutumb Directed by Amit Shree and Kanpur Villa Directed by Saket Behal.

Sandeep Marwah Honored for Green India Projects




New Delhi: “Being a part of Clean India Movement which became the first National campaign of Prime Minister of India and was launched on 2nd October 2014 it self is a great achievement,” said Bhu Tyagi in a jam-packed Mavlankar Hall at Constitution Club at New Delhi celebrating World Environment Day.

Marwah has created and associated with many Environment and Climate committees in number of organizations including AAFT, ICMEI, ICOI, PHD, ASSOCHAM, IHRO, and working hand in hand with United Nations Information Centre. He has been nominated patron to Indian Federation of United Nation Associations added Mukesh Sharma.

Marwah has created 543 committees in NFTC- National Federation of Tourism and Transport Cooperatives of India Limited and dealing with 543 parliamentarians to remind them about Clean India, Green India, Clean Ganga and many other projects to make India beautiful.

Marwah was honored with a memento for his untiring works in Environment and save the Mother Earth. Later Sandeep Marwah also presented awards to the members of the Municipal corporations present there.

Sandeep Marwah Honored on Founders Day of IHRO




New Delhi: “It is a great pleasure to celebrate the Foundation day of International Human Rights Organization on the World Environment Day. Today we have completed eight years of services under this banner,” said Nem Singh Premi Chairperson of IHRO at a function to celebrate foundation day at Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

“Sandeep Marwah deserves a lot of appreciation, he has been the international Ambassador of IHRO which is affiliated to United Nation and International Bar Association,” added Padamshri Dr. Syam Singh Shashi who was sharing his experience of change in life pattern of all these years.

“The whole world works on relations, good relations can lead to any heights. We have to maintain relations with nature also to service on this planet,” said Vibhav Kant Upadhyay President India Center Foundation.

“Charity begins at home, tiny and small contributions can save the environment. It is the high time we must change our mentality and start participating in saving the earth,” said Jyotika Kalra member National Human Rights Council.

“I am honored to be part of this group, which has spent eight years in serving human through different activities. Marwah Studios and AAFT have been in continuous practice of Saving Earth, be it a clean India project or Clean Ganga, Green India or Healthy India. We have left no stone unturned to serve the Mother Earth,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios accepting the award from IHRO.

The President of BRICS International Forum, Purnima Anand handed over the official invitation to Sandeep Marwah, President of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) to become the Patron of BRICS International Forum and support the upcoming World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 from India on the sidelines of United Nations Information Centre & International conference of Intellectuals celebrating the world Environment day organized by the ICMEI on May 06, 2017 at Noida Film City.

BRICS International Forum (BRICS-IF) is a socio, economic, political centre working amongst BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) with a goal to initiate people-to-people dialogue. It is the first independent international public organization, working towards creating a structured social, economic and environmentally sustainable BRICS bloc with support from a network of governmental and non-governmental organizations.

 BRICS-IF has been formed to cater, mobilize and carry forward the agenda, policies and decisions made by the heads of states at the annual BRICS summits and aims to encourage and strengthen multilateral cooperation within BRICS and beyond.

World Environment Day 2017 at AAFT


New Delhi: A powerful seminar to celebrate the World Environment Day was organized by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with United Nation Information Centre and Indian Federation of United Nation Associations at AAFT, Noida Film City.

“It is not only our duty but it is our religion to keep the country clean and beautiful. Three most important factors which we have to keep in mind that is Air, Water & Earth to live longer and to save our planet,” initiated the seminar by Sandeep Marwah president Marwah Studios, nominated Global Green Ambassador for his non stop working for environment and climate at ICMEI.

Warren Harrison a filmmaker from United Kingdom emphasized that schools and colleges must take an initiative to teach the students about the importance of environment so that they churn out to be responsible citizens of their country.

Renowned actress Priyanka Kothari appreciated the efforts and said that these kinds of events should be the continuous process to teach young and old to love mother earth to have pleasing environment.

A huge participation of members from films, television, media and education fraternity made the whole program very impressive and useful. International council of Intellectuals also supported the seminar.
