Chennai: The meeting of Executive Council of FFI- Film Federation of India, the mother body of Cinema in India, was held at The Park Hotel at Chennai where all members were invited to participate in the proceedings of the federation,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Society of Film and Television and Executive member of FFI.
Film Federation was created way back in 1951 to promote commerce in general and in particular to promote, protect and watch over the interests of the Indian Film Industry and allied industries and trades, including the interests of producers, distributors and-exhibitors of films and of all other persons connected with the film industry, to regulate their method or doing business, to establish just and equitable principles in the film industry to maintain uniformity in rules, regulations and usages of the film industry.

Mumbai: Renowned film , television and media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City & President of Marwah Studios has been once again nominated as the executive member of FFI-Film Federation of India, the mother body of Film & Television business in India.
Sandeep Marwah has been recently nominated advisor to AICTE- Ministry of Education, Government of India whereas he is already providing his expertise to Bureau of Indian Standards Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India in the capacity of National Chairman of Media and Entertainment Committee. He has also been the President of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, the only Chamber dedicated to M&E Industry.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Seven times World Record Holder , has been the Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts, Raipur ( The First Film University of the Country) and trained more than 20,000 students from all over the World. “I propose 52 episodes of television program on MSTV online television station to highlight the achievements of the members of FFI and definitely the mother body Film Federation of India so that people of this country and abroad must realize the growth of Indian cinema. We need not to forget that India is the largest film producing country in the World,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and member of the executive council of FFI.
