Sandeep Marwah Invited by Ministry of Cinema & Culture


Tashkent: The Ministry of Cinema, Art and Culture organized a special high-powered meeting at the ministry for the popular Indian film personality Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry on his visit to Tashkent in Uzbekistan.

Sandeep Marwah lead 18 member delegation to Tashkent to promote art and culture between the two countries comprising of film, television, media, art and cultural representative from New Delhi and   NCR Region for a five day trip including promotion of tourism of two countries.

Sandeep Marwah met H.E. Fukrat Zakirov the Minister of Cinema, Art and Culture and presented him with the first Scholarship of AAFT for the deserving student from Uzbekistan to learn cinema at New Delhi under short term course. Marwah also briefed Minister with all the activities of Chamber and Marwah Studios.

A film project & joint production of Feature film was discussed in length where the Government of Uzbekistan will list out soon the facilities they can provide to bring in Indian cinema to Uzbekistan. A festival of short films, a visit of film persons to Tashkent, and many other points were discussed for better relations between the two countries.

Sandeep Marwah invited the minister to India to see for himself how they are organized in Noida Film City. Golib Nematov Head of Department International Relation Department National Agency of Uzbekistan, Rizayev Shuxrat Deputy General Director, Vipin Gaur of NAI and Sushil Bharti of Radio Noida and MSTV attended the meeting.

Sandeep Marwah Paid Respect to Former Prime Minister Shashri at Tashkent

Tashkent: The councilor and Director Sipra Ghosh of Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture at Tashkent invited the International Media Personality from India Sandeep Marwah on his arrival at Tashkent on his state visit to Uzbekistan.

The Director along with the Indian and Uzbek staff very well received Sandeep Marwah along with few members of his delegation at the centre.

A special program on yoga by more than 50 ladies from Uzbekistan was presented under the guidance of Yoga Guru in open garden. Then It was followed by a dance recital, Hindi Poetry Session and Hindi songs by the students of the centre.

“I am thoroughly impressed by the teaching method and the deep interest of the students in Indian language and culture. The performance of every person is perfect which shows your dedication and continuous practice,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

“Your presence has not only graced the centre but it has also motivated the current students. Not many people from cinema and media have visited the centre. We are delighted with your visit,” said Sipra Ghosh Director of the Centre. Sandeep Marwah presented Life Membership of Indo Uzbekistan Film And Cultural Forum to Shipra Ghosh.

Indo Russian Film And Cultural Forum Launched at BRICS Summit


Indo Russian Cultural Forum Launched at ICMEI


Noida: International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with BRICS International Forum organized a summit to discuss and execute the plan of action at a grass route level at Marwah Studios Noida Film City.

Four major countries including Russia, Brazil, South Africa and India participated in the conferences. One of the major agenda was to work at students level and exchange of culture. In context to that first Indo Russian Film And Cultural Forum was launched in the presence of august audience. The Parliamentarians and delegates, with great pride, nominated Sandeep Marwah as the honorary Chairperson of the forum.

“We are part of the history when Indo Russian Film And Cultural Forum is being launched. I must suggest that sports should also be part of the same,” said Tatyana Romanovna Lebedeva an Olympics Gold Medalist and member of Senate from Russia.

“The strength is in the unity; we all together can do wonders under the leadership of Marwah. Lets support him to work for two nations,” said Gregory V. Petushkov Chairman of the Association of Public Associations, National Council of Youth And Children’s Association of Russia.

Roman Sergeyevich Chukov Chairman of the Board at the Russian Centre for Promotion of International initiatives, Maskim Andreevich Belov Member Parliament, Valeria Dubravina Government Officer, Vladimir Vladimirovich Bukalov Member Parliament were also present there.

Nelli Sergeevna Kudriavteeva Member of Parliament, Ekaterina Nikolaevna Zinovkina Vice Chairman Municipal Council Petrovsky District Okrug, St. Petrsburg, Evgenii Petrovich Mangul Member Council Gagarinsky Municipal Council of Sevastopol and Vladimir Alendrrovich Linkov Member Parliament also joined the forum.

Nikolai Nikolaevich Vladimirov Deputy Head of the city Cheboksary, Tuliia Afanaseva Chief Executive Officer Centre for Socio Culture Initiatives, Zoya Poymanova Executive Secretary Member of the Presidium of the Advisory committee of the council Federation of RF Federal Assembly and Tatiana Bushkova Development Director Vesna Charity Foundation Moscow and St. Petersburg supported the idea in a big way.

Immediately after the formation Sandeep Marwah announced students Exchange Programs, Faculty Exchange Programs, A film Festival of Films from Russia, A scholarship for the deserving student from Russia, joint ventures as far as short films are concerned and promised to highlight the visits of important people from Russia. “ We are ready now to work for this forum and as per our commitment we will take Russian Embassy in New Delhi in our confidence,” said Sandeep Marwah.

Marwah Nominated Chair for Indo Russian Cultural Forum of BRICS


Noida: Renowned media personality Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and President of Asian Education Group nominated as the Chairperson of newly constituted body- Indo Russia Film And Cultural Forum during the international summit on BRICS at New Delhi, India.

BRICS International Forum was created to work at the grass root level and youth of five countries namely Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. The head of the states of these countries meet and plan strategies as how to work together.

The Indo Russian Film And Cultural Forum is created to bring in love peace and unity through art and culture. The delegates from Russia including Olympic Winner Tatyana Romanovna Lebedeva, Chairman of the Association of Public Associations, National Council of Youth and Children’s Association of Russia Gregory V. Petushkov nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Chair of the forum.

“We are lucky to be here and charmed by the qualities of Marwah. His vision is as powerful as the vision of BRICS. We all request him to be the Chair of Indo Russian Film And Cultural Forum,” said Roman Sergeyevich Chukov Chairperson of the Board at the Russian Centre for Promotion of International initiatives.

“Together we will take this forum to new heights and make this visit to remember for all time to come,” added Maksim Andreevich Belov Member of Parliament. “Experience of Marwah in International affairs will bring colors to the organization,” expressed Vladimir Vladimirovich Bukalov Member of Parliament.

“India and Russia has wonderful relations which can be enhanced under the leadership of cultural leader Sandeep Marwah,” said Nina Alekseevna Kudriavteeva Member Parliament. "This is the right time, right place and right people for the IRFCF," added Nelli Sergeevna Danshina Member Parliament.

“The forum will build new relations between the different groups of people from two countries and will bring films, television, media, art and culture as a source of bringing in love peace and unity,” said Sandeep Marwah accepting the Leadership.

Later Marwah honored every member present there with the life membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation and memento of the International Summit on BRICS.

New Delhi: Five World Records in Media, and pioneer in many fields Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios, receives his honorary Doctorate from Kings University, USA as a gesture of recognition of his untiring efforts in the film, television and media industry.

Sandeep Marwah has already been titled as Global Cultural Minister, Global Peace Ambassador, Global Green Ambassador and now Global Media Guru declared by the Kings University, USA while reading his citation.

Sandeep Marwah is the founder of Noida Film City-the fastest growing film city in the World, Marwah Studios-the first professional film studios of North India, Asian Academy of Film And Television- the first private film school of the country, Marwah Films And Video Production-The producers of largest number of short films in the World, International Film And Television Club-Designers of largest number of festivals in the World and founder of first ever dedicated Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

Sandeep Marwah is recipient of more than 500 awards including 100 international awards he has brought to India. He has been recognized as the Father of Cellphone Cinema. Workshop by Film Makers From Singapore


Noida: The Indo Singapore Film And Cultural Forum of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry organized a seminar cum workshop for the media students of AAFT by the film makers from Singapore.

“We are ready to join hands with Marwah Studios for our upcoming film. This can be a joint venture between the two countries. It will lead to better cultural relations,” said K. Rajagopal filmmaker from Singapore.

“Our intentions are to join hands with Indian film Industry which is the biggest in the World. We will sure learn more tricks of the trade,” added Chai Yee Wei a film studio owner (Hot Cider Films) and film producer known for his film ‘Blood Ties’.

“We are thankful to Marwah Studios and AAFT for this wonderful interaction with the future film makers of this country. The business can be routed through  Singapore High Commission for faster and better understanding,” said Kester Tay First Secretary, High Commission of Singapore in India.

The meeting was addressed by renowned media person Shivendra Kumar Singh and popular Kathak Dancer Prerana Shrimali also. Later Marwah honored the guest with the life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT. Supriya Suri conducted the Program.

International Record for Asian School of Media Studies At CWG 2010




‘What our students have achieved no media person could do it in all these years” said Sandeep Marwah Director of Asian School of Media Studies and founder of Noida Film City, India.

It is the rare opportunity for Asian School of Media Studies of Marwah Studios to participate in the biggest international sports event of the country, XIX Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010 and Queen’s Baton Relay.

A special assignment was handed over to Marwah Studios by the Organizing Committee of Commonwealth Games, Delhi to cover this longest journey of Queen’s Baton Relay from Wagah Boarder to Delhi.

A special team of three former students of Asian School of Media Studies Poonam Singh, Neeraj Sauda and Abhinav Lal was prepared & selected by the Dean R.K.Singh to do the needful. A powerful well equipped technical support was provided by Marwah Studios to these three students to complete the mission.

“ASMS team of Marwah Studios clicked 10,000 photographs, covered 1000 hrs of filming attended 300 events at 900 locations covered 20,000 km in all 102 days of moving in 28 states 7 union territories and created a wonderful International record for ASMS. This has never happen or recorded by any film, television or media company or film or TV school” informed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
