Great Grand Opening of 14th Global Film Festival Noida 2021

Inauguration of 14th Global Film Festival Noida 2011 at Marwah Studios

Noida: The colourful decoration, massive gates, large posters of film makers, well dressed and enthusiastic film lovers adding spiritual energy to the event, were anxiously waiting for this international extravaganza the 14th Global Film Festival Noida 2021, to start in the campus of Marwah Studio, designed by IFTC-International Film and Television Club in association with AAFT and ICMEI-International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry.

On the occasion of thirty years of Marwah Studios we have brought today 14th edition of Global Film Festival Noida after a gap of more than a year to propagate our mission of bringing Love, Peace and Unity through art and culture. We are proud of our existence in this part of the World as now we have touched 145 countries, 7000 events, thirty lac audience under film tourism, representing 60 countries, 7 World Records and more than 1000 times honoured by the Global Media and Entertainment Industry,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Film Festival inviting and introducing all the dignities on the dice.

“AAFT is the only privileged institution in the country which is on the board of Film Federation of India an apex body of Cinema in the country. My association with Global film festival go back to the third edition, it is indeed the most vibrant festival of the country,” said T.P.Agarwal President FFI in his remarks. while lighting the ceremonial lamp

“It is beyond above my own expectations; Global Film Festival is the real excitement for film makers. There is so much to learn in three days. I am so happy to be here,” expressed Daisy Shah renowned actor famous for her role in Jai Ho, Hate Story and many others. Writer, Producer, and Director of many films Jyant Gilator wished every one associated with the festival all the best and said that the 14th edition in itself speaks about the authenticity of the festival. Not many festivals could survive that long,”.

“Every time I learn something new when I am here at Noida Film City. Every event is well designed and speaks about its specialisation. Global Festival has impressed me every time,” added HE Muhamed Cengic, Ambassador of Bosnia & Herzegovina to India. “Marwah Studios is a magical place. It is the volcano of Entertainment. I get spiritual pleasure when I am part of any event of Noida Film City. Festivals are the learning grounds for all of us,” said Cdr. K L Ganju, Hon. Consul Gen, Republic Union of Comoros in India.

“I am convinced when I saw the arrangements, how well defined is the festival though It is my first visit to Noida Film City. I am happy that Indo Fiji Cultural Forum is part of the show,” addressed HE Kamlesh Shashi Prakash, High Commissioner of Fiji to India.

The opening film from Kazakhstan today has given us a bigger and better status in the festival. We are here to give full support to Marwah Studios for the development of relation between two countries,” said HE Nurlan Zhalgasbayev, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to India. “Only last month we were here for our exclusive festival, as the curtain raiser of 14th Global Film Festival. Now we have very strong relationship with Marwah Studios,” HE Asein Isaev, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan

“This is what is required to promote cinema, relationship, and learning through soft power. India is above many countries. This festival teaches you a lot. Soon Indo Belarus Film and Cultural Forum be launched,” said HE Andrey Rzheussky, Ambassador of Belarus to India.”It is difficult now to get this kind of marvellous environment in any festival of the World. I wish all the success to the organisers,” said HE Lucmon Bobokalazoda Ambassador of Tajikistan to India.

“I am well-travelled and seen best of the festivals of the World but no festival is as energetic as Global Film Festival Noida. Every time I find unique activities at the festival. Marwah Studios is the pride of India,” said Supran Sen Secretary General of Film Federation of India.

The jam-packed auditorium was overwhelmed with the words of dignities and stars. People from all over India and abroad appreciated the different international movements initiated by ICMEI. Ashok Tyagi Festival Director proposed vote of thanks.

Sandeep Marwah Nominated Chair For Indo Kyrgyzstan cultural Forum




New Delhi: Popular Film and media personality, educationist and social worker Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been given the status of Chair for Indo Kyrgyzstan Film And Cultural Forum in a grand function by H.E. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India at Hotel Eros.

“We recommend the name of Sandeep Marwah as he has been in Cultural Diplomacy for more than three decades. We need his expertize and support to develop better relations with Kyrgyzstan,” said Charu Das of CD Foundation.

“We are very happy to nominate a well known international media personality as Chair for our Indo Kyrgyzstan Forum. We will work together for better relations through art and culture,” said H.E. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India.

I am thankful to the Government of Kyrgyzstan for giving me this beautiful responsibility to develop and promote relation between the people of two countries,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah accepting the memento.

Sandeep Marwah is seven times World Record Holder in media. He is the founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios, AAFT University and many national and international organizations.

New Delhi: H.E. Asein Isaev Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India now Patron to newly framed Indo Kyrgyzstan Film And Cultural Forum created by ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in New Delhi.

“The Forum has the experienced guide and patron to proceed further in developing people to people relation between India and Kyrgyzstan. We will be able to work better under the guidance of H.E. Asein Isaev Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

Asein Isaev graduated from the Ural State University and the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Ph.D. The diplomatic rank of an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic was assigned to him in 2016 by the decree of the President Almazbek Atambayev.

He began his career as a teacher in 1986 at the Osh State Pedagogical Institute; 1994-1995 he joined as Attaché, promoted to Third Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic; in 1995-1998 he worked as Second Secretary and First Secretary of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazakhstan; In1998 he was head of the consular agency at Manas airport; and in 1999 First Secretary of the CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and  1999-2001 he was Assistant Administrator to the Presidential Press Service.

2001-2002  he was head of the Department of International Security, Strategic and Legal Problems of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; 2002-2005 he was promoted as Counselor at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in India; 2005-2009 he was Director of the CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; 2009  he was nominated as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

Since 2015, he has been appointed an Ambassador to Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, as well as the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to NATO and UNESCO. Now the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Kyrgyzstan nominated Asein Isaev for the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India.

New Delhi: In a colorful and a grand function at Eros A newly constituted IKFCF- Indo Kyrgyzstan Film And Cultural Forum was announced and inaugurated by H.E. Asein Isaev Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan o India in association with ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

A vibrant poster of India and Kyrgyzstan flag was released to project and high “light the strong friendship of the two countries in the presence of large audience from India and Kyrgyzstan. “we have gathered here to declare open today the launching of Indo Kyrgyzstan Film And Cultural Forum to develop and promote relation between two countries,” said Charu Das of CD Foundation.

Political ties with the Kyrgyz Republic have been traditionally warm and friendly.  We need to develop relation between people to people of two countries. There is lot to offer under IKFCF. We will soon be declaring scholarship for the deserving student from Kyrgyz Republic to learn cinema in India,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

Both countries share common concerns on threat of terrorism, extremism and drug–trafficking. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, the two countries have signed several framework agreements, including on Culture, Trade and Economic Cooperation, Civil Aviation, Investment Promotion and Protection, Avoidance of Double Taxation, Consular Convention etc. We are happy that we will now work on cultural diplomacy,” said H.E. Asein Isaev.

H.E. Asein Isaev nominated Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios as Chair for Indo Kyrgyzstan Film And Cultural Forum and Sandeep Marwah presented Patronship to the Ambassador.

National Day of Kyrgyzstan Celebrated at AAFT

Noida: International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry through its President Sandeep Marwah greets the people of Kyrgyzstan on their National Day that falls on 31st August.

“I on behalf of Media And Entertainment Industry of India congratulate the people of Kyrgyzstan on the National Day and wish both countries a very strong relationship for all time to come,” said Sandeep Marwah.

An Agreement on Cooperation in the spheres of culture, was recently signed during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in July 2015 to replace the agreement on Culture, arts, education, science, mass-media and sports of 18 March 1992. In general, there is appreciation of Indian culture.

The Centre for Indian Studies set up in Osh State University in 1997 has been useful in providing an exposure to Indian culture and civilization to academicians and intelligentsia in this country.

 About 3500 Indian students are studying medicine in various medical institutions in Kyrgyzstan. A few businessmen are engaged in trade and services in Kyrgyzstan.
