ICMEI Will Exchange Art And Culture With All African Countries

Noida: After the successful launching of Indo Nigerian Film Association, Indo Ghana Film And Cultural Forum, Indo Senegal, Indo Egypt, Indo Gabon, Indo Gambia, Indo South Africa, Indo Lesotho, Indo Botswana, Indo Sudan and Indo Malawi Film And Cultural Forum ICMEI decided to join hands with every African country under Indo African Cultural Association.

“The continent of Africa has 52 countries and we are already dealing with around 30 countries, it is the high time we should have an Indo African Association to highlight our relations with Africa,” said Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI and Asian Education Group.

ICMEI has join hands with, to start with, Association of African Students in India and started planning what all ICMEI and Asian Academy of Film And Television can do to have better relations with African Countries.

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with AASI to project relations with African Countries. Merviel Ntambwe President AASI, Maryam Abdulhamid Vice President AASI, Ezeugo Nnamdi Lawrence General Secretary AASI, Solomon Member AASI, Ajeck  Norbert Event Coordinator and Foster Addo Public Relations Coordinator were also present there.

Global Peace Summit at Noida Film City




Noida: ‘The World needs Peace. Life is uncertain and other activities have made it more uncertain. Lets work together to bring in Peace to the World by extending love and unity through arts and culture,” said Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT & World Peace Development And Research Foundation at Marwah Studios.

27 Countries of the World participated in a full day conference organized by ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry supported by Asian Academy of Film And Television and International Film And Television Club, Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

The lighting of lamp ceremony was performed by Rosealice kathambi Arimba of Kenya, Nguyen Thi Huong of Vietnam, Sayyod Azizov of Tajikistan and Malish John Juma of South Sudan. Garlanding of Ganesha was performed by Munikwa David Tarirai of Zimbabe and Nyamme Baafi Eric of Ghana.

The first session started by Fatou Faboure Djiba of Senegal, Mohammad Essa Obaidi of Afghanistan, Kavita Bulkoon of Trinidad & Tobago and Youssef Samir Mikhaer Tadrous of Egypt. The second session commenced by Ushahemba Simeon of Nigeria, Alieu B Swaray of Liberia, Prisca Ntombikayise Mhlanga of Swaziland and Ursula Utsaha Singh of Nepal.


Many valid points were discussed and useful results were noted down in relations to art and culture. The summit was followed by entertainment program where all the delegates participated and enjoyed in music and dance program together.

Delegates from all the countries nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Global Cultural Minister for his untiring contribution to love peace and unity through art and culture.

The summit was attended by foreign delegates from Afghanistan, Senegal, Swaziland, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nepal, Cote D’ lvoire, Fiji, Jamaica, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, Nigeria, Tanzania, Madagascar, Liberia, Trinidad & Tobago, Egypt, Guyana, Ghana, Tajikistan, Gabon, Botswana, South Sudan, Cameron and India.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored every delegate with the life membership of WPDRF-World Peace Development And Research Foundation and memento of Global Peace Summit. All the members took oath to work towards World Peace.
