Ernest Rwamucyo Patron to Indo Rwanda Cultural Forum


Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry   and Chair for Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum presented Patronship to H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo High Commissioner of Rwanda to India in a grand function at Noida Film City.

“It is great pleasure and honor for all of us to be blessed by the High Commissioner of Rwanda to India H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo as the Patron of Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum. He will be a guide and advisor to all of us. We will be able to reach to our goals much faster under his guidance,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Presenting the memento to the High Commissioner.

Ernest Rwamucyo is now High Commissioner of Rwanda to India with additional charge of  Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Before this He was nominated as High commissioner of Rwanda to the United Kingdom and Non-Resident Ambassador to Ireland.

Ernest Rwamucyo was earlier Advisor to Millennium Development Goals under United Nations Development Proramme and before that he was Director General For Economic Development Planning with Ministry of Finance and Planning Government of Rwanda.

Secretary General ICMEI Ashok Tyagi, Director AAFT School of Cinema Amir Abdullah, Supreme court Lawyer and filmmaker Anoop Bose, Supreme Court Lawyer and Writer Ashok Arora, Senior Cinematographer Ajay Sharma, Renowned Kathak exponent Anu Sinha, Former IAS Officer Tanvir Zafar Ali were also present there.

Noida: Renowned media person and founder of Noida Film City  Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been nominated by the Government of Rwanda as the Chair for newly constituted Cultural Forum.

“I feel honored in nominating Dr. Sandeep Marwah as the Chair for Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum to develop and promote one to one relation between  the people of two countries. His vast experience in cultural diplomacy will support the cause,” said   H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo High Commissioner of Rwanda to India in a grand function at Noida Film City.

Sandeep Marwah is six times World Record Holder, He the Chancellor of AAFT University, Chief of The Scouts in India, Managing Director of National Federation of  Tourism And Transport Cooperatives India Limited, A well travelled International representative and Ambassador of many  Government schemes.

“I am so thankful to H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo High Commissioner of Rwanda to India Government of Rwanda  for this honor. Noida: India would like to have best of the relations possible with Rwanda, the best way to develop and promote relations is   through art and culture,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry at the inauguration of new committee on Rwanda.

 “I take this opportunity to inaugurate the first ever Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum here at the convocation of AAFT. I also feel honored in nominating Dr. Sandeep Marwah as the Chairperson of the same,” said H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo High Commissioner of Rwanda to India.

A colorful poster was launched by the High Commissioner as the symbol of launching the forum along with distinguished people present on the occasion. Sandeep Marwah also presented Patronship of the forum to the High Commissioner

 Supreme court Lawyer and filmmaker Anoop Bose, Supreme Court Lawyer and Writer Ashok Arora, Senior Cinematographer Ajay Sharma, Renowned Kathak exponent Anu Sinha, Former IAS Officer Tanvir Zafar Ali were witness to this historical moment.

Noida: It was 103rd Convocation of trainees of Asian Academy of Film And Television and dignities   grace the occasion with their presence at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City.

“Punctuality, regularity, sincerity and dedication are four mantras of success. AAFT is confident about its education given to individual on personal basis. Enough has been taught to be successful in the industry,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios addressing the young trained professional of AAFT batch.

“All of you are lucky to be the part of this international institution. The deep thinking and high quality of education can take you to anywhere –Sky Is The Limit. I congratulate all of you on this auspicious day and wish you all the success,” said H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo High Commissioner of Republic of Rwanda to India at the convocation function of 103rd batch of AAFT.

“Love your profession and work hard, you will achieve what you want,” said Anu Sinha renowned Kathak Dancer. “Patience and regular practice will make you a perfect professional,” added Anoop Bose a well-known Lawyer from Supreme Court.

Tanvir Zafar Ali former IAS officer, Government of India, Ajay Sharma senior Cinematographer of many films and Ashok Arora   Lawyer Supreme Court and writer also spoke on the occasion.

More than hundred students received their prestigious diploma from AAFT in production Direction TV Journalism, Editing And Sound Recording, Acting And Presentation, Camera And Lighting Technics, Sound And Radio Production, Still Photography, Screen Writing etc.

ICMEI Will Create A Separate African Cultural Union


African Union to Be Launched at ICMEI


Noida: ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Marwah Studios in association with AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television has already created numerous forums in relation to African Countries.

“ Time has come when we should have a an African Union as a part of ICMEI so that more regularly we can work with Africa as a continent. Very soon we will be launching ‘An African Union’,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios addressing the nationals of different countries from Africa.

ICMEI is already dealing with Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Nigeria, Niger, Ethiopia, South Africa, Gabon, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Malawi, Kenya,  Rwanda, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya, Tunisia, Senegal, Guiana, Ghana, Congo, Cameron, Djibouti, Somalia, Tanzania, Burkina Faso and others.

“It was a great pleasure to receive the delegates from different countries of Africa in different Global Festivals and Summits organized by Marwah Studios and AAFT in partnership with ICMEI in the recent past,” added Sandeep Marwah chairing numerous international cultural forums.

Global Peace Summit at Noida Film City




Noida: ‘The World needs Peace. Life is uncertain and other activities have made it more uncertain. Lets work together to bring in Peace to the World by extending love and unity through arts and culture,” said Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT & World Peace Development And Research Foundation at Marwah Studios.

27 Countries of the World participated in a full day conference organized by ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry supported by Asian Academy of Film And Television and International Film And Television Club, Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

The lighting of lamp ceremony was performed by Rosealice kathambi Arimba of Kenya, Nguyen Thi Huong of Vietnam, Sayyod Azizov of Tajikistan and Malish John Juma of South Sudan. Garlanding of Ganesha was performed by Munikwa David Tarirai of Zimbabe and Nyamme Baafi Eric of Ghana.

The first session started by Fatou Faboure Djiba of Senegal, Mohammad Essa Obaidi of Afghanistan, Kavita Bulkoon of Trinidad & Tobago and Youssef Samir Mikhaer Tadrous of Egypt. The second session commenced by Ushahemba Simeon of Nigeria, Alieu B Swaray of Liberia, Prisca Ntombikayise Mhlanga of Swaziland and Ursula Utsaha Singh of Nepal.


Many valid points were discussed and useful results were noted down in relations to art and culture. The summit was followed by entertainment program where all the delegates participated and enjoyed in music and dance program together.

Delegates from all the countries nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Global Cultural Minister for his untiring contribution to love peace and unity through art and culture.

The summit was attended by foreign delegates from Afghanistan, Senegal, Swaziland, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nepal, Cote D’ lvoire, Fiji, Jamaica, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, Nigeria, Tanzania, Madagascar, Liberia, Trinidad & Tobago, Egypt, Guyana, Ghana, Tajikistan, Gabon, Botswana, South Sudan, Cameron and India.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored every delegate with the life membership of WPDRF-World Peace Development And Research Foundation and memento of Global Peace Summit. All the members took oath to work towards World Peace.
