World Religious Parliament will Participate in 3rd Global Film Festival Noida

The first Global Film Festival by IFTC International Film And Television Club was in 2007 where the emphasize was on the films on Peace and Spirituality and festival attracted films from almost 70 countries of the World, thus became an international brand in no time. In 2009 the focus was on documentary films. Some of the finest films were shown to the film goers, students, film, tv and media industry.

“I being a part of Entertainment and Media Industry feel that we have more responsibility towards society and countrymen than others. We want our festivals to leave better impact on the masses. These festivals should teach everyone some thing or other who so ever visits the campus” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Global Film Festival, India

“This time the focus is on Children in GFF. Children must get their share too” said R.K.Singh festival director and dean Asian School of Media Studies.

“By joining Global Film Festival we will be able to reach largest number of audience in no time. The culture can be inducted into children through religion” said Acharya Satyander Secretary General of World Religious Parliament with the aim to promote peace through religion.

We Need Media Persons Who Can Feel-Dadan Yadav




“We need those kind of media persons who can feel for their country, who can realize the pain of the country men” said Bhai Dadan Yadav, former minister of Bihar and five times Member of Legislative Assembly for almost 20 years in Bihar while releasing the new brochure of AAFT-Asian School of Graphics and Animation at Marwah Studios, Noida film City.

Talking of the struggle and pain of an average Indian, he persuaded the young media persons from Marwah Studios to come forward with the real problems of the society into lime light .He also emphasized that they should not hesitate in making powerful people realize their duties.

“I am impressed by the strong determination of Bhai Dadan Yadav who was just the wrestler, shifted to teaching for six years and then to politics and reached to the heights of State Minister in Bihar that is also of his own” said Sandeep Marwah while explaining the human values which have been integrated into all courses of AAFT.

“We at Indonesia can discuss this institute AAFT as a case study of ‘rising of an individual’ as what Dadan Yadav has also proved” said Rajiv Makhija, Dean, London School of Public Relations, Jkakarta who was visiting AAFT for joint venture.


Prof.R.K. Singh Dean Asian School Of Media Studies, Brahm Parkash Head Radio Noida, Divya Prakash HOD Asian School of Graphics and Animation and Anjani Srivastava also spoke on the occasion. Later Sandeep Marwah presented life membership of International Film And Television club of AAFT to Dadan Yadav and Ravi Makhija.

Workshop By British Film Maker At AAFT

Cathy Greenhalgh the film maker and the principal Lecturer cum the course Director of Film and Television wing of London College of Communication, University of Arts visited Asian Academy of Film and Television and Asian School of Media Studies at Noida film City during her visit to India where she has come to cover her documentary subject..

“I was in India last year after twenty two years and now I am again here to cover my subject of documentary” said Cathy Greenhalgh while explaining the importance of research in the field of film making.” I have designed my production in such a way that minimum equipment is to be carried to different locations at the time of shooting” replied Cathy while answering to the questions from the media students.


“We are pleased to welcome Cathy, the Ambassador of London College of Communication, University of Arts here in India. I am sure her visit will work as the bridge between two big film schools of East and West of the World” said Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Director General of Asian Education Group.

Cathy was later presented the life membership of International Film And Television Club in the Master Class which was attended by all the professors and students of all the departments.
