New Delhi: International Public Broadcasting Forum, International Film And Television Club, International Film And Television Research Centre, International Children’s Film Forum, International Women Film Forum and many other organizations where Sandeep Marwah has been chair for, all these organizations are working for the promotion of Education, Art and Culture and have supported residents of Bihar at one or other time.

Recently Sandeep Marwah was honored by Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla Union Minister of State, Ministry for Finance, Government of India for running most cost effective film school in the World. He has churned out 12000 media professionals from all the states of India including Bihar and 120 countries of the World. Citation read by Sewak Rajeev Kumar.

“Noida Film City is the fastest growing film city in the World with approximately 17000 Media professionals working in 3 shifts of 8 hours each and cascading effect is that 150,000 people earning their bread because of this film city including many from Bihar. Sandeep Marwah is the founder of this city,” added Sewak Rajeev Kumar President of the Association.

“I am obliged to the organization for considering me for this prestigious award,” thanked Sandeep Marwah while accepting the award from the Minister at Convention Centre, NDMC Complex, New Delhi in presence of huge audience.

Sandeep Marwah Honored on Birthday Anniversary of Dev Anand

New Delhi: “A man who has brought films to Delhi in full swing and kept the legacy of Indian Film Industry in North India, The contribution of Sandeep Marwah has no comparison what so ever. Film City, Film business, film tourism and film events at Marwah Studios has added a lot to Indian film industry,” a citation read by KIran Kaur Kamra the president of the organization.

Sandeep Marwah was honored for his contribution to Indian Cinema on the birth anniversary of legend film star Deva Anand in grand function at India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi in the presence of music veterans of Delhi including Amarjeet Singh Kohli and VSK Sood.

“What a pleasure to receive this prestigious award on the birth anniversary of Dev Anand. Music is life and now cannot be separated from our day-to-day life. Entertainment is a parallel line of our routine business. I am here to add on to better and comfortable life,” said Sandeep Marwah thanking every one. Later Sandeep Marwah presented awards to different artist and art promoters of Delhi.

Convocation of Trainees of 95th Batch of AAFT

Noida: More than 100 students accepted their prestigious diploma on the 95th Convocation of Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City in a program organized by Marwah Studios in association with Indian Skills Development Council.

“We are now associated with Indian Skills Development Council and ISDC has approved all our courses of short term which are only meant for skill development. I am proud of my students who all have learned so well that they will not have any problem in being adopted by the industry,” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios.


AAFT has emerged as the best film school in this part of the World. No film institute can provide so much of education and training in such a short period of time and so cost effective. Students of AAFT are the best,” added Harsh Vardhan former chief engineer Doordarshan, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.

“I am amazed by the facilities provided by the school to film students. Not only that they are large but latest too,” said Roderick D Harding. “ I had the opportunity to work with the students of this institution, I can watch for the quality education in this film school,” said Shajia Shojaei a filmmaker from Afghanistan.

Simi Harding spoke about the American affiliation with Asian Academy of Film And Television and exchange program with American Universities. Prof Kalyan Sarkar Dean AAFT and Satish Anand Dean Acting also spoke on the occasion.

International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Indian Skill Development Council supported the event.

ASMS Bid Farewell to Media Students of 6th Batch




“No media can survive for long time without ethics. Media has always been considered as the fourth pillar in the developing economy like India. Have trust in your institution, in yourself and the strong traditions and culture of this country” said Kuldeep Nayyar the veteran journalist, writer, a former parliamentarian, Ambassador on the convocation of 6th batch of media persons passing out from Asian School Of Media Studies, Noida Film City.

“Have courage and stamina to fight for the wrong to show the correct path to the nation” said Manoj Raghuvanshi a television personality. “See for your self, think before you write or display any information. One wrong information can ruin the peace of the country” said Prof Avinash Singh Media advisor to many organizations. “A good knowledge of everything is the base of every program” added Prof. Obaid M. Siddiqui International Broadcaster & Director of A J Kidwai Mass Communication Research Centre.

“I congratulate every student for putting in best efforts during their tenure at ASMS. More than 100 scholars, Professors, Personalities, Socialites have trained these students. More than 400 productions have taken place to teach them film business, more than 100 seminars, workshops, symposiums, events, interactions, festivals, industry interface have been organized which are more than any IITs and IIMs of this country. I am sure of their success.” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

Asian School of Media Studies Appreciated by American University




Asian School of Media Studies has been rated as one of the best media schools in India by Troy University, Alabana, United States Of America when the Associate Vice Chancellor of International Affairs Curtis H. Porter visited India.

“I am impressed by the facilities ASMS is providing to the media students at Noida Film City’ said Curtis H. Porter. “there can be no school better located than ASMS , as film city and studios provide right ambience to the students to grow in media” Curtis added.

Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and Director of the school ASMS explained the working of extra co-circular activities in four different departments of Mass Communication, Cinema, Electronic Media and Multi Media at Noida Film City.

“We have specialized in all the mediums of media including Print, Radio, Television, Cinema and New Media. One medium supports the other as far as learning is concerned” said Sandeep Marwah who later honored Curtis H Porter with the life membership of International Film And Television Research Centre.
