Sufi Evening by Niazi Niami Brothers at 2nd Global Literary Festival




Noida: The third and the final day of 2nd Global Literary festival, the delegates from all over India and abroad had quite an expectations from the organizers i.e. Asian Academy of Arts and International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry, when it comes to entertainment program.

A great energetic and aggressive musical evening was presented by a large group of Niazi Niami Brothers in an ancestral method of singing and generated an extra ordinary pep into the whole environment.

Niazi Niami Brothers are one of the best sufi Quwaals of India. They have been winners of many awards and accolades. Their performances are sure shot success,” said Sandeep Marwah President of 2nd GLFN.

Niazi Niami brothers have been singing with ICCR, Spic Macay and Marwah Studios for quite some time. They are also the official group to Nizammudin Chishti and Ajmer Kwaja Ji.

Dr Sarvepalli Radha Krishanan Forum Activated at 2nd Global Literary Festival




Noida: A forum after the name of our former President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishanan was created last year during literary festival with great pomp and shows to add value to the festival.

“Whole year we have been celebrating this great personality of India who is not only a President of India but was a great scholar and writer too. His birth anniversary on 5th September is celebrated as the Teacher’s Day in India,” informed Sandeep Marwah President of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016.

The presence of renowned film writer Achla Nagar and daughter of national poet and writer Amrit Lal Nagar released the poster to mark respect to the national leader. Ram Manohar Lohia Remembered at 2nd Global Literary Festival




Noida: The presence of delegates at 2nd Global Literary Festival from all over India and abroad was the right occasion to remember the great scholar and a writer Ram Manohar Lohia.

Honey Irani a renowned Screen Play writer and Chief Guest of the Day, launched the poster of Ram Manohar Lohia Forum. Sushil Bharti expressed the role of Ram Manohar Lohia in history and in the promotion of literature.

The news bulletin of 2nd GLFN by Asian School of Media Studies was also released then and there. Sitar Recital by Dr Sudeep Rai at 2nd Global Literary Festival




Noida: The Literature festivals generally calls for classical and semi classical kind of entertainment programs as it goes well with the mentality and thinking process of writers and poets.

A Sitar recital by Dr. Sudeep Rai was the second day presentation of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016 as the representative of India art and culture.

 Sudeep Rai is one of the leading Instrumentalists of India a disciple of Sitar Maestro Padmabhushan Pt.Debu Chaudhuri, Sudeep has been acknowledged by connoisseurs as a worthy Successor to his Guru’s tradition. Sudeep has performed in various cities in India at prestigious places in Music Conferences organized by renowned organizations.

He is the recipient of prestigious Ustad Mushtaq Ali Khan Gold Medal, Ustad Zahur Ahmed Khan Samman and has been awarded with prestigious Saraswati Samman on various occasions. Later Sandeep Marwah presented him with the participation Certificate of 2nd GLFN.

Kathak Recital by Vidha Lal at 2nd Global Literary Festival




Noida: Entertainment is the essential part of any festival any where in the World. The performances of music and dance depict your culture and helps in learning more about the arts and culture of the place.

“With almost thirty countries participating in the Global Literary Festival it was necessary to show   our heritage and culture to all these foreign delegates. Vidha Lal won the hearts of the audiences,” said Sandeep Marwah President of the Festival.

Vidha Lal, a multi-faceted kathak exponent is a disciple of renowned guru smt. Geetanjali Lal of Jaipur gharana. Vidha has emerged as a rising star in the field of kathak. She is an empanelled artist of Indian council for cultural relations (ICCR) and ‘A’ grade artist from Delhi Doordarshan. Vidha has earned great acclaim in the media and from connoisseurs for her brilliant solo performances in India and abroad.

She received ‘Sri krishana Gana Sabha Endownment Award 2010’, Chennai. She  made a Guinness world record for most numbers of spins (103) in one minute in 2011. Later Vimla Batham Member of the Legislative Assembly Noida in the capacity of Chief Guest honored Vida Lal with the participation certificate of 2nd GLFN.

The event was presented by Asian Academy of Arts and supported by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry. Indo Wales Creative Forum, Indo Hungarian Film Association and Indo Malawi Cultural Forum were also participating.

Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Forum Poster Launched at 2nd GLFN




Noida:  After the grand inauguration of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016 it is necessary to pay tribute to the leaders of the literature who all have commendably contributed to the nation building.

“We launched this forum after the name of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya, last year at the same place. Now it is the turn to remember this great personality of the country at this junction,” said Sandeep Marwah President of 2nd GLFN.

The poster was released by the distinguished guest H.E. Jožef Drofenik Ambassador of Slovenia to India, Jalees Sherwani writer of many films, Buddhinath Mishra renowned writer, Alfered Vilili Counselor Embassy of Malawi in India immediately after a very strong presentation of a short street play by the students of ASMS.

Sushil Bharti Festival Director spoke about Pt. Deendayal Upadhayaya Forum and its activities during the year. At the same time a newsletter Manthan prepared by the students of Asian School of Media Studies was also released. Dr. Ajay Kumar Director ASMS thanked the faculty and students of ASMS for their sincere cooperation.

The event was attended by large number of writers, poets, media persons and people from the literary fraternity. Students from all over India and abroad and delegates from almost 30 countries of the World were witness to this historical day.

Exhibition of Paintings Opened at 2nd Global Literary Festival




Noida: “Literature and all arts go together, there is lot to learn from them. Exhibition of paintings has added colors to the show,” said H.E. Jožef Drofenik Ambassador of Slovenia to India while inaugurating the exhibition at 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016.

“No art can convince unless and until there is an aesthetic sense in it. These paintings are teaching us the same,” added Alfred Vilili Counselor of Embassy of Malawi in India.

Only artist can explain the details of the painting as he has conceived it like a baby. He goes through all the pains of making it before its display at exhibition hall,” said Jaleez Sherwani renowned film writer from Mumbai.

We believe in overall development of our students of cinema and journalism, therefore we teach them also through these art works. They learn how to appreciate the art,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

Paintings are the expression of artists what he has in his mind and heart. Its is a book on canvas,” said Buddhinath Mishra a renowned national writer.

Grand Inauguration of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida




Noida: A grand opening of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016 was attended by delegates from 30 countries of the World. 52 events were planned in three days of festival. All the nine halls were pre booked and occupied by the writers, poets, media persons and young enthusiastic literature lovers from all over India and abroad. The energy was bubbling in the environment.

 “Never ever seen and heard a literary festival of that grandeur and stature by any film school of the World. What an arrangements and programs, it is one of its kind. My heartiest congratulations to ICMEI and Asian Academy of Arts for taking up such a powerful step to develop literature,” said H.E. Jožef Drofenik Ambassador of Slovenia to India on the inauguration of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016.

“The involvement of so many countries at the same time for the cause of promotion of literature is a positive step in building relations with many countries. Not many organizations are in these kind of promotions,” added Jaleez Sherwani President of Writers Association of India and also the writer of many feature films like Dabangg, Wanted, Hello Brother,  Loafer, Tere Naam etc.

“These kind of literature festival give you a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent internationally. The participation is huge and wide. We are thankful to ICMEI for including here in the team” said Alfred Vilili Counselor from the Embassy of Malawi to India.

“Writing books and good literature is slowly and gradually vanishing from the seen. It is taking different shape of short cuts and machine language. Tourism In Florence- Is A learning Experience-Sandeep Marwah

New Delhi:  A postage stamp on renowned international media personality Sandeep Marwah has been planned by Postage and Government Department of Ministry of Communication And Information Technology, Government of India.

Sandeep Marwah recently been titled as Global Cultural Minister and earlier as Global Peace Ambassador, International Media Guru, Global Green Ambassador, Man of Asia, Icon of Decade and Global Leader at various international conventions and summits.

 He is the recipient of more than 100 National Level awards 50 State Level awards and 60 international awards from 30 countries of the World for his 5 World Records and his untiring contribution to the promotion of films, television, media, art and culture.

Sandeep Marwah Special Invitee at Wine Festival Chanti





Chanti: More than 90 different wine sellers from the Chanti region participated in 46th International Wine Festival known to the World for its special wines of this region of Italy.

Greves de la Chanti a small town 45 minutes drive from Florence organized a wine festival where renowned media person Sandeep Marwah was the special guest.

Around 90 Wine producers offered their product for local sales and export to the wine drinking countries. Sandeep Marwah, keeping in view the rising international tourism of India, offered many to start their sales in India too.

“I am pleased to see the variety of Chanti wines, which are one of the most popular wines of the World. I have been invited here in Greves on a special invitation of the festival during my visit to Italy” said Sandeep Marwah also Managing Director of NFTC- National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited and chairing Indo Italian Cultural Forum.

Doing the honors was the mayor of Greve in Chianti Paolo Sottani accompanied by the Assessor of Productive Activities Gionni Pruneti. The president of the Consortium of Chianti Classico wine Sergio Zingarelli as well as the general director Giuseppe Liberatore was also present there.

As tradition requires, there was a small parade around the stands, preceded by the music of the “Amici di Chianti” (Friends of Chianti) and by two “Galli” (roosters). The parade stopped in front of the statue of Giovanni da Verrazzano for the initial toast.

Marwah was recently honored by the Prime Minister of Nepal and has been nominated as the Chairperson of Indo Nepal Cultural Forum. Marwah is the first Indian to bring National Film ward from Egypt. AAFT has already delivered a scholarship to Malawi Student. A new scholarship to Ghana was declared during the summit.

Noida:  A renowned Ghazal and Sufi singer Shakeel Ahmed had an electrifying music recital at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City as the curtain raiser event of 2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016.

“2nd Global Literary Festival Noida 2016 has been scheduled for 22nd to 24th September, just round the corner. A team of Ghazal and Sufi lovers are here to celebrate the coming literary festival,” said Sandeep Marwah President of GLFN.

More than 200 people enjoyed the fascinating musical recital by Shakeel Ahmed, which was followed by releasing of poster of 2nd GLFN. “Ghazals and Sufi Kalams are part of our literature. Poetry plays a very important part of any literature,” said Dr. Mridula Tandon President of Sakshi a NGO for unprivileged children.

Sandeep Marwah Special Invitee at Musical Opera at Rome





Rome: Renowned international media personality and President of Asian Education Group Sandeep Marwah was invited at the most popular musical opera at Rome.

The Asian School of Performing Arts- a school of Music invited the roman musical group to India to perform an oldest art of singing –Opera.

“If you have no interest for art and culture specially music then you are not a complete human being. Music makes you a complete human; it makes you realize the presence of God. Only those people create name for themselves in this field who have great passion for it” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios at opera house.

La Voce dell’ Opera born by a group of the artists from the most important Italian Opera Houses. The objective is to spread the culture and the art of bel canto. For years it organizes concerts and operas in collaboration with artists from the major Italian and international theaters. The Opera office is active on many cities including Rome and Florence.

Mother Tressa Made Every Indian Proud- Sandeep Marwah




Rome: The Chairperson of World Peace Development And Research Foundation Sandeep Marwah from India was one of the attendees at the historical event of Canonization of Mother Teresa, where the Pope has declared her as the Saint.

“Thousands of people were gathered there to see this great event. It was an emotional moment when Mother Teresa of Kolkata was announced. You feel so charged that India is the real spiritual country,” said Sandeep Marwah.

Mother Teresa, a Catholic nun who devoted her life to helping India's poor, has been declared a saint in a canonization Mass held by Pope Francis in the Vatican.

Pope Francis delivered the formula for the canonization of the Albanian-born nun -- known as the "saint of the gutters" -- before huge crowds of pilgrims gathered in St. Peter's Square in Vatican City on Sunday morning.

Applause broke out before he completed the formula of canonization, in which he declared "Blessed Teresa of Calcutta to be a saint."
