ICMEI Congratulated Turkmenistan on National Day

Dr. Chinar Tadjievna Rustamova then the Cultural Councillor & Charge d’ Affairs of Embassy of Turkmenistan in India during the on going celebration of the 50th anniversary of Bairam Khan. Footvolley Marches Ahead In International Scene-Sandeep Marwah

Mumbai: International Web Conference between India and Netherlands was recently organised to discuss the prospects of World Footvolley  Tournament to be held in India in November 2021.

The Footvolley Association of India is planning to host an International tournament of Footvolley in India next year sometimes in October and would like to invite the international team of Netherland to be the part the games. Your participation will enhance the tournament,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios, Patron to Footvolley Association of India and National Chairman , Media And Entertainment Committee of BIS, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India while talking to the players of Netherland in a web meet organise to interact & to invite them.

Indian Footvolley Team Catching International Status- Sandeep Marwah

Mumbai: A conference was planned between the Indian players and American players to join hands in promoting game of Footvolley in India and also at international platform. Many points were discussed during the discussion on web.

Virtual Education Is Next Big Thing- Sandeep Marwah

India and Armenia Friendship is Forever- Sandeep Marwah


Mumbai: In order to strengthen bilateral relations between India and Armenia – Visions Ahead Foundation today conducted an interactive Humanitarian Webinar on Peace, Prosperity and Positive Arenas of Integrations between India and Armenia.

Large number of events covering films,  recitals, festivals, workshops on tourism, political and cultural relations have already taken place including scholarship to the student from Armenia and our visit to Armenia,” added DR. Session on Literature During Pandemic at 6th GLFN

New Delhi: A session was planned during 6th Global Literary Festival Noida 2020 where it was discussed as  how literature healed people during corona virus Pandemic in last so many months.

“As we are confined within the four walls of our homes under lockdown in the wake of Covid-19, literature helps break the barriers, connecting us across different historical periods and time zones with others who have experienced similar tragedies. More importantly, literature shows us that we have a lot in common with others who are from distant lands and different times, encouraging us to appreciate the fact that we are not the only ones who are dealing with the worldwide devastation wrought by the pandemic,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

“ We began to recognize the power of literature to communicate something fresh about our shared experience, something different from simple reporting during this Pandemic. These times also gave us opportunity to read and write what all has been pending in our own mind ,” added Ricardo Berna M, Charge d’ Affairs, Embassy of Panama to India who later also released the poster of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a forum initiated by Marwah Studios and Asian Academy of Arts. Ricardo Berna also released the book titled-‘A Journey Within’ Edited and Compiled by Ms. Hina Gupta.

“Pandemic has given me an another opportunity to finish my new project of feature film as there was no interference  all these days,” said  Dileep Shukla a famous name in Bollywood, is an Indian film writer, predominantly working in Hindi film industry. He is known for writing dialogues for cult films like Andaz Apna Apna and blockbuster films like Ghayal, Damini, Mohra, Dabangg,Dabangg2, Jai Ho and Veeray Ki Wedding.

Media And Entertainment Industry Is Going To Bounce Back Fast- Sandeep Marwah

For many people who make a living in the entertainment industry, life as they knew it abruptly changed in late March when the spread of COVID-19 forced every aspect of the business to shut down. With movie theatres going dark, concert halls closing their doors, and film sets delaying production indefinitely, the global pandemic essentially brought the multibillion-rupees business to a standstill.

“From a broad perspective, the entertainment industry as a whole has been hit pretty hard. There has never been anything like this that has affected the industry at this magnitude in our lifetime,” said Dr. Sanjeev Layek Executive Secretary of WASME.

The students from all the disciplined were amazed to meet this legendary singer who has been awarded Padma Shree and Padma Bhushan for his untiring work in the field of music.

4th Edition of Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh fixed for 28th November

Mumbai: The biggest and the most prestigious award for the Hindi Cinema was constituted four years back when the management of Global Film Festival Noida decided to create an award to appreciate artists and technicians from Hindi Cinema popularly known as Bollywood all over the World at Vigyan Bhawan.

“The 4th edition of Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh to present Hindi Cinema Samman has been fixed for 28th November this year. Owning to the pandemic the event has been transferred from Vigyan Bhawan to online presentation,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of the festival.

“We have been inviting and recognizing the efforts of artists and technicians from Hindi Film Industry who all have sincerely contributed to the Hindi Cinema. The award is also meant for foreign governments of different countries who all have supported and promoted Hindi Cinema in their own countries,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chairing the Award committee.

MSTV will Highlight Achievements of Film Federation of India

Mumbai: It was decided in the executive council meeting of FFI to project the achievements of members of FFI and the organisation- Film Federation of India, an apex body of Cinema business in the country.

“I propose 52 episodes of television program on MSTV online television station to highlight the achievements of the members of FFI and definitely the mother body Film Federation of India so that people of this country and abroad must realize the growth of Indian cinema. We need not to forget that India is the largest film producing country in the World,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and member of the executive council of FFI.

Film Federation of India Will Support 13th Global Film Festival Noida


Mumbai: FFI-Film Federation of India is the Apex body in Cinema and Television business in India, is going to support 13th Edition of Global Film Festival Noida 2020 scheduled for 26th to 28th of November. The festival, this time, is going to be online owing to pandemic.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and AAFT proposed to the members of the governing council of FFI to join hands with this established film festival to make it much bigger with the support of Film Federation of India.

A session on Regional National Poetry at 6th GLFN

New Delhi: India is a vast country with many developed regional languages, and every language has a huge historical back round and culture associated with it. Global Literary Festival had a special session on regional languages to give respect and importance to every language in India.

“It is a day to appreciate and support poets and poetry around the world. What you cannot say in  large number of written pages you can express in just four lines of poetry. It is a stress reliever and one of the oldest forms of entertainment,” added Dr. Marwah speaking in the capacity of Chief Guest.

He is noted for his antagonist and character roles. He also acted in the TV serial, Ham Panchi Ek Chal Ke. In 1995, he received the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for Drohkal. He is also known for his roles in 1942 A Love Story, Kaho Na Pyar Hai, Haseena Maan jaayegi and many others.

World Tourism Day Celebrated at Asian School of Hospitality And Tourism

Noida: “Tourism has been among the hardest hit of all sectors by the COVID-19 pandemic. No country has been unaffected. Restrictions on travel and a sudden drop in consumer demand have led to an unprecedented fall in international tourism numbers, which in turn have led to economic loss and the loss of jobs,” said Sandeep Marwah President Asian School of Hospitality and Tourism in a seminar to celebrate World Tourism Day in a webinar organised by ICMEI.

13th Edition of Global Film Festival Noida on 26th November

Mumbai: The 13th edition of Global Film Festival Noida 2020 has been fixed for three days from 26th to 28th November 2020 even during pandemic, but online declared Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City and President of Marwah Studios in a joint meeting of International Film And Television club and International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

It was “way back in 2007 when the first edition was announced, and it was titled Global Festival of Films on Spirituality. It was followed by Global Festival of Documentary Films in 2009. The next was Global Festival of Children’s Films and then it suddenly became a      huge festival with almost 52 events in three days,” recollects Sandeep Marwah while releasing the poster of the festival.

Three days festival will screen films online and will have seminars, workshops, talks, interaction programs, etc. AAFT University of Media And Arts , Asian Academy of Arts, and many national and international organizations are supporting the festival.

Marwah Studios International Awards For Excellence in Cinema Poster Launched

Mumbai: In a join meeting of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and AAFT School of Cinema a poster of Marwah Studios International Awards For Excellence in Cinema was launched to be presented to international film makers on 27th November on the second day of Global Film Festival Noida 2020.

“We are feeling charged with new energy in constituting and announcing the MARWAH STUDIOS INTERNATIONAL AWAD FOR EXCELLENCE IN CINEMA for all those film makers who have contributed to the growth of World Cinema all these years. Their contribution must be recognized at international stage,” said Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film city and President of Marwah Studios.

Marwah studios has gained its international status and has been well recognized for its contribution to films, television, media, fashion and other glamour businesses. Its efforts were recognized very well during 2010 Commonwealth game when 102 short films made by Studios were broadcasted on more than 3000 channels in 196 countries for 102 days continuously. Asian Academy of Arts Will Plan A Festival on Dances of India

New Delhi: A vibrant meeting took place on web at Asian Academy of Arts- a subsidiary of Marwah Studios Noida Film City, when it was decided to have a festival of Dances from all over India by senior and known classical dancers and followed by young presenters.

Asian Academy of Arts, the presenters of one of the biggest literary festivals of India announced now the festival of Dances of India from different parts of India which is going to be another feather in the cap of Marwah Studios. “The festival will run in a row for six months i.e. 24 weeks to showcase 24 different artists on weekly basis, of different forms of Indian dances,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chair for AAA.

The festival will be on web and will be broadcasted to more than million people in more than 100 countries of the World. Radio Noida and MSTV will be the partners in progress. Asian News Agency has promised to publish more than hundred coverages all over the World.

“We are obsoletely ready for this kind of an event and will cooperate to our best,” said Anu Sinha. The meeting was also attended classical dancers Rajeshwary Thayagarajan, Dr. Rama, Nandini Singh, Prerna Shrimali, Ramni Kashyap, Jayapriyadarshini and art promoter Umesh Sharma.

Krishika Lulla Spoke on Films to AAFT Cinema Students


New Delhi: “Cinema is the biggest form of entertainment. As you deal with it you grow with it. It is the real ambassador of culture of any country. Cinema production may look easy but its important to learn about it before hand. The art and science go together in this expression. You need to research the need of the people before you invest money in films. The story is the king in film making,” said Krishka Lulla of Eros Group while answering the questions of students from AAFT School of Cinema.

“We are amazed to see the involvement of Krishika in film production, which is not an easy job. She has a wonderful experience in Cinema and also a brilliant expression to explain to students. We feel honored in presenting award  to Krishika for her outstanding contribution to Cinema,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media Ans Arts.

Krishika is known for her films like Anjana Anjani, Toonpur Ka Superhero, Chalo Dilli, Desi Boys, Raanjhanaa, Bajatey Raho, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Happy Bhag jayegi in Hindi and Phuntroo in Marathi.

Hariharan Shared His Experience of Music Industry with AAFT

New Delhi: “We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams.Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent. Music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without. The most exciting rhythms seem unexpected and complex, the most beautiful melodies simple and inevitable,” expressed Hariharan while talking to the students of AAFT School of Performing Arts.

“It is necessary for the students to have interaction with the professional from the industry to give them insight of what is actually happening in the World. The level of  education and training goes up and students churn out much intelligent and smart at the end of the day,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts.

Hariharan is an Indian playback bhajan and ghazal singer from Trivandrum, whose songs have been mainly in Tamil and Hindi. Also, he sang songs in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi and Bhojpuri films. He is an established  Ghazal singer and one of the pioneers of Indian fusion music. In 2004, he was honoured with the Padma Shree  by the Government of India and is a two-time National Award winner. He is regarded as one of the greatest Indian singers of all time.

Renowned Singer Shan Addressed Students of AAFT University

New Delhi: “Music is like a dream. Without music, life would be a mistake. Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything. Music is a language that doesn’t speak in particular words. It speaks in emotions,” said renowned singer Shan while talking to the students of AAFT University of Media and Arts in a webinar to motivate them and to learn about music.

Music Recital by Rajinder Prasanna at 6th Global Literary Festival


New Delhi: An electrifying performance by Rajinder Prasanna was the most fascinating part of 6th Global Literary Festival Noida 2020 on web when the whole World was associated to the festival via different means and modes of social media on the last day of the festival.

Lifetime Achievement Award at 6th Global Literary Festival Noida


New Delhi: The management and jury of awards at 6th Global Literary Festival Noida 2020 announced two lifetime achievement awards for the giant in literature on the third and final day of the festival.

The first award went to Dr.Mridula Garg. She is an Indian writer who writes in Hindi and English languages. She has published 30 books in Hindi – novels, short story collections, plays and collections of essay – of which she has rendered three into English. She is a recipient of the Sahitya Akademy Award. The award was presented by H.E. Armen Martirosyan Ambassador of Armenia to India.

Her style of writing is unconventional, in the face and gripping. Her novels have won critical and popular acclaim for the audacity of their themes and the lyricism of their style. Her novels and stories have been translated into a number of Indian and foreign languages like German, Czech, Japanese and English. She has been a columnist, writing on environment, women issues, child servitude and literature.

The second award was for Dr. Mamta Kalia. She is a prominent Indian writer known for her invaluable contribution towards literature in form of short stories, plays, novels, essays and poetry. Born in 1940 in Vrindavan, Kalia, 77, received MA in English from Delhi University before taking up lectureship at SNDT University in Mumbai. Kalia has 11 novels to her credit. H.E. Armen Martirosyan Ambassador of Armenia to India congratulated Dr. Mamta while presenting the award.

Dr. Sushil Bharti paid gratitude to both the writers for their deep involvement and huge contribution to the literature. “the presence of Dr. Mridula Garg and Dr. Mamta Kalia has added a lot to the festival. Story Telling Is an Art-Sandeep Marwah at 6th Global Literary Festival


New Delhi:  “Even if you are writing a story for  book publication or a story for a feature film the fact is that it has to be out of the box, different from many others and has to be somewhere close to reality to catch an eye and attention of the reader and viewer. Story telling is an Art,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios in a session to discuss stories during the second day of Global Literary Festival Noida 2020.

“How does one define the word story? Long, short, funny or serious? Dark, inspirational, or possibly captivating? Each person has his or her own unique story to tell.  Stories are never-ending journeys, hidden talents or suppressed memories, all waiting to be told. We all have a distinct definition of a story, so why not share yours,” provoked Dr. Sandeep Marwah to the writers who were attending the session.

“Storytelling is our obligation to the next generation. If all we are doing is marketing, we are doing a disservice, and not only to our profession, but to our children, and their children. Give something of meaning to your audience by inspiring, engaging, and educating them with story. Stop marketing. Start storytelling,” said Pramod Kumar Tiwari who was also conducting the program.

“The purpose of a storyteller is not to tell you how to think, but to give you questions to think upon,” added Ravi Bhushan senior Critic. We are all storytellers. We all live in a network of stories. There isn’t a stronger connection between people than storytelling,” said .Mahesh Katare renowned writer. “You’re never going to kill storytelling because it’s built into the human plan. Mumbai: Hundreds of years back our ancestor wrote in the form sholakas that the survival of the human race is only possible if there is a survival of air, water and vegetation. We all have misused and abused the facilities God has given on this mother earth. It is the high time we should change and start serving the earth in every possible manner,” said Sandeep Marwah in the capacity of Chief Guest at the conference on Plantation drive and Environment Conservation organized by AKP Healing India.

Sandeep Marwah who has created more than hundred organisations on environment in different parts of the country and initiated hundred different programs related to environment, spoke about his contribution to create awareness about environment.

“I feel satisfied when my newspaper, radio station and television station speak about environment every day. My production company has produced number of films on pollution and environment. I have also initiated Environment program with five million students of scouts and guides program representing million schools,” added Sandeep Marwah.

A serious meeting started when A delegation of 14 senior officers of Government of Lesotho under the leadership of the Principal Secretary Office of the Prime Minister of Lesotho Ms Mataeli Makhele visited Marwah Studios and proposal of creating Indo Lesotho Film And Cultural Form was thrown on the table in December 2017.

It was followed by signing of MOU between International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and High Commission of Lesotho in India through H.E.
